Relax in this newly renovated mid-island getaway. We started our family on this beautiful island many years ago and we love the charm and unique local vibe. We are so excited to offer our coastal casual cottage for you to enjoy. It’s conveniently located and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, a movie theater, and two blocks from a kid’s playground and park. We enjoy walking, exploring, and riding our bikes on the bike paths. The beach is only 3 miles away. The neighborhood is very quiet. The spacious main suite has a king bed and an updated bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed. All the mattresses are new. The hall bath just got an update, as well. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and a Keurig for your convenience. No smoking and no pets on this property. The artificial turf yard also has a fun little putting green that our grands love. The driveway will accommodate two large vehicles. There are exterior security cams with motion sensor lights on the property. And, you will love the side yard patio just off the living area.

Having bikes on hand, so that one isn’t totally reliant on their car, would be helpful. *There are bike rental places nearby. Overall, we had an easy and comfortable stay. Location! Location! Location! Newly Remodeled inside and out! This charming beach Cottage is situated on a very tranquil street lined with beautiful enchanting oak and palm trees, one block to the beach and the renown Crab Trap & Crabdaddys restaurants. It is a very short walk to the Myrtle Street beach and a short walk to the St. Simons Island Pier as well as the Old Coast Guard station and East Beach.
This cozy cottage has just been fully renovated and newly decorated as of December 2020! This listing is for the downstairs unit at this duplex. The kitchen has been overhauled and features quartz countertops and an Italian farm house sink. The kitchen is well equipped and has upgraded stainless appliances and nice bar with USB outlets for cell phone charging.
The living room features a brand new wall mounted 55" flat screen smart TV and ample seating for all. Outside of the living room is a patio for relaxing and hearing the ocean breeze.
The unit boasts two bedrooms with one king sized bed and the other being a queen with generous sized closets. In between the two bedrooms is a brand new full bathroom as well as a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer and plenty of shelving space (both the washer and dryer are new as well).
The beach is just a short stroll down the street. Very easy walk even with children. There are 5 restaurants within easy walking distance.

The perfect island getaway! Come enjoy St. Simons and all it has to offer in our new home, which is just a two minute walk to the beach and a few blocks from the King & Prince. Walk to popular restaurants like The Crab Trap, Crabdaddies and Beachcomber BBQ.
The first level has a garage and storage area which is great for bikes and beach chairs. The second level has a large kitchen with Sub Zero refrigerator and stainless steel appliances. Relax in the spacious den with cable TV, DVD and wireless internet. Both bedrooms with queen beds and new linens are located on the third level. The house is filled with windows and light and has a wonderful ocean breeze.
The Village and Pier are only .7 miles away and easy to reach by foot, bike or car. The convenience and location can't be beat!

Decorated to highlight the owners’ artistic background, this home features 1 king bed, 1 full bed and a sleeper sofa in the sunroom. The open floor plan is ideal for small gatherings and entertaining. Each room offers a large flat screen television.
The kitchen is complete with everything you will need to make your stay feel like you are at home. The washer & dryer are conveniently located next to the side door which makes shaking off the sand and throwing beach towels in the wash easy.
Right next door you will discover the Village Inn & Pub! Live music mostly every weekend. Directly next door on the the other side is Mallery park, perfect for strolling under the stunning oaks.

- "will be back" - "This was the most wonderful place to stay! We'd never been to St. Simons before and this couldn't have been more perfect. It was right at the edge of town and you walk out the front door, down the short driveway and turn left...you now have access to several restaurants and shops and the beach is a quick 2 min drive or 10 min walk. We used the beach access on 5th Street and it was perfect...lots of beach, not much parking but we got lucky each day. Frosty's Griddle & Shake is directly across the street from this home...great burgers and fries! Just an overall great stay...we all enjoyed it. Ages 20 to 56. We stayed for a week and will definitely be back. The home is PERFECTION! It may not look like much from the outside but the inside is lovely and has all the amenities one could need during their stay."

- "The location of this condo is perfect! We could easily walk to the beach. Gorgeous beach for swimming, walking or just sitting. The condo was very clean and the coastal decor was beautiful! As an added bonus there is a pool just steps away and a pretty deck with a table and 4 chairs to eat, drink and olay games. We traveled as 2 couples so the 2 master suites were perfect" - "First the owner was amazing and checkin was easy. The condo is just like pics and has a beautiful porch space perfect for reading with a cup of coffee. It is very close to beach and we walked back and forth several times a day. All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.
Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
The golf course and resort restaurant are open to the public. There is no pool access.
Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
House Rules:
No loud noise after 10pm per county ordinance. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund. No loud music. No parties.
No parking on the lawn.
Smoking inside the home will result in a $2,000 fee.
All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
Maximum of 2 pets. Pets should be under 40lbs as per HOA. No Cats.

