Relax in a peaceful, private, low tech environment surrounded by Mother Nature. The town of High Springs with antiques, gift shops, and restaurants is 6 miles away; Gainesville (and the UF Gators) is 30 miles away. Beautiful parks and spring fed rivers and hiking / biking trails are close by. Cave divers and snorkeling at world renowned Ginnie Springs is 1 mile upriver. Canoe/kayak/float/swim/relax in the river and springs 100 feet from the cabin door.
The cabin is fully equipped with AC/heat, fridge, microwave and hotplate, all utensils and linens provided. The bathroom has toilet and shower. We have a comfy full size bed, DVD player, dvd's, games and books. Outside you will find a screened porch to watch the wildlife and birds. We have a bar-b-que and a fire pit. The hammock swings between two shady trees.
The gate from the cabin leads to a small, pristine spring right on the Santa Fe River.

- "Very spacious & alot of nature. We loved it." - "My family and I had a great experience staying here. We fished from the dock mornings and evenings, had a couple of great bbqs at the cabin, and the kids made s'mores in the firepit. The cabin was generously stocked with basic necessities, such as paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents, and other such supplies. There were more than enough pieces of cutlery and flatware, dishes and plates for six people. There were also full selections of kitchen gear (pots, pans, etc.) and bbq tools. The cabin is located in a region that has numerous amazing cold-water springs and crystal clear rivers, called "the Gilchrist Blueway." Not only are those natural wonders in close proximity, but the cabin is stocked with pamphlets, maps, and other bits of information about the nearby springs and rivers. Moreover, the whole property is very well organized. All of the cabinets and drawers are labeled, so you can always find exactly what you're looking for, be it a towel, a frying pan, a coffee cup, etc. Finally, the host is very nice and accommodating. He gave good advice regarding things to do in the area, made sure that we had everything we need while staying in the cabin, and was excellent at communicating. He responded to all messages instantly, and this made the whole process of checking in as well as the entire stay very worry-free."

Come enjoy the peace and quiet at Red Bird Cabin with 16 private acres on the historic Suwannee River. Surrounded by giant, sleepy live oaks, lemon, and orange trees, you will thoroughly enjoy getting away from it all! The property is a wonderful retreat with a large, open yard and gorgeous views. Enjoy watching the local wildlife, such as white tail deer, Osceola turkeys, and blue herons while relaxing in the screened-in sun room or swinging on the large front porch swings.

One king master bedroom is downstairs. There is a bathroom right outside the master bedroom in the hall. It has a walk in shower with a small step over. The other king master bedroom is upstairs in the loft. The twin bunk room is upstairs as well as the second bathroom with a shower/tub.

Red Bird Cabin is completely furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences. It has recently been renovated with new countertops, flooring, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. Bring your food. Bring your fishing poles. Bring your boat! There is a private boat landing on the property, approximately 450 yards from the cabin. The public boat ramp is approximately three miles away.
There is a fire pit with a grill top just outside the side porch.

This unique cabin is in beautiful Three River Estates and very easy to find. It is located on a Santa Fe Inlet that runs into the Sante Fe River just steps away at Bridge Park.
This cabin's beautiful hardwood floors shows off the newly remodeled home. The large partially covered deck will have you laid back enjoying the view of the beautiful cypress, oak and spanish moss hammock of the Sante Fe. Relax and watch turkey and deer wander thru the property. While relaxing, enjoy the evening's sunset and take advantage of the grill and fire pit. Great place to completely get away from big city stress.
Of course this location is everything! Not only close to all the springs and rivers, but you have a key to all the parks and boat ramps Three Rivers Estates offers. This includes the Hoder Park, the private park on the Ichetucknee. Just decide if you want to canoe, kayak, paddle board, float, or just snorkeling the beautiful clear spring fed river. This is without all the state park fees and crowds!!!

Welcome to Camp Manatee! This gorgeous estate sits on approximately 3 acres along the scenic Santa Fe River. With over 600 feet of river access on the property, you will enjoy the beautiful river views on the private dock or the wraparound porch.

We offer kayaks and paddles for guests to use on the river during their stay. Guests visiting in the winter months may catch a glimpse of our favorite manatee visitors!

