The estate has a swimming pool (summer).

All shops are within walking distance.

The space
My house is located on the way to Compostela from Arles to Rome.

When you arrive you will have my parking space in front of my garage. My garage can be used for a small trailer.

Once in my house, your private room is accessed by an indoor staircase. Upstairs is your bedroom, a bathroom, an independent bathroom.
A second room not rented is also present but whose access is open to you (a mini fridge and a microwave are at your disposal) .
Household linen is available with sheets and bath towels, soap, champoing are available for your use.

You will have an outdoor area to have a snack, breakfast.

Finally, you can enjoy the estate's swimming pool, open from June to September.

Nevertheless, being located on the first floor (stairs) , the room is not very convenient for a person with limited mobility.

Living on the ground floor , the rest of the house is reserved for me. I appreciate your understanding.

Depending on your schedules and schedules , we can, if you wish, share a breakfast, a simple evening meal, participation will be free from you depending on the original Airbnb hospitality.

The room is accessed via an internal staircase in the house. Access is through the main entrance door of the house.
A swimming pool on the estate is accessible thanks to a key that you can ask me for.
You can park for free at a location close to the house.

Other things to note
I would like one or two people to be in the room. No parties or noise to respect the quietness of the house. No cleaning fee but on your departure, please put the used linen in the linen basket in the bathroom and leave the premises clean.

Beautifully decorated room in a recent wood-frame house. Bathroom adjoining the bedroom The house is equipped with ecological heating and natural cooling system. This isn't an air conditioning.
The house is a 2 min drive from the village of Valbonne and 15 min from the city of Cannes and Antibes. Sophia Antipolis technopole is 5 minutes away by car and accessible by public transport. A bus stop is a 10-minute walk from the property.

Located 15 minutes from the sea, Antibes or Cannes, the chalet in Valbonne is quiet on a large plot with a petanque court where our main house is located. Close to Sophia-Antipolis also for visiting workers. The 24 m2 chalet is located at the rear of the house (not directly overlooked) and is surrounded by greenery and a summer terrace area dedicated to it. Possibility to use the pétanque court or our children's games. The pool is shared.

Your car can stay in front of the chalet in our property, which is secured by a gate and cameras.
Perfect couple or family with 2 children. The 25 m2 chalet has a bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, a living area with kitchenette and sofa bed 140 x 200, a shower with toilet and a mezzanine with two single mattresses that can be placed on the floor (note: ladder reserved for adults). A TV.
