Our Tide Water Blue Bonito Drive Bungalow is located in the heart of Fripp Island's Ocean Creek neighborhood, which includes 4 swimming pools, the Cabana Club with the tropical-themed pool complex and Davis Love's Ocean Creek golf course.

Take our 4 person complimentary golf cart to the beach, golf courses, tennis courts, marina and Veranda Beach pool complex, or just cruise around the island. No matter where you go, Ocean Creek has all the fun amenities for you and your family to enjoy during a quiet, relaxing vacation.

The house sits on the 17th fairway of the Ocean Creek Golf Course. At one end of Bonito Drive is the beach, usable at all tides. The Marina is at the other end. We are about halfway between the beach and the Marina. Boat owners, bring your boat and have the Marina launch it. In the evenings, don't forget to relax on the rear master bedroom porch.

Turn on the ceiling fan, grab a seat, freshen up your beverage of choice and watch the sun set over the marsh. This is why you decided to vacation on Fripp Quiet, relaxing low country beauty, all at your fingertips.

The house offers extras like hardwood floors, plantations shutters, a decorative fireplace and a jetted master tub. Don't forget, we provide you with a free golf cart during your stay. It's our small way of thanking you for selecting our bungalow for your vacation.

The large great room leads out onto a rear screened deck, with back yard access, overlooking the golf course, marsh and creek. The lower deck also has an outdoor dining table for 6....This is the perfect spot to enjoy a low country boil and admire all the deer that visit. The top of the golf course....just 40 steps from the house, is also the best spot to watch the sunset. It is our favorite.

The bedrooms are set up as a king master suite with a jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower and TV, a queen bedroom(2nd Master) with a full bath and TV, 2 twin beds in bedroom 3 with TV. One roll away bed (which fits nicely in either upstairs bedroom).

Our family has been visiting the island for more than 18 years. We have fallen in love with Fripp & we are certain you will too!

Kitchen has quartz counter tops, bar, newer appliances, and large picture windows for wildlife viewing while preparing a meal. Eat dinner at the large bar height table as you gaze out the large picture windows at the lagoon and passing deer.

- "The home was beautiful and was able to accommodate our extended family of 10. We came from Tennessee, Colorado and Minnesota. It was extremely hot the week of our stay and the air conditioning struggled to keep the temperature at 73 degrees, but it was somewhat cooler at night. The kitchen was well stocked and the cooks in our family enjoyed the layout and ease of use. The stairs into the house were a struggle for my husband and I due to our health and the stairs inside to the second floor were even more difficult. I wouldn't recommend this home for anyone with breathing issues and/or hip issues due to the stairs. We were fortunate having our family with us to do all of the carrying up and down. Overall, the home was a hit with everyone in the family. The location was private and perfectly located for us. We had golf carts to go around the island and for trips back and forth to the beach."

With a beautiful view of Deer Lake from your master suite balcony and a full size bed swing on the front porch, you are sure to relax and unwind at this home. The home comes with the use of a 6 seater golf cart, a 4 seater golf cart, 2 kayaks, and 12 bicycles. This home has a Roku tv in every bedroom for streaming Netflix, a Nintendo Switch and Wii to entertain the kids on those rainy days, as well as high speed wireless internet. The home is stocked with books and board games on the off chance that you have a rainy day. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs, there is both a gas grill and a flat top grill on the back porch, and we have added a 100 lb ice maker to fill those coolers for beach days! Bedding, bath towels, beach towels, hair dryers, and toiletries are provided. Grab your swim suit and your groceries and you won't be disappointed! We are members of Fripp Island Club and can purchase amenity cards for you for an additional fee in order to access golf, tennis, pools, and restaurants. - "Perfect weekend away! We booked a week ahead of time, packed up the basics and headed down! The house was spotless, plenty of clean towels and extra blankets! The kitchen had plenty of gadgets and pots and pans. The porch was clean, I was even able to enjoy the morning. We didn’t have a lot of time to stay and really use the full island but it’s a wonderful place! Clean and lots of wildlife! We had four alligators in the lagoon behind the house, the neighbors had told us when we arrived about the deer and all the critters of the island! We rented a golf cart off the island and it’s the perfect way to get around! Buy the aminity cards(from the owner) and go eat dinner at least once! The staff is wonderful! Check in and any questions we had was a breeze and taken care of very quickly!! We will be back, hopefully longer next time!!"

This beautiful home offers spacious 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, located right next to the Marina and minutes away from the golf course!

