Relax in a peaceful, private, low tech environment surrounded by Mother Nature. The town of High Springs with antiques, gift shops, and restaurants is 6 miles away; Gainesville (and the UF Gators) is 30 miles away. Beautiful parks and spring fed rivers and hiking / biking trails are close by. Cave divers and snorkeling at world renowned Ginnie Springs is 1 mile upriver. Canoe/kayak/float/swim/relax in the river and springs 100 feet from the cabin door.
The cabin is fully equipped with AC/heat, fridge, microwave and hotplate, all utensils and linens provided. The bathroom has toilet and shower. We have a comfy full size bed, DVD player, dvd's, games and books. Outside you will find a screened porch to watch the wildlife and birds. We have a bar-b-que and a fire pit. The hammock swings between two shady trees.
The gate from the cabin leads to a small, pristine spring right on the Santa Fe River.

- "Very spacious & alot of nature. We loved it." - "My family and I had a great experience staying here. We fished from the dock mornings and evenings, had a couple of great bbqs at the cabin, and the kids made s'mores in the firepit. The cabin was generously stocked with basic necessities, such as paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents, and other such supplies. There were more than enough pieces of cutlery and flatware, dishes and plates for six people. There were also full selections of kitchen gear (pots, pans, etc.) and bbq tools. The cabin is located in a region that has numerous amazing cold-water springs and crystal clear rivers, called "the Gilchrist Blueway." Not only are those natural wonders in close proximity, but the cabin is stocked with pamphlets, maps, and other bits of information about the nearby springs and rivers. Moreover, the whole property is very well organized. All of the cabinets and drawers are labeled, so you can always find exactly what you're looking for, be it a towel, a frying pan, a coffee cup, etc. Finally, the host is very nice and accommodating. He gave good advice regarding things to do in the area, made sure that we had everything we need while staying in the cabin, and was excellent at communicating. He responded to all messages instantly, and this made the whole process of checking in as well as the entire stay very worry-free."

Come enjoy the peace and quiet at Red Bird Cabin with 16 private acres on the historic Suwannee River. Surrounded by giant, sleepy live oaks, lemon, and orange trees, you will thoroughly enjoy getting away from it all! The property is a wonderful retreat with a large, open yard and gorgeous views. Enjoy watching the local wildlife, such as white tail deer, Osceola turkeys, and blue herons while relaxing in the screened-in sun room or swinging on the large front porch swings.

One king master bedroom is downstairs. There is a bathroom right outside the master bedroom in the hall. It has a walk in shower with a small step over. The other king master bedroom is upstairs in the loft. The twin bunk room is upstairs as well as the second bathroom with a shower/tub.

Red Bird Cabin is completely furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences. It has recently been renovated with new countertops, flooring, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. Bring your food. Bring your fishing poles. Bring your boat! There is a private boat landing on the property, approximately 450 yards from the cabin. The public boat ramp is approximately three miles away.
There is a fire pit with a grill top just outside the side porch.

This unique cabin is in beautiful Three River Estates and very easy to find. It is located on a Santa Fe Inlet that runs into the Sante Fe River just steps away at Bridge Park.
This cabin's beautiful hardwood floors shows off the newly remodeled home. The large partially covered deck will have you laid back enjoying the view of the beautiful cypress, oak and spanish moss hammock of the Sante Fe. Relax and watch turkey and deer wander thru the property. While relaxing, enjoy the evening's sunset and take advantage of the grill and fire pit. Great place to completely get away from big city stress.
Of course this location is everything! Not only close to all the springs and rivers, but you have a key to all the parks and boat ramps Three Rivers Estates offers. This includes the Hoder Park, the private park on the Ichetucknee. Just decide if you want to canoe, kayak, paddle board, float, or just snorkeling the beautiful clear spring fed river. This is without all the state park fees and crowds!!!

Welcome to Camp Manatee! This gorgeous estate sits on approximately 3 acres along the scenic Santa Fe River. With over 600 feet of river access on the property, you will enjoy the beautiful river views on the private dock or the wraparound porch.

We offer kayaks and paddles for guests to use on the river during their stay. Guests visiting in the winter months may catch a glimpse of our favorite manatee visitors!

Camp Manatee is a stilt home with all the major indoor living areas upstairs (please note that you will need to climb up a flight of stairs to enter the home.) There are three (3) spacious bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen and dining table. The living area has comfortable leather couches and faces the river. You are sure to catch some lovely river views along the wraparound porch off the back of the home. There are four (4) Smart Roku TVs, all equipped with streaming services for you to stream your favorite shows during your stay.

Our property also features an additional 25 acres of vacant land adjacent to the property, just across the Santa Fe River. If you are looking to relax and get back in touch with nature, this is a must-visit spot for you!

There is wildlife all around you at Camp Manatee – on land and in the river. You may see deer, wild hogs, turkeys, squirrels, snakes, and rabbits during your visit. Some of the wildlife may be dangerous, and we advise all guests to be aware of their surroundings while on the property. Please note that our home is in a camp-like setting and guests may encounter bugs including ticks or fleas. We do have a pest control company that regularly services the property.