Conveniently located on St. Simon's Island, this spacious townhome, has everything you need for your island stay. You're only a bike ride to everything (beaches, village, pier, restaurants) and tons of island shopping. Easy access on and off the island. This is a NON-SMOKING two story unit. The two bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs. There is a private outdoor shower off the kitchen. This is our 2nd home and we want to share with others all the joys of the island that we love.

- "10/10!! Most vacation rentals look great in pictures because professional photographers know how to highlight the good while maybe not showing as much of the not so great. Well this place really is that good! We’ve rented houses on the island for the past 4 years for a 4th of July family trip and this one has been our favorite so far. The decor is very well done, the backyard is so cute and private, and furnishings in and out are comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought and hard work went into making this place feel like home. The location is great too. Close enough to everything while also being slightly away from the main areas like the pier. It’s right off of Ocean Blvd and walking distance to 3 of the more popular restaurants Crab Trap, Crabdaddy’s and Fiddlers which is great because parking is horrible at any of those! Bring or rent your bikes or a golf cart because it’s easy access to whatever you need. We had a small issue with our door code not working when we first arrived, but a text to the management company was answered very quickly and the problem rectified in less than 10 minutes. I was very impressed with them and their customer service even before our trip had begun. I had asked them a couple of questions and they were very friendly and helpful. This unit is a duplex and one night the neighbors were a bit loud, but like I said 4th of July and it wasn’t unbearable. Just being honest in case that’s an issue for someone who wants complete privacy or quiet."

Welcome to Driftwood Dream!
This beautiful townhome is tucked away in Island Marshwood, a community located on Demere Road, in a great place for walking, biking, or just enjoying the breeze! The community also offers a pool for its residents to cool off on a hot summer day. Enjoy the convenience of having the beach, grocery store, great restaurants, and island shops all within one to two miles of Driftwood Dream - your home away from home.
This is a two-story townhome. The living room, kitchen, half bathroom, enclosed porch, and patio are all on the first floor. Both bedrooms, both full bathrooms, and the laundry facilities are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a small TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
This unit also has a lovely back patio with seating and an umbrella for shade - perfect for those days you just want to stay in with a good book!

Both bedrooms, along with two full bathrooms, are located downstairs, which means no noise from the main living area upstairs will disturb you when it's time to hit the hay. Spend fun times streaming a favorite movie on the Smart TV in the living room, located on the second floor. Or pull out any of the board games available and gather at the six-person dining table for an entertaining evening playing games together. THE PARK QUIRKS:
The Park is newly a renovated collection of airbnb rentals located in the heart of St. Simons Island. As it may be a refurbished rental it still comes with a few older quirks that if made aware of may help you navigate and understand the property a little better during your stay.

Tripped Breaker:
At times we may have a breaker trip which could either be the dish washer, fridge or the AC unit- it's a simple fix with the flip of the breaker. The two bedroom unit breakers are located just outside the back doors of the unit. The 4 bedroom units breaker box is located in the property laundry outside of the unit. You will need a code to access this so please reach out and we would be happy to either stop by and flip this for you or give you access upon request to address the issue.

Neon Sign:
The Park neon sign "Park it Here" is running on a panel and will now be on at night only due to constant running and the summer heat.

Pool Heater:
The pool heater will be on as needed (or as determined by owners). If the water falls below the waterline tile and skimmers the heater will shut off. In order to keep it going we are happy if you stick the hose in the pool to fill it back up. Water level should be mid water line tile. We monitor during the week but it could be a day before we realize the water level is low. Assistance in this will ensure your heated pool experience is uninterrupted.

Coffee:
Each unit is allotted a certain amount of coffee pods- if you are a heavy coffee drinker we suggest that you bring more of your own. If for some reason you arrive and there are no coffee pods in your unit please reach out and let us know so that we can arrange for some to be dropped off. We always do our best to make sure all of these details are taken care of but sometimes this little detail can be missed. It is not intentional — we are human!