This home has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4-5, plus 2 additional bar seats at the kitchen bar. Off of the kitchen there is a small patio with seating for 2 overlooking the marina. Off of the living room there is another patio with gorgeous views of the expansive marsh and waterways. There is a half bath located downstairs.

Upstairs you will find two identical master suites. They both have King size beds, vaulted ceilings, ample closet space and en suite bathrooms with double vanities, a jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with Roku streaming devices.

We do not live in the area. We do have neighbors who are available to help out when needed. The neighbor across the street can be a bit nosy, but they are very friendly too. The couple that live in the apartment next door are very kind & helpful. We will provide a cell phone number for you to text or call during your stay with specific issues. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable.

Don't be suprised at the number of deer that come to visit. They are very friendly but are still wild animals so use caution.

871 Bonito is located at the Marina on Fripp Island. Just steps away from the Marina store, Bonito Boathouse restaurant, and the boat docks. Enjoy stunning views from the front and back patio. You might even see dolphins swimming by during your stay! This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. Both bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. There is a half bathroom on the main living level.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

Surf Shack is a unique beach house located on Fripp Island and is in the private neighborhood of Deer Lake.

The Surf Shack is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that sleeps 6 in new beds.

Decorated with coastal sophistication in mind with new comfy beds, pillows, linens, and floor to ceiling windows to watch the wildlife swim and fly by. We have also added an air purification system with several Honeywell air purifiers.

A well appointed kitchen for everything you would need to prepare a fantastic meal,. A Keurig coffee maker and also a drip coffee maker are available at the coffee bar. A Weber charcoal grill for grilling and a separate 25 LB. Ice maker for endless frozen drinks. A few cooking spices, olive oil, and some coffee left for you in case you forgot yours. And if you don't have what you need just text us and we will be right over.

We include our golf cart, named "Shortie", for you to enjoy while you stay at the Surf Shack so you can cruise all over the island or take a ride to the beach & restaurants.

We are club members so you can purchase amenity cards to enjoy the Resort owned facilities on the island. These facilities include the restaurants on Fripp Island, the swimming pools, the golf courses and tennis. The Deerlake neighborhood has its own private neighborhood swimming pool across the street from our house. This pool is available to our guests.

Our house is hidden off of the main road. A little walk through the tropical yard and you will find our blue house, sitting proudly, almost right on the Lake! Makes one feel like you are on a boat, with all of the windows and the open floor plan.

We love our pets and would consider your pet too. We have air purifiers throughout the house to control dust, pet dander, allergens, etc. We do not have carpet but we do have area rugs so Fiddo needs to wash his paws before coming inside, please. And like all other pet considered rentals, there is a pet fee to pay.

We have Beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and a beach umbrella.

And there’s something special about an outside shower and showering when you get back from the beach so we added a temperature controlled, enclosed outside shower!

**There is the possibility that you will see an alligator swim by every now and then. It is illegal to harass, feed, or do anything to an alligator but observe and admire. Also, our Lake looks like fun to fish in but you can't really. We do have excellent fishing spots all over the island and we will be happy to share that info with you if you like.

***The Fripp Island Club requires amenity cards for you to frequent their amenities. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the restaurants on Fripp, going to the swimming pools and the fitness room.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $35 during the summer months and $25 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $50 during the summer months and $35 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
If you do want to purchase the amenity cards, the resort will add an additional island fee of 13% to your rental to use their amenities. This will be added to your weekly stay at time of amenity card purchase.

There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an amenity card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a large menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. The Fripp Ship and Mango stores are fun to go into for your perfect souvenir. You do not need an amenity card for golf cart, kayak, bike, etc. rentals as there are an abundance of companies who offer rental services that will deliver to you.

We highly recommend stopping at Publix, Food Lion, or Walmart on Sea Island Parkway to get groceries before heading to the island. Fripp Island is truly secluded and private so going "into town" for groceries will be at least a 20-minute drive. There are restaurants along Sea Island Parkway.

Two of the bedrooms are on the lower level, accessible through the garage—ideal for teens, in-laws, or anyone needing a little extra privacy. Just a short hop from the beach and all the fun of Fripp Island. Come make some memories in this easygoing island retreat! Pets are allowed at the home for an additional fee. We will need to know the size and breed of your pet upon booking.

The main living area is spacious and bright with a large sectional the perfect place to relax with a good book or enjoying movie night on the big screen. The queen master suite features a large ensuite bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower—your own little retreat after a day of fun in the sun. Two additional full sized bedrooms are located on the main level with a shared full bathroom.

Two private bedrooms are located on the lower level garage area. Each bedroom features a Queen sized bed and share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms has a full size refrigerator as well for extra storage!