Camp Manatee is a stilt home with all the major indoor living areas upstairs (please note that you will need to climb up a flight of stairs to enter the home.) There are three (3) spacious bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen and dining table. The living area has comfortable leather couches and faces the river. You are sure to catch some lovely river views along the wraparound porch off the back of the home. There are four (4) Smart Roku TVs, all equipped with streaming services for you to stream your favorite shows during your stay.

Our property also features an additional 25 acres of vacant land adjacent to the property, just across the Santa Fe River. If you are looking to relax and get back in touch with nature, this is a must-visit spot for you!

There is wildlife all around you at Camp Manatee – on land and in the river. You may see deer, wild hogs, turkeys, squirrels, snakes, and rabbits during your visit. Some of the wildlife may be dangerous, and we advise all guests to be aware of their surroundings while on the property. Please note that our home is in a camp-like setting and guests may encounter bugs including ticks or fleas. We do have a pest control company that regularly services the property.

The Santa Fe River is fed by 36 named major springs. Countless other unnamed minor and micro springs dot the river just waiting to be found and explored!

Flanders Cabin Retreat is a secluded cabin that is nestled back in the woods so bring your ATV, UTV OR GOLF CART and travel the endless dirt roads that we have to offer. If outdoors is your thing there is an endless amount of activities you will enjoy. The cool nights by the fire pit with seating for the entire family is great for s’mores making. Just down the road are the SantaFe, Itchtuckneec and Suwannee Rivers. Tubing these rivers is breathtaking and something the whole family will enjoy.
The space
The space inside the cabin is roomy and close all at the same time. Great for families and friends to share and reminisce about their lives and each other’s adventures. Outside is open and spacious for having big bar-b-q’s and parties for your family and friends. Big for pit area to sit around and break out the guitar and sing campfire songs or just tell stories rather they be fiction or non-fiction

*Communication is a best practice when issues arise. If you feel it is an issue then it probably is, so please communicate it with me

*No smoking allowed inside the cabin. We ask if you smoke please smoke outdoors and the disposal of your butts not to be thrown on the grounds.

*There will be space for campers on the property with 30 and 50 amp hookup for small trailers and can accommodate 45 footers. There is not access for sewage drainage so your recreational vehicle will have to be self contained. Please contact us if this is something you are wanting to do with extra guests or family members. An extra charge will be required for this service. The nightly charge for campers/motor homes is $85 a night

*We ask if you are bringing an ATV, UTV or golf cart not to root up yard there is ample dirt roads and trails for you to ride. We have covered parking for your toys as well. No dirt bikes allowed!

*If you would like to book an event such as a wedding or reunion or an event that is of large size contact us for pricing. At that time we will better know your circumstances and be able to price the event accordingly.

*Small dogs are allowed up to 20 lbs. There is a charge for small dogs inside the property. The charge is $50 dollars per stay. If for some reason there should be an accident on the dogs part please let us know immediately so we may have it taken care of right away and not allow it to soil where it happened. We also ask that you do not allow your pets to sleep in the beds. no cats

*Before checking out at the end of your stay we ask that you strip the beds and place the dirty sheets and comforters in the living room floor and place all towels, wash clothes and kitchen towels in the shower.

*We provide 6 kayaks and vests for our guests to use while staying with us. If you would like to use them please contact the a Host or Co-host and we will make arrangements to have the kayaks delivered to the river lot that you will have access to which is located down the road from the cabin. We ask that you treat the kayaks as if they were your on and report any damage to them immediately so that we may inspect them to ensure they are still safe for your use.

*We do not allow anyone to climb or hang from any of the exposed rafters located outside on the carport, surrounding porches or patio behind the cabin.

*Firewood will be provided for you and is only allowed to be used in the designated areas which are the pit located behind the cabin and there is a spot at the river lot that is designated as well. No Exceptions!!

*Do not move furniture around in the cabin. The furniture has its place and that is where it needs to stay.

*During your stay it is more than likely you will encounter wildlife. Deer, Turkey, Gophers etc….. we ask that you do not kill or harm these animals in anyway. Gophers are an endangered species and it is illegal to remove them from their home or to kill them. So please leave them to their selves and just admire from a distance.

Located less than a half a mile from the world famous springhead of the Ichetucknee River is this beautiful fully custom 3 bedroom, 2 bath, authentic log home. Tucknee Inn has beautiful wooden animal carvingsand river tables throughout the house. Outside, relax in the hot tub, or tell campfire stories in our custom built firepit area. The home also boasts a huge custom rock shower, a large loft that acts as a second living room, and spacious bedrooms.

