The studio is on a terrace, an integral part of the villa which is my home, located in Villefranche sur mer, one of the most beautiful bays in the world. You will appreciate its calm and its picturesque village by the Mediterranean. In 15 minutes, by bus or train, you can find yourself in Nice, the 5th largest city in France, with its old town and its pedestrian streets. Beaulieu sur mer and St Jean Cap Ferrat are 10 minutes by bus or 20 minutes on foot.
The space
The studio is absolutely independent from the villa in which it is located. A large terrace overlooking a pool separates the two buildings.
Guest access
You have full access to the studio which is located on the terrace overlooking the villa.
Other things to note
I would like to insist on the fact that radios and music are prohibited on the terraces, with a single aim, to respect my neighborhood with which I have a perfect understanding.
