Tiny house where you can relax during your stay in Tromsø. Close to the mountain and the sherpastairs.
If you are looking for a place where you can explore the nature around Tromsø this is perfect for you. You can go directly from the tiny house to the mountain or into the valley of Tromsdalen, this will give you easy access to see the northern lights.
It is a few minuts to the bus who takes you to the senter of Tromsø (10-15 min. by bus) and you can also walk (30-40 min)

The space
The tiny house is 18 sqm which is located close to the main house where i live. It is a living room with a little kitchen. Bedroom with a bed 1.20 cm and a bathroom.
As you see on the pictures the kitchen is small, but enough for small cooking. Notice there is no oven but instead a microwave. There are also basic foodstuffs here as flour, spice, tea and coffee.
This is a little home with private things and not a steril hotelroom. It suits you if you want a more genuin and cosy place close to us locals :) and near the nature. The view is nice and you can see right to the city of Tromsø, the brigde and the Arctic Cathedral.
The hot water tank is a smaller type (50 l) so you must consider the length of the shower when both will take a shower.

Other things to note
Since we are so high over sea level the ground to our house is steep, i don't recommend to walk from the bus with suitcases. Some people can find the steep ground exhausting but we think of it as good exercise :) If you take a taxi, then order 4WD in the winther.
And do remember spikes for the shoes during winther:)

Guest have access to shared kitchen and living room with 3 other rooms. Also has access to a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as direct access to a large communal terrace with stunning views of Tromsø City.

A stopover in our ecolodge promises an unforgettable stay. It is located on the south beach and has everything you need to feel good there. Our capacity is 15 people maximum.

The space
The bedroom of our ecolodge with a view of the beach. It is designed as a boat cabin and has two juxtaposed beds of 80 x 200 cm, with the possibility of assembling them. The bed will then be 170 x 200 cm in size. For reasons of energy sobriety, we also wanted it to be the size of a boat cabin. a foldable hat shelf allows to be able to work comfortably on a laptop. It has direct access to the shared balcony.

On the floor below is the common room. The seating area, dining room and terrace that opens directly into the garden and beach are available to visitors.

Olivier lives in the house next door, welcomes you and can be reached during your stay.