- "Stayed here with friends & family & it was the perfect place to stay after floating at Ichetucknee Springs less than a mile away from the cabin. We cooked one night and had everything we needed to prepare a large meal (spices, pots & pans, cutting boards, etc.). The master bedroom was an oasis itself with how comfortable the bed was, the in-room thermostat & wall unit, and the large rainfall head shower. Add in the fire pit & hot tub and it’s perfect! Only complaint is since it’s a log cabin the sound carries well through the flooring but that’s to be expected with the structure of the house. The hundreds of resin carved wood details made it truly a masterpiece of a home! We would highly recommend!"

- "We initially had an issue with pricing that we felt should have been handled differently between the host and VRBO. The property itself definitely has a farmhouse feel and was very acaccomodating-other than the coffee maker. With 7 adults in the house, it took a long time to make coffee for everyone. That was the only recommendation that we had was to upgrade to a normal sized coffee maker. The game room was a huge hit as we had 5 kids and 7 adults. There is so much to do to entertain everyone. We wish we would have had more time to enjoy all that the house had to offer. We were in town for the weekend only, attending a memorial service. Our stay was short and sweet and we were thankful to have found something to accommodate so many people. "

This whimsical cabin in the woods is the perfect glamping experience for nature lovers, spring hoppers and for the mystics!

If you’ve ever wanted to experience glamorous vintage style, luxurious jewel toned interiors, while also being entirely off the grid then you are in for a treat. Pictures absolutely do not do this space justice. This cozy cottage is a private cabin featuring a custom built deck, fire pit and grill. We’ve ensured your seclusion by installing privacy fences surrounding the patio spaces.

Push start Generator provided on site, is you’re sole source of power in the cabin. We will provide a full tank of gas each day to be refilled around 11 am daily. A full tank typically offers about 10- 12 hours of consecutive power (depending on use of air conditioner and microwave within the cabin). Additional gas can be purchased at the rate of $10 per two gallons.

The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin that sits about 100ft away (it’s approximately a 30 second walk). This is a shared space that may be used by other guests, us or our family during your stay. (We host one other cabin on site) Please bring your own towels! TheBath house is a beautiful, fully functional space that operates solely off solar power.

We host one other cabin on site that sits about 200 yards away, also through the woods.

This cabin is as romantic as it gets. The space sleeps two comfortably, featuring a luxurious queen size bed.

Propane heater (and propane) provided in cabin.

Additional tents may be placed around the cabin for extra sleeping space. We do not provide tents.

Kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Farm fresh eggs given upon request (depending on availability). There is No range or oven inside the cabin but a grill and fire pit as well as all cookware needed are provided out doors for cooking. Please note that there is No running water inside this cabin, all water is sourced from the bath house 100 ft away. There is a deep sink attached to the back of the bath house that may be used to wash dishes.

Outdoor cooking includes grill (propane provided for grill) and Out door fire pit. (wood not provided, but may easily be collected on site.)

30 miles in the opposite direction is Steinhatchee where visitors enjoy the Gulf Coast and local scallops.

We are on a well, and the water table is effected by river levels. At times, the water shows tea colored tannins, and has a sulfur smell. Bringing drinking water is advisable. Please note that at times the tannins may stick to the sides of the tub making it look dirty after use. Since the most recent hurricane, the jets on the tub are not operational.

Since you will be driving and bringing all your gear, you will be all set. There is plenty of parking for your boat, pitching a tent, and/or prepping your hunting, boating, fishing or diving gear.

We are located about 10 miles from Historic Live Oak, 6 miles from Dowling Park and access to the Suwannee River. We are very close to the many springs located along the Historic Suwannee River, including popular diving Peacock, Telford and Convict Springs.

This cabin is an 12x8 tiny house on wheels with a 4 foot front porch. The cabin is fully insulated and using the mini split for a/c or heat, you can create the cozy environment you dream of. Lay in the queen sized bed looking out the windows into the trees and experience the peace of being in nature. If you are working away from home, there is a desk and chair with a window that looks out into the forest. Enjoy this quiet retreat on your own or with company.

The home runs on well water which has more natural minerals with iron as opposed to city water that has chemicals.

The shack is accessible through a 3/4 mile well-maintained narrow dirt road.
Watch for wildlife and on coming vehicle's.

