The cabin was a little dated, some weak spots and unlevel floors, but was able to move around. The kids loved the loft. We made sure they were safe on the stair/ladder going up. Convict springs was literally right out the front door across a small field. The spring was beautiful. The kids swam so much the were sore the next day. The family is a little small but we had fun. The staff were so nice! The highlight of everything was meeting Pinky one their beautiful pigeons!!!! The birding here is top notch especially one the river. We saw 3 red shoulder hawks and heard numerous great horned owls. Also the gulf sturgeon jumping is so cool! We will be back! I want to canoe and fish next time!!!"

Beautiful parks and spring fed rivers and hiking / biking trails are close by. Cave divers and snorkeling at world renowned Ginnie Springs is 1 mile upriver. Canoe/kayak/float/swim/relax in the river and springs 100 feet from the cabin door.
The cabin is fully equipped with AC/heat, fridge, microwave and hotplate, all utensils and linens provided. The bathroom has toilet and shower. We have a comfy full size bed, DVD player, dvd's, games and books. Outside you will find a screened porch to watch the wildlife and birds. We have a bar-b-que and a fire pit. The hammock swings between two shady trees.
The gate from the cabin leads to a small, pristine spring right on the Santa Fe River.

A beautifully comfortable two-bedroom river home located on the Suwanee River and nestled among the trees. - "Wow what a great piece of property! I loved how it was remote and quiet. It had a huge yard for the dog to run and lots of fun activities for my husband & I. The puppy loved swimming in the river and there's so many things to do nearby during the day. The cabin was very nicely remodeled and decorated. The only downside it was dirty. Lots of dust on surfaces & old food stains in microwave. The throw blankets on couch were stinky. But all of those things can be fixed and we'd love to come back! It was an awesome experience. We really enjoyed our stay."

- "Beautiful quiet location on the Santa Fe River. Equipped with everything we needed on-site. Very close to Ichetucknee State Park for tubing, cave diving & canoe rentals. For the adventurous and licensed, cave diving is available at the Wes Skiles Peacock Springs State Park 386-776-2194 and Ginnie Springs, and of coarse canoers and kayakers are a regular in this area at the Adventure Outpost or the Sante Fe Canoe Outpost. Folks, this area is filled with clear, refreshing springs to enjoy, relax, picnic and so on! Gainesville, home of the FL. Gators is a 45 min. drive for your football, baseball and other sporting loves. The Stephen Foster Culture Center in White Springs is only 19 miles away. The Lake City Medical Ctr. is just around the corner 4 min. away for all you health care providers or those with friends or family in the hospital. For those that would The Loft, an A-frame studio apt sits above our 3 car garage. It is charming, clean, in a safe and quiet residential area just waiting to accommodate the single person or the married couple. It has a fully supplied kitchen with all that you would need except an oven and dishwasher, but it does have a microwave and a glass top 2 burner stove, refrigerator, utensils, pots, pans, dishes etc. and coffee bar. The Loft is perfect for 1-2 people. Sorry No Pets! No smoking! We love animals but not in our home. We are 2mi. off I75 and easy access if you are traveling. ( smoke alarm and fire extinguisher are on site.) maybe you desire to stay a night.or two somewhere other than a hotel? We’re your perfect option! 2 miles behind all those hotels off I75 and 90 sits our “Loft” quiet and peaceful.

Entertainment includes dish satellite service, 1200 mbps internet speeds for streaming or gaming, disc golf baskets with discs and a professional poker and dice table. For the clear nights, there is a telescope available.
The space
The house is cozy with a fireplace and high speed internet. The beds are comfortable and all have brand new, memory foam, gel mattresses. The pillows and bed covers are hypoallergenic and there is no carpet in the house, giving you a fresh and clean experience. The house is professionally cleaned.

You will have access to about an acre of land in the front yard, and a fenced in back yard. All of the house is accessible, but one small room is for maintenance.

