Located in the south Island area, our condo is one and a half miles from East Beach and the Pier area. We always keep the condo immaculately clean. It is perfect for one or as many as four using an expensive, king sized Harvest green organic mattress, a pullout queen sleeper sofa and a twin pullout love seat. Both couches are brand new. Get the best sleep you have ever had on this awesome mattress. The condo is adjacent to the Starbucks, Chick Fliet, Ember, Mas, Winn Dixie Grocery, McDonalds and many other restaurants. This cute classic 'naval' cottage, constructed for naval airmen stationed on the island during the second world war, is charming from the front yard to the original hardwood floors awaiting your steps inside.

The quaint kitchen has dishwasher plus all the basic necessities. Gas Stove. Many upgrades in 2021. The eat-in dining nook provides comfortable seating for 4-6 with built in bench seats.

This is an ideal cottage for pets small and large.

Laundry room with full washer/dryer is located off the deck. All that is missing is the ocean. There is beach within a mile which is tide contingent meaning no beach at high tide. The better beaches are within 2 miles so you probably want to drive or take bikes. There are county restrictions about dogs on the beach so you want to be familiar with these. No dogs not on a leash between Memorial day and Labor Day.

As the owner I do my best to ensure home is comfortable and inviting. You will find a supply of many basic items such as soap, TP, paper towels, dish detergent and laundry detergent. You will have enough coffee for at least the first few nights. I live locally and am in the home before every guest.

Please note that all TV's are smart TV's so you have access to all your streaming services. I have Hulu Live set up to provide you with "live" TV. I do not provide traditional cable services.

This cute 2 bedroom house with big fenced back yard and beautiful back porch is set among ancient live oaks draped in Spanish moss. The place could sleep 8, but I recommend no more than 4 adults. Two bedrooms (a queen size bed in one bedroom and two double beds in the other bedroom) and pull out sofa bed in the living room. Bed sheets are all organic cotton. There is one bathroom recently remodeled with nice tile shower. Other amenities available with the house include:

--EASY TO GET TO THE BEACH-- The beach is about two miles from the property. If you choose to drive, there is plenty of free parking available at the Old Coast Guard Station. If you're biking or walking, there's a beautiful, shaded route to get to the beach on backroads so you can avoid the main road of Frederica. Message host if you have any questions about best routes and/or landing spots at the beach!

The location of the house is hard to beat. It's a 5 minute drive/15 minute bike ride to the beach, 5 minutes from both grocery stores on the island, and less than 5 minutes away from some of the best barbeque (Southern Soul), donuts (Dulce Dough), sushi (Fancy Q), and coffee (Wake Up) on St. Simons. Not only is the house in the perfect central location, the street the house is located on is calm and secluded with no through traffic.

**we only do one night rentals when it is two weeks or less from the check in date or if it falls on the day before or after another booking. ** I do provide a "starter" roll of paper towels and TP.

This 2nd floor condo (no elevator) was recently remodeled with all new flooring, cabinets, appliances, and furnishings. King bed with memory foam mattress, new linens and totally equipped kitchen. There is not a washer and dryer in the unit, but the complex has 2 laundry facilities nearby. Located in a quiet corner of the complex, the covered balcony is a pleasant spot to enjoy the outdoors. Condo is equipped with WIFI and new 2 flat screened TVs
The Ocean Walk complex offers 2 pools, tennis, pickleball, playground, Clubhouse with workout room, business office and laundry facility. The setting is enhanced by a lovely small lake with a variety of ducks and turtles. There are walking paths throughout the complex. Easy stroll to the pier village with an abundance of great restaurants and shops. This condo has received great reviews from previous guests when it was hosted by a property management company. I take personal interest in the condo. Cleanliness is very important to me as I'm sure it is to you.

Stroll along the paths near the St. Simon's lighthouse and Pier parks and see the abundant wildlife, all within walking distance. THE SPACE

The back yard is a poolside paradise including a large pool cabana - lay out in the sun or enjoy the shade. If you can toss a bean bag, try out our corn hole tournament area. We installed artificial turf around the pool so there'll be no grass clippings. The pool can optionally be heated for a charge of $75/day.

The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

The guests have access to the whole flat, with their own private garage that includes additional offstreet parking, a dedicated elevator, and a private attached patio. You have your own space throughout, however the Rooftop is shared space with the Owners. Typically we allow the guests this space to enjoy as their own.
