Just minutes from the beach, enjoy yourself swimming in the ocean, laying out at the community pool, sitting on the back porch taking in the beautiful palms, and watching the calm pond. Getting the chance to experience Fripp Island’s unique deer that sometimes will even let you greet them. The house is located about a mile from the nearest beach access. Wi-Fi and smart TVs are included!

*recommend restaurants right outside of Fripp Island (on Saint Helena Island) to get a real feel of lowcountry/Gullah food is, Johnson creek tavern (breath taking views of the water), Beedos (local amazing burger joint), Gullah grub restaurant, Shrimp Shack (a person favorite you have to check out a continuing award winning restaurant for its shrimp), and the newly opened Seaside Bar and Grill.

Firefly Shack, as this charming cottage is named, is truly the ultimate beach/golf get-away. Firefly symbolizes that small simple things bring light! If you have never been to Fripp Island there are options. If you are just coming to enjoy the Beach there is no need for guest cards. Guest cards are only needed to access certain amenities on the island (such as the resort pools, the two championship golf courses and restaurants). Guest cards are available for purchase. Guest cards are $50 weekly from Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 weekly during the rest of the year, due to limited seasonal hours at these facilities. Guest Cards must be arranged with us prior to arrival. There are many golf cart rental companies that will deliver to the cottage and will be waiting for your arrival.