I absolutely adored the layout of the home, the spa tub, the huge walk in closets, the comfortable couch where we spent a good bit of time watching Christmas movies, the table that converts into a poker table. There was nothing I didn't like about the property. We had a little difficulty getting the internet to work properly so we could watch Prime Video, but Netflix worked fine. There are two cable options (Xfinity and Dish) so you can pick which one you would like to use. The host is friendly and easy to reach should you need to contact him for whatever reason. We had an issue getting in the house when we were checking in, but he has Ring doorbell cams, so he messaged asking if we were there at the property. Told him yes, we were a few minutes early but he told us we could go ahead and go in. I explained we were having a hard time getting the lock to unlock, but it was my fault - I put in the wrong number. The accent wall for the fireplace is beautiful. The guest bathroom shower wall was the same (river pebbles) and is the cutest thing. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again real soon. "

Springs aren’t far. Morning are perfect for coffee, listening to birds chirping. At night you have a beautiful blanket of stars shining down as you watch for those shooting stars. The cabins have space functional for your stay. Wood through out the cabin with cedar ceilings.

We have a quiet, green country space. Mornings on the large front porch are a magical time, with a view of old growth forest and a lovely horse pasture. We have lots of birds, and abundant wildlife. No city lights dim the stars at night.

This whimsical cabin in the woods is the perfect glamping experience for nature lovers, spring hoppers and for the mystics!

If you’ve ever wanted to experience glamorous vintage style, luxurious jewel toned interiors, while also being entirely off the grid then you are in for a treat. Pictures absolutely do not do this space justice. This cozy cottage is a private cabin featuring a custom built deck, fire pit and grill. We’ve ensured your seclusion by installing privacy fences surrounding the patio spaces.

Push start Generator provided on site, is you’re sole source of power in the cabin. We will provide a full tank of gas each day to be refilled around 11 am daily. A full tank typically offers about 10- 12 hours of consecutive power (depending on use of air conditioner and microwave within the cabin). Additional gas can be purchased at the rate of $10 per two gallons.

Generator powers AC unit in cabin, microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge while running.

The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin that sits about 100ft away (it’s approximately a 30 second walk). This is a shared space that may be used by other guests, us or our family during your stay. (We host one other cabin on site) Please bring your own towels! TheBath house is a beautiful, fully functional space that operates solely off solar power.

We host one other cabin on site that sits about 200 yards away, also through the woods.

This cabin is as romantic as it gets. The space sleeps two comfortably, featuring a luxurious queen size bed.

Propane heater (and propane) provided in cabin.

Additional tents may be placed around the cabin for extra sleeping space. We do not provide tents.

Kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Farm fresh eggs given upon request (depending on availability). There is No range or oven inside the cabin but a grill and fire pit as well as all cookware needed are provided out doors for cooking. Please note that there is No running water inside this cabin, all water is sourced from the bath house 100 ft away. There is a deep sink attached to the back of the bath house that may be used to wash dishes.

Outdoor cooking includes grill (propane provided for grill) and Out door fire pit. (wood not provided, but may easily be collected on site.)

We’re also a scenic 30 minute drive from Maddison FL. Where you can check out there stellar antique shops.

30 miles in the opposite direction is Steinhatchee where visitors enjoy the Gulf Coast and local scallops.

Embrace your adventures with plenty of room for your golf cart, ATV, or boat! It is only 5 minutes to the nearest boat ramp.

The space
Welcome to this cozy two bedroom, two bath conveniently located right in the small town of Live Oak. The home is fully furnished, with full access to a 5 person hot tub and electric fireplace. Your private room has an open closet with 5-drawer dresser for clothing storage, as well as queen bed and 2-drawer nightstand with plenty of shelving. The room is not overly spacious but the home more than makes up for it! If your stay consists of more than 2 guests there is a oversized sectional couch that could easily sleep another guest. Also, willing to make exceptions for children depending on age. Please just let me know prior to booking!

This space is home to two Devon Rex kitties as well that love to cuddle! They are super sweet and shouldn’t bother you at all. They don’t have the coat of a regular cat and are known to be hypoallergenic. If they are an issue for you please reach out and I can try my best to make accommodations for your stay!

You’ll have access to the living area, kitchen, laundry room, outdoor space and your own private room and bathroom!

I do live on the premises, however I don’t stay home often so we may or may not cross paths. Regardless, you will have plenty of privacy! Feel free to message me with any questions or concerns, I want your stay to be as comfortable as possible!

Welcome home! This cozy home is clean, quiet & relaxing with all new kitchen appliances, paint, flooring, lighting, homemade fire pit swings, patio seating in backyard with privacy, furniture throughout home & smart TV’s in the guest rooms. Homemade bird/squirrel feeder for watching the wildlife & a small pond with a rock waterfall out back! Located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Lake City. Shopping is on one stretch with an array of restaurants & shops all nearby off 90!

