Weekly from Saturday to Saturday during April to October.
Nightly with a 4 night minimum stay during November to December. Exceptions: Thanksgiving and Christmas are weekly Saturday to Saturday.

Being just across the street from beach access #10 makes it so convenient for swimming, sunbathing, and all kinds of fun beach activities. Whether it's lounging in the sun or taking a peaceful walk along the shore, this location is ideal for anyone who loves being close to the ocean.

Along with the easy beach access you get a stunning sunrise view. You can see the water from the master bedroom and the large, gated deck from the living room. The deck has 2 Adirondack-style chairs and a patio set perfect for both lounging and dining outdoors. If you need to rinse off after the beach, the private outdoor shower is an unexpected convenience.

If you would like to bring your pet please contact us so we can get information and approve your pet. We have pet bowls, pet towels, and a large kennel available for your use. There is a daily fee of $20 per pet. Also, we require your pet(s) to be on flea preventative and up to date on vaccinations.

Close by is public access to the Atlantic Recreation Center with a swimming pool, splash park, fitness center, and a wonderful kids playground. There is also a movie theater 15 minutes away. If you're looking for restaurants, live music, or other entertainment, downtown Fernandina is a short 2 1/2 mile drive from the cottage.

We've equipped the cottage with lots of beach essentials including coolers, beach chairs, body boards, and more.

Inside, you'll find a lot to love. The cottage was recently remodeled, and everything is extremely new and clean. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, and everything you need to prepare fabulous meals in the comfort of your very own beach cottage. The living area is equally inviting and includes a 42-inch flat screen TV, and a Blu-Ray/DVD player. You'll also find a washer and dryer in the pantry.

Linens are provided, including sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, and dog drying towels.

In the master bedroom, you will find the decor to have a playful yet sophisticated feel. It includes a very comfortable king size bed, a flat screen TV, and an in-suite bathroom with a combined shower and tub. The guest bedroom has one twin and one double bed, and a flat screen TV. It's the perfect place for your kids or guests. The second bathroom also has a combined shower and tub and is centrally located off the main hallway. The cottage includes free Wi-Fi and cable TV.

- "Now that we are settled back into our routine, I just wanted to write and tell you how much we enjoyed your place and Fernandino Beach. Went down to the beach and watched the sunrise each morning over the ocean and then walked practically around the corner and up the street to Eagen's Greenway for some great birding! Saw a painted bunting each day though he stayed too far away to get a really great photo as well as an alligator, some bunnies and turtles! Cardinals were everywhere. Saw two Carolina Chickadees right off your front porch and many shore birds at the beach too. We drove down to the bridge and saw the Spoonbills. We ate at Arte's Pizza and twice at the Salty Pelican where we had great seats for the sunset. I sure hope we can get to Fernandino Beach again and stay at your place. It was so comfortable and convenient! Perfect weather and can't beat the combination of beach and birds! Thank you! "

- "My husband and I stayed in this home for a long weekend getaway. The location was quiet and peaceful and really convenient to the historic downtown area. There was excellent shopping & dining downtown! We took our e bikes and could quickly and easily get downtown and not have to worry about parking. The home was well equipped and comfortable. The manager checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay; we didn't have any issues. It was just two of us, but there is room for more, for sure. It was a very relaxing weekend for us!"

- "House was good . Needs a little updating . Owner was responsive to text messages . It worked good for what we needed. Which was clean beds and a patio area for hanging out . Short walk over the small sand dune to the sea shell covered beach ! Fun shell hunting . Lovely beach area . I would recommend the upstairs unit just because of the view . ( we were not able to use the upstairs unit ) because someone in our party could not climb stairs . It does say you can share the upstairs deck area with the upstairs renters . But to me it would seem awkward/ and like you were in their space . So we did not use it . Overall , house was clean , beds were clean , responsive to questions and suggestions about places to eat . It does not have a washer / dryer in bottom unit . But we had a good time and we’re glad for our little get together ! Our food recommendations : T-Rays ( local breakfast place ) Captain Jacks ( BBQ FOOD ) Peppers ( Mexican food ) Salt Life ( you can walk to it from the house ) walk along the beach to get there ! 👋Hello y’all! If you are looking for walking distances to the beach and to Centre St. downtown as well as the Amelia River this is your perfect getaway! The location is really quite perfect!!! The cottage home has all the 1939 charm and “homey-ness” that you can imagine. Original hardwood floors, arches, plaster walls and professionally decorated by “yours truly”. The French doors leading out to the large back deck provide additional hang space as well as the BBQ for grilling and eating dinners at home.
Relax after dinner around the cool and viby firepit too. The outside private shower is ideal for cleaning off after a day at the beach too! We have beach chairs, towels and bikes for your use too.

Watch the dolphins from the couch! There is a 2 streaming tvs one in the main room and one in the room with the queen bed. This beach cottage is cozy, stocked with books and puzzles. Newer oven, toaster oven, coffee maker and utensils. Also, these are popular cottages. Some guests fly in and out. Leaving behind groceries that were never opened or used. Occasionally you’ll find oils and seasonings as well - we try to make it feel like it’s at home. Below the house has a plethora of toys, noodles, cabanas, and boogie boards. Sometimes more sometimes less. Lots of times this water on the door of the refrigerator with a couple sodas. And I always suggested people choose going to the cottage before the grocery. Public is 3 miles from the cottage. On the way to the grocery, you will notice on the corner of 14th St. and Jasmine on your left-hand side is a consignment shop that always has sand chairs for a really good price. A great deck with polywood furniture. Short beach walk north the Sandbar restaurant . 2 miles from the quaint downtown and about 1 miles to Ft Clinch. Location, location, location and very sweet spot on the beach.