This shack has access to large yard, where all guests are welcome to explore, play ball, corn hole, or frisbee.

The main road circles around allowing you to exit back out the same way you came in. The home is partially fenced and gated on spacious lot. Plenty of room to park additional RV or pitch a tent. A cabin where you can bring along trailer of ATV's , motor cycles, dirt bikes or extra tents or friends! Tents have access to 30 amp. plug in immediate proximity on cabin property. Campsites offer 30/50 amp hook up.

The Up Ta Camp property is available year round and is a viable alternative to hotel stays for area events such as University of Florida sport events and graduations. Gainesville hotel s often are booked far in advance for Gator home games. Up Ta Camp is a 35 minute drive to the Oaks mall game day shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes to stadium. A 40 minute drive puts you on campus, Up Ta Camp is even closer to Santa Fe Collage and the NHRA race track where the Gatornationals drag. Races are run annually. The Spirit of the Suwannee Music park, a venue that hosts multi day festivals showcasing many musical genres is just up the road in Live Oak, a mere 15 minutes away. Located in the far south west corner of the sprawling 3 Rivers Estates Up Ta Camp is a mere minutes away from the Ginney Springs System famous for its underwater cave system. It is our pleasure to accommodate divers who come to Ginney Springs to attend cave diving certification classes. The cottage that is my immediate neighbor is also an Airbnb listing and many people who rent there are in the area to get their cave diving certification. We both offer a much more comfortable alternative to camping at Ginney Springs

There is another rental on the property with its own private gates,driveway and access. Please be respectful of others and keep your pets on a leash when not inside the dogrun/fenced area.

Cabin is in a very sparsely populated, rural agricultural area with little traffic. Road to cabin is gravel (900th St) , main road from cabin (CR340) is 2 lane blacktop, about 500 yards south of cabin driveway.

Parking at the cabin is wide open. Cars can park under the cabin. There is plenty of room to park trailers adjacent to the cabin behind a secured gate. Easy turn around for even large trailers.

There are 2 convenience/gas stations within 5 minutes of the cabin and a brand new Dollar General just opened within a 5 minute drive. Closest full grocery is 15 minutes away and closest Wal Mart is 30 minutes.

Other things to note
Trail from the cabin to the waterfront is about 2200 feet, driveable most of the time for cars, trucks, ATVs, golfcarts with decent ground clearance. Otherwise there is an alternate driving route open to all vehicles, which owner will show if needed.
Waterfront is totally private, available only to renters of the cabin. Large dock, shed with paddling supplies, firewood and rack with canoes and small kayaks.
Property is almost fully forested with large Florida live oaks near the cabin transitioning to cypress and other river trees like water hickory as you move to the waterfront.
There is a second cabin on the property, in the SW corner. This cabin is used by the owner when guests are checking in and is not rented to other guests. Owner respects privacy of guests.

Immaculate cabin on the historical Suwannee River, just upstream from Telford Springs. Our floating dock equipped with a kayak launch, makes it easy to enjoy your day on the river. Small boats are welcome too with a boat ramp nearby. Whether you're here to dive the caves of the springs or just enjoy the scenic countryside, you won't be disappointed! River levels vary throughout the year, feel free to reach out for a clear water forecast of the springs before booking!

The space
Cabin is fully equipped with all of the up to date furnishing and amenities. The deck and covered pavilion directly on the river is the best spot with amazing views. Kayaks and bikes are on site, please return when finished. There is a paved jogging path nearby and a park in town for the kids.

Lockbox access is on the porch and will be sent automatically through Airbnb prior to your arrival time. Please respect the maximum amount of guests and pet rule. We are close by in the even we are needed on site. No tents allowed without prior approval.

Other things to note
During your stay you will probably encounter wildlife. You will see the occasional alligator on the banks of the river sunning but they are not aggressive with humans. When swimming in the river or walking along trails, please be mindful of your surroundings and other animals you may come across. We are on well water that is treated, but you may prefer to bring drinking water. Although we do not allow smoking inside, you may smoke outside but please dispose of properly.

Just Renovated! This is Cabin 1 for the overall Smoakhouse Ranch Farm stay. It has a private bedroom, a sofa bed, and 3 futons in the loft which is perfect for kids. Thrill the cows, horses, chickens, goats, & other pets with attention and treats that we provide. Pick our blackberries, citrus, and grapes when in season. Wander across the bridge over the fishing pond and enjoy the antics of the frogs, fish, and turtles. This is a working farm producing beautiful black angus cattle.

