Swallows Rest Guest House situated in a picturesque village on the foothills of the beautiful Olifants River Mountains in the Western Cape, approximately 150 km’s from Cape Town. It is a recently renovated house with wonderful views of the mountains, particularly at full moon. In the meadow there is a fire pit / braai where guests can relax in the evenings.

It is situated within easy walking distance to all amenities, and there is adequate off road parking.

The space
Whilst there are no televisions in the bedrooms, DSTV can be enjoyed in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere in the open plan dining / lounge area.

Breakfast is provided, and is optional, any reasonable dietary preferences should be stated at the time of the booking. As only breakfast is supplied, should guests wish to braai or bring a meal “home” in the evening this would be perfectly acceptable.