The Santa Fe River is fed by 36 named major springs. Countless other unnamed minor and micro springs dot the river just waiting to be found and explored!

Flanders Cabin Retreat is a secluded cabin that is nestled back in the woods so bring your ATV, UTV OR GOLF CART and travel the endless dirt roads that we have to offer. If outdoors is your thing there is an endless amount of activities you will enjoy. The cool nights by the fire pit with seating for the entire family is great for s’mores making. Just down the road are the SantaFe, Itchtuckneec and Suwannee Rivers. Tubing these rivers is breathtaking and something the whole family will enjoy.
The space
The space inside the cabin is roomy and close all at the same time. Great for families and friends to share and reminisce about their lives and each other’s adventures. Outside is open and spacious for having big bar-b-q’s and parties for your family and friends. Big for pit area to sit around and break out the guitar and sing campfire songs or just tell stories rather they be fiction or non-fiction

*Communication is a best practice when issues arise. If you feel it is an issue then it probably is, so please communicate it with me

*No smoking allowed inside the cabin. We ask if you smoke please smoke outdoors and the disposal of your butts not to be thrown on the grounds.

*There will be space for campers on the property with 30 and 50 amp hookup for small trailers and can accommodate 45 footers. There is not access for sewage drainage so your recreational vehicle will have to be self contained. Please contact us if this is something you are wanting to do with extra guests or family members. An extra charge will be required for this service. The nightly charge for campers/motor homes is $85 a night

*We ask if you are bringing an ATV, UTV or golf cart not to root up yard there is ample dirt roads and trails for you to ride. We have covered parking for your toys as well. No dirt bikes allowed!

*If you would like to book an event such as a wedding or reunion or an event that is of large size contact us for pricing. At that time we will better know your circumstances and be able to price the event accordingly.

*Small dogs are allowed up to 20 lbs. There is a charge for small dogs inside the property. The charge is $50 dollars per stay. If for some reason there should be an accident on the dogs part please let us know immediately so we may have it taken care of right away and not allow it to soil where it happened. We also ask that you do not allow your pets to sleep in the beds. no cats

*Before checking out at the end of your stay we ask that you strip the beds and place the dirty sheets and comforters in the living room floor and place all towels, wash clothes and kitchen towels in the shower.

*We provide 6 kayaks and vests for our guests to use while staying with us. If you would like to use them please contact the a Host or Co-host and we will make arrangements to have the kayaks delivered to the river lot that you will have access to which is located down the road from the cabin. We ask that you treat the kayaks as if they were your on and report any damage to them immediately so that we may inspect them to ensure they are still safe for your use.

*We do not allow anyone to climb or hang from any of the exposed rafters located outside on the carport, surrounding porches or patio behind the cabin.

*Firewood will be provided for you and is only allowed to be used in the designated areas which are the pit located behind the cabin and there is a spot at the river lot that is designated as well. No Exceptions!!

*Do not move furniture around in the cabin. The furniture has its place and that is where it needs to stay.

*During your stay it is more than likely you will encounter wildlife. Deer, Turkey, Gophers etc….. we ask that you do not kill or harm these animals in anyway. Gophers are an endangered species and it is illegal to remove them from their home or to kill them. So please leave them to their selves and just admire from a distance.

The cabin was perfect for our last minute trip. We loved that we could bring our side by side and use it to travel to both the Sante Fe River and Ichetucknee River. We enjoyed using the kayaks on the Ichetucknee. The location of the cabin is secluded and the outdoor space was amazing. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the bunnies and deer in the yard."

- "We just loved it here. The cute little cabin Sheds were perfect size . Didn’t realize the bathroom was in another cabin shed but after the whoops of shock we loved it. The outdoor bathtub and shower is a a fantasy come to life. We enjoyed the spring down the road. Rum 183 although if you are chatty sit away from others , they take the entertainment serious. But overall exactly what we want a quiet piece of heaven for a quick weekend trip."

Located less than a half a mile from the world famous springhead of the Ichetucknee River is this beautiful fully custom 3 bedroom, 2 bath, authentic log home. Tucknee Inn has beautiful wooden animal carvingsand river tables throughout the house. Outside, relax in the hot tub, or tell campfire stories in our custom built firepit area. The home also boasts a huge custom rock shower, a large loft that acts as a second living room, and spacious bedrooms.

- "Stayed here with friends & family & it was the perfect place to stay after floating at Ichetucknee Springs less than a mile away from the cabin. We cooked one night and had everything we needed to prepare a large meal (spices, pots & pans, cutting boards, etc.). The master bedroom was an oasis itself with how comfortable the bed was, the in-room thermostat & wall unit, and the large rainfall head shower. Add in the fire pit & hot tub and it’s perfect! Only complaint is since it’s a log cabin the sound carries well through the flooring but that’s to be expected with the structure of the house. The hundreds of resin carved wood details made it truly a masterpiece of a home! We would highly recommend!"