Welcome to Telford Cabin on the Suwannee River! Relax & Enjoy nature at it's finest with beautiful Telford Springs just across the river. Take in the river views from the screened porch or from one of our kayaks where several other springs await your arrival downstream. Telford Cabin is just 4 miles from town where the majority of your supplies can be found for your stay. River levels vary throughout the year, feel free to reach out for a clear water forecast of the springs before booking!

The space
Telford Cabin sits on a 1/4 of an acre but there is plenty of room to spread out. The road coming in is a mile stretch of dirt road perfect for strolls and bike rides. There are 3 kayaks that can be launched from a steep, man made boat ramp to the south of the property. If you do not have any experience with kayaking, please do not use them. The river is a swift and dangerous place to try and learn for the first time. There are boat ramps down stream that most kayakers float to and coordinate the pick up the kayaks with a second vehicle. If the river is low enough, Telford Springs is directly across and other springs down river are great spots to kayak to.

The entire cabin and surrounding yard are for you to enjoy but please respect the neighbors and maximum number of guests rule. Daytime guests visiting require approval for parking privileges. Please no tents unless prior approval has been given.

Other things to note
Telford Cabin is 396 sf so keep that in mind when booking for more than 4 guests. The upstairs loft is perfect for children & teens due to the lack of head space. The Suwannee River is known for it's high banks and can sometimes rise quickly. If you are coming to only see the springs, please reach out to me for a clear water forecast before booking.

Flanders Cabin Retreat is a secluded cabin that is nestled back in the woods so bring your ATV, UTV OR GOLF CART and travel the endless dirt roads that we have to offer. If outdoors is your thing there is an endless amount of activities you will enjoy. The cool nights by the fire pit with seating for the entire family is great for s’mores making. Just down the road are the SantaFe, Itchtuckneec and Suwannee Rivers. Tubing these rivers is breathtaking and something the whole family will enjoy.

Come enjoy a peaceful getaway on four private acres just down the dirt road from the Ichetucknee and Santa Fe rivers! Float the crystal clear river, take your boat out, or just hang in the hammock and enjoy a bonfire!

The cabin is in a wildlife sanctuary so you will see many deer and other animals in the yard. Guests have private access to an Ichetucknee tube/kayak launch, as well as the exit point and a private boat ramp. Only four miles to Ichetucknee Springs State Park, as well. Come visit!

The space
*The property is not on the river itself, though it is a very quick walk or drive down the quiet neighborhood road.*

A private driveway will lead you into the property where you will use a key code to enter the cabin. There is a spacious upstairs loft (accessed with a pull down ladder) with a queen bed. Downstairs is a full sized bed, smart TV, sitting area, small kitchen and full sized bathroom. There is an outdoor shower that is wonderful for rinsing off and warming up after floating the river. Large porch for sitting, eating, grilling, and enjoying a glass of wine or cup of coffee.

Guests will have access to a nature trail on the private four acres, fire pit area, large outdoor shower, river access points (1/2 mile away), gas grill, and the entire home.

When notified, early check-in may be available for an additional fee. Message me for details!

~The cabin is *small* but cozy, comfortable, and fully functional. Many updates have been made recently and we continue to work on updating the house.
~River levels can fluctuate throughout the year, so check that before you book if it is a concern for you.
~You will be in nature, which is beautiful.. but could potentially include bugs, snakes, ticks, and other critters. Bring bug spray and please keep this in mind.
~Keys to river access points are in the house and ready for your use. Please know that there is a $100 replacement fee if the keys are misplaced.

Come enjoy the peace and quiet at Red Bird Cabin with 16 private acres on the historic Suwannee River. Surrounded by giant, sleepy live oaks, lemon, and orange trees, you will thoroughly enjoy getting away from it all! The property is a wonderful retreat with a large, open yard and gorgeous views. Bring your fishing poles. Bring your boat! There is a private boat landing on the property 450 yards from the cabin.

The space
One king master bedroom is downstairs. There is a bathroom right outside the master bedroom in the hall. It has a walk in shower with a small step over. The other king master bedroom is upstairs in the loft. The twin bunk room is upstairs as well as the second bathroom with a shower/tub.

