Located in the south Island area, our condo is one and a half miles from East Beach and the Pier area. We always keep the condo immaculately clean. It is perfect for one or as many as four using an expensive, king sized Harvest green organic mattress, a pullout queen sleeper sofa and a twin pullout love seat. Both couches are brand new. Get the best sleep you have ever had on this awesome mattress. The condo is adjacent to the Starbucks, Chick Fliet, Ember, Mas, Winn Dixie Grocery, McDonalds and many other restaurants. Redfern Village, where many other restaurants and shops are located, is just around the corner. The public beach, East Beach and the Pier Village and lighthouse are about a mile and a half away. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit which sleeps 4, utilizing the sofa bed. It has a renovated kitchen and bathroom that are sparkling clean and wonderfully functional. The Pergo floors are beautiful and easy to keep clean. The new furniture is comfortable and attractive. This condominium is perfect for a family of four or a couple looking for a great getaway. Pet fee is $65 for one dog and $95 for two dogs. Small breeds only.

The totally new kitchen includes every convenience: full size range and refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. If cooking is your thing, all the necessary tools are provided, even spices.

The living room is designed for relaxation. It has a 60” flat screen TV, a comfortable recliner and queen sized sleeper sofa, good lighting and a small library. The modern bathroom has a tub-shower combination with modern fixtures and storage. You will love the soft towels and linens.