The space
Safe, quiet and clean! You'll have access to the living area, kitchen, bathroom, guest room, backyard, and laundry room in the garage. Guests receive a code for the front door keypad for easy access upon arrival. Parking is in driveway and on grass as long as you are sure to not block any vehicles in the driveway. For your safety, I have ring cameras on the front and back porch and on the driveway. I also have a home security system set up throughout the house.

Keypad code to get in the front door will be given upon arrival. We ask that you please park in the driveway without blocking vehicles parked on the grass.

During your stay
I usually like welcoming guests in person but sometimes will be unavailable. I like giving my guests privacy and their own space but if you have any questions, I am always available via phone. Otherwise, I’m usually to myself giving my guests freedom to the common areas of the home.

Other things to note
I have well water that is attached to a water softener and water filter and it runs into a septic tank. Please do not dispose of anything in the sinks or toilets that don’t say septic safe on it. I provide septic safe toilet paper for all guests. Nothing else should be placed in the toilets or they could overflow.

kayak/canoe RENTALS near by, fishing and tubing down the clear blue waters of the spring fed rivers.Fishing? Full of bass, mullet, catfish and other native species.

Property boasts the largest water front in area, over 1000 ft wide, and a floating dock for viewing and swimming. Snorkel or scuba through the underwater canyons of limestone and other natural features. Wildlife abounds in the area!

Nearby local, state and private parks offer unique swimming areas, the "blue hole", and tubing as well. There are many springs and natural features right on the river here to enjoy.

As a guest of Bowman’s River Landing you would have access to all 12.5 acres on site and 1600 acres across river with 4.5 miles of hiking trails!Firewood for sale on site.

-Pets are welcome but must be on leash when outside of your cabin and picked up after. A $30.00 pet liability fee is to be paid before arrival and must crated if alone in cabin.

Sliding glass door opens to a great back porch that looks out upon 5 acres of hardwoods. Inside this air conditioned space - you'll find a comfortable full size bed for two, ceiling fan, ac, outlets.

Off your back porch you'll find a fire pit and picnic table.

The space
Only 1.2 mile from the Itchtucknee Springs Park entrance (south). From floating or snorkeling the crystal clear Itchtucknee river, canoe the Suwannee River or kayak the Santa Fe River - you're close to them all.

If you prefer diving, there are over 20 springs nearby that are diver's favorites including, Troy, Ginnie and Blue. Drop off and pick up service available for many. Check their website or FB pages for more info.

Enjoy use of the Cabin, Community Gazebo with refrigerator, microwave, and cold running water.

Immediate needs can generally be taken care of at the Dollar General which is about 1/4 mile. Groceries are about 7 miles into Branford @ Scaff's IGA. There you'll also find The Gathering, Sandwiches on Main, Suwannee Brew, Our Place and more for great homemade food.
And if you need a small town version of a mall and super Walmart - Lake City is 20 miles and most chain restaurants, and stores are there.
Gainesville is about 40 minutes away and is normal city life for stores, restaurants etc.

Our tiny house welcomes you with a bright, fully stocked kitchen, a cozy seating area and a pop-up breakfast bar with stools The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, desk, dresser, closet and full bathroom with walk-in shower. Enjoy the comforts of climate controlled A/C & Heat. You'll love the fresh peacefullness of relaxing outdoors, close with nature. Centrally located, we are just minutes away from festivals, fairs, flea markets & antiquing, rodeos, and music events throughout the year!

Guest access
You will have private access to the tiny house and surrounding yard. It is fenced and gated. We do have an outdoor firepit and can provide wood to burn upon request. There is also putdoor seating, a picnic table, and a hammock. Please do not venture into paddocks for firewood or to see the animals. The horses and goats frequently visit along the fence.

There is a fresh water hose available for your use, such as rinsing off your kayak or dive gear, rinsing your cooler, etc..

We have 2 horses, raise Tennessee Fainting goats, have chickens, ducks in the pond, dogs and a barn cat named Banjo! Our entire property is cross fenced and the animals have their own space. Please keep your pet on a leash when outside of the tiny house yard.