*Please be advised that a Category 4-5 Hurricane went through the area fairly recently. The main structure was miraculously spared by the grace of God eventhough many neighbors in the area lost everything. That being said the vegetation, some exterior ammenities, and surrounding greenery were affected . We are in the process of investing a very large amount of money to regain some of the lost vegetation as well as investing in many improvements designed exclusively for you enjoyment and leisure. There isn't anything to prevent you from enjoying your stay and surrounding areas in our Old North Florida Natural Paradise so close to dozens of springs and trails. Please understand that we are providing full transparency and that pictures on the listing show a lot more trees and greenery that are currently onsite. We will not offer refunds or discounts due to the fact that trees and vegetation is not as dense as before or other additional complimentary ammenities that accessibility an increased level of difficulty

This property is wheelchair inaccessible and not suited for elderly or infirm guests. Entrance to the cabin requires climbing stairs to both the front and back doors.

We truly understand the importance of service animals. However, due to severe health issues related to animal allergies, we are unable to host any animals, including service animals, at Suwannee Comfort. We appreciate your understanding.

We do not ask for a damage deposit at the time of booking, however when you stay at Suwannee Comfort, you come at your own risk. Should you damage something, you will be responsible for the total cost of the repair. We will not be held responsible should you and/or your property be damaged in any way while staying at this property.

Kick back at our forested two-cabins-in-one property. The Folkhouse is located in a river community at the confluence of two rivers, situated across a dirt road from the beautiful Santa Fe River and within a mile walk from the crystal clear Ichetucknee, on a full acre adjacent to 100 acres of conservation trust land. Enjoy nature views from the wrap around porch, shade from huge live oak trees, and a park on the river just paces from the yard. A place for lovers of nature, music, and folk art.

The space
The Folkhouse is composed of two cabins on piers attached by a wraparound porch deck, a stand alone studio (if requested for an extra fee), a carport, the open air hang out area beneath the cabins and one acre of yard and a firepit. You will have the whole property to yourself.

“Front Cabin”
The front cabin is a two bedroom, two bathroom, artisan wood cabin with all the bells and whistles including central heating and air, a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, a t.v. with roku and a dvd player, and a wrap around porch.

“Back Cabin”
The back cabin is a two bedroom, one bath that is slightly more rustic than the front cabin. It includes a home bar, a small performance stage, a beautiful view of the 100 acre conservation trust land adjacent to the property, and a wrap around porch. Unlike the front cabin, the back cabin is heated by electric space heaters and cooled by ceiling fans and window AC units.

“The Studio”
There is a separate tiny cabin in the yard which can serve as an extra bedroom, office, or studio space for guests. It has electricity and a window AC unit, a ceiling fan, a double bed, and nice natural light. The Studio can be rented for a single $40 fee as an extra bedroom for guests who need additional space. We only rent this space as an addition for guests already renting the rest of the property, not separately, so it will be locked and empty if you don't request it for your stay.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entirety of the property including both cabins and all the private amenities on our one acre yard, except The Studio, which will be locked and empty unless guests request use of it for an extra $40 fee.

There are also several parks in the area that make the Three Rivers community extra special. These include several private gated parks along the Ichetucknee River, a Santa Fe River boat launch, and one Santa Fe waterfront park just a few steps away from the Folkhouse.

We will share our key to these parks with our guests, however, we expect our guests to treat these spaces with respect... Seriously, do not make us clutch our pearls or get us in trouble with our neighbors. We will prosecute you to the full extent allowed by Airbnb (and if necessary, the law) including a bad review that will prevent you from renting other Airbnbs, and expensive charges if we find that you have littered, been unkind to other park-goers, or in any way harmed the forest, waterways, wildlife, property, or our reputation in our community.

**Please note that the boats on-site are not available for guest use due to liability. We have several recommendations for local outfitters, so please ask if you’re looking to paddle!**

Other things to note
*Riverside Folkhouse uses a well. Our water is safe to drink, but can have an irony taste. There is a water purifier on the sink with a switch that can be turned on for better tasting drinking water. You will know when it is on because it slows the flow of the sink faucet. Guests sensitive to the taste of well water may prefer to bring their own jugs of drinking water.

*We allow one pet for a fee. In some cases we will allow more than one pet but you need to talk to us about it first and we may charge an additional fee. We require that pet owners clean up after their pets. If additional, unexpected cleaning is required after checkout, you may be charged a fee.

