- "Had a quick night stay in Sligo. The place was great and we were able to walk to the city center. Took an early morning drive outside of town to see some sights and was able to be back in time to check out." - "This was not what I expected. The listing states “just a few minutes walk “ to restaurants, shops, etc. I’m thinking that walk would have been 20-30 minutes…and getting back would have been all uphill. The property itself was ok. Provided what we needed…but definitely furnished and equipped as cheaply as possible. It could use some new paint on the walls, or some cleaning of walls. Also to get hot water upstairs - there’s a switch on the wall in hallway. Would have been helpful to know that ahead of time!!"