*Please note, our base nightly price is for up to four guests, for groups larger than four, there is an additional charge per guest per night. We don't charge for infants (3 and younger), but kids 4 and older do count as additional guests (this is the standard on Airbnb). You need to honestly report how many guests will be joining your visit, dishonesty in this regard will earn you a bad review.

When enjoying the Santa Fe and Ichetucknee Rivers and nearby springs, please do be aware that there are critters such as alligators and venomous snakes that also share this ecosystem. Give these creatures space if you spot them. Also, look out for the gentle manatees which can often be spotted at Point Park on the confluence of the Santa Fe and Ich during the winter season. They are beautiful to observe, but please give them a respectful amount of space as well, it is illegal to touch manatees.

The space
Enter into a large open kitchen, dining and living room on the first floor with covered porches on both the back and front of the home. There is a half bath on the first floor with a washer and dryer in the laundry room. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, full coffee machine that also allows for k-cup coffee. Pots, pans dishes and silverware are all in the kitchen ready for you to use.

The master bedroom located on the first floor has a private bath with a deep soaking tub and separate walk in shower. The master has a California King bed with log furniture. The walk-in closet has plenty of room for your clothing.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The upstairs also has its own AC unit.

The couch is also a sleeper sofa with a queen size bed if you need it for extra guests in your group.

The entire cabin is yours to enjoy. The is a large front yard shaded by oak trees and the back yard has a large deck with a grill.

This 3/2 riverfront cabin has everything needed to have a fun, relaxing family getaway. It provides the perfect space for entertaining a large group. Spend your days swimming, fishing, kayaking, wildlife watching, or tubing down the Ichetucknee River. There is a 2 story dock for easy access to the river. There is also the State park and multiple public boat ramps located in the area for longer access on the rivers. We do not provide key to private parks.

A mere 0.3 mile down the road from the majestic Charles Springs Park, The Nest offers a two-story river deck and gangway to a floating dock, 3 kayaks, a paddle board to use during your stay (at one’s own risk) Or, launch a larger water vessel from Charles springs boat ramp and dock it directly on the property.

We currently only accept reservations from guests with at least one positive review. We’ve had wonderful experiences with most of our guests and want to ensure a smooth, respectful stay for everyone.

Please ensure that the guest count accurately represents the number of individuals staying. To maintain lower rates for smaller parties we offer a base rate for up to five guests and an additional charge of $25 per person per night for each guest beyond five. All fees will be calculated automatically based on the guest count entered into the reservation.

Due to the close proximity to surrounding wilderness and our tropical climate, please be aware of insects and other wildlife. The home is professionally treated for bugs, but the occasional insect could potentially crawl or fly in. Please keep external doors closed.

Please note that our property does not have a backup generator in the event of a power outage. If you experience a loss of power, please notify us immediately so we can contact the electric company and work to have service restored as quickly as possible.

We offer the best WiFi service in rural Florida, but you may experience intermittent service from time to time.

Electric vehicle charging from our property is prohibited

Stays longer than 7 days may require an $80.00 mid-cleaning and trash removal service.

We suggest checking with the parks/springs you plan to visit for the most up-to-date information regarding water levels and any park regulations before visiting.

We try to provide firewood and charcoal but it cannot be guaranteed. Please only use a bundle amount during your stay. Alternatively, you may collect and burn sticks/limbs from the wooded area that have fallen as a result of a recent storms.

-Weather/Acts Of God: We are not responsible for any weather conditions or acts of God or nature that happen during guests stay on premises and no refunds will be made.

We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or facilities, nor are we responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. The use of the kayaks, hammocks, bunk beds are at your own risk. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

We have a no pet policy, however we welcome legitimate Service Animals. This does NOT include Emotional support Animals.
If you are bringing a Service Animal please note the following..
-You are liable for any damages caused by any persons or service animal.
-Service Animals must not be left alone during your stay
-Service Animals are not allowed on the furniture or counters, unless it is specifically related to the services the animal provides
-Service animals must use the bathroom outdoors.
-Guests are expected to clean up after any service animals and are expected to bring their own supplies for doing so. Please place any excrement bags into the garbage bins and not inside of the property.
-Misrepresentation of a service animal is a crime in Florida. Persons who falsely represent a service animal are subject to immediate eviction and penalties.
-There will be a $200 per pet/per day for pets observed that were not disclosed at booking.