Entry and Locks:
The doors are running on a keyless entry system with a code provided in the check in instructions- if the code is entered in slowly or incorrectly it will not allow you access. Please make sure you are entering in the numerical access code followed by the CHECK MARK. If you mistype the code and need to try again please wait 10 seconds before retrying in order for it to enter reset mode. We understand that it can be frustrating to not have access to your unit immediately so if these tips do not help with your entry you can again reach out to us directly at tel:478-244-0313 478-244-0313 for a more immediate response. On occasion the batteries may be low and will cause this issue. This happens about 2x per year — the rest is user error! Take a deep breath, wait 10-60 seconds and reenter your code. In addition — make sure you are at the correct unit. Your unit has a name. It is either: FIG, IVY, MANDEVILLA, JASMINE or WISTERIA, which will be listed in your check in instructions- the name of all units are located on a white sign directly beside the front door of each apartment.
*We also have extra hard copy keys located on property that are hidden and accessible with a special code per unit in the event of an emergency or outage.

AC & Doors:
We have the property on a regular maintenance plan for all AC units and bug spraying, while many of our guest enjoy the summer breeze and the constant in and out of the pool lifestyle, we do ask that our guests be conscious of keeping the doors shut as it helps keep the units clean, cool and the bugs out! If you do see insects, please remember we are in South Georgia on an island. Common pests of this nature are ants, pincher, black flies, and the occasional palmetto bug.

Towels:
Each unit is also provided an adequate amount of bath towels as well as pool towels, if you have more people in your party or a frequent user of new towels we ask that you bring a few more of your own. All units are equipped with a washer and dryer that can be used to keep your laundry fresh during your stay. If for some reason you are not provided with an adequate amount of towels or linens please reach out to us so that we can address this in a timely manner during your stay.

Friendly Critters on Property:
We are located on an island and sometimes we have the occasional visitor on the property ie. Raccoons or garden snakes. These are temporary visitors and usually mind their own business and are just passing through. We are not animal control and will not come out to remove the animal as 9 times out of 10 they are temporarily passing though. Please only alert us if the animal is in your personal space or the pool area.

Property Maintenance:
Our property is located under a canopy of beautiful historic oak trees that in some seasons may shed its leaves a little more than others. The property may be blown off in the morning and the next day can seem as if not blown off at all. Please be patient with us as we have scheduled teams for lawn care maintenance and regular pool cleanings to make sure your stay and atmosphere stay as beautiful as possible. Below is a schedule of all property maintenance:
Lawn maintenance is scheduled for Monday's & Thursday's, weather permitting.
Pool maintenance is scheduled for Monday's and Friday's, weather permitting.
Garbage pick up is scheduled for Tuesday mornings
We do our best to limit our potential for disappointment to our guests. We understand everyone is different and has different needs, likes and dislikes. Please make us aware of potential issues sooner rather than later so we can do everything we can to fix it in a timely manner. The sooner we know the more we can do.

Broken Appliances:
Broken appliances can happen at any time. We do run into issues that need to be fixed as there is general wear and tear. Please alert us and we will call the appropriate maintenance technicians to come out and fix the issue ASAP! We want everything to be up and running as smoothly as possible for you during your stay and for future guests! We do our best to repair any issues as quickly as possible so you can get back to enjoying your stay with us at The Park!

Experience the serenity and peace as you travel across the causeway to St. Simons Island! It's a small island beach town with beautiful beaches, and a plethora of dining choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Within walking distance to the village, pier, park, shopping, dining, playground areas, dog park, and the beach! Come and enjoy an island getaway any time of year! There is always something exciting to do and plenty of beach access. My condo will have plenty of information as to the best of local happenings and favorite restaurants as well as golf information if that's what you enjoy, pickleball and tennis are close by as well. Living on the island, we are used to bikes, and golf carts and have a generally slower pace of life.
My townhome is located in a quiet small community of townhomes. There is a private pool for homeowners and/or guests. Each unit has its own private patio with a small backyard area. Come visit our island soon and enjoy the Golden Isles. There is a small airport on the island. Also, there are several golf courses and several marinas for boating with afternoon or sunset cruises. St. Simons Island is located about one hour South of Savannah Georgia and about one hour North of Jacksonville Florida.

Enjoy the Golden Isles at this unique and tranquil mid-island house surrounded by trees and flowering shrubs. You will have a private bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd floor while owner stays on first floor. Lovely patio table with umbrella looks out over orange and grapefruit trees next to an herb and butterfly garden.
Men’s and women’s bicycle available for use. Only 3 miles from beach and Village area. Stairway to 2nd floor is just inside front door so you can be very private.
The space
This is a sunny and art filled home with many antiques and interesting artifacts. Huge gardenia plants bloom the whole month of May and figs ripen in July. My garden attracts butterflies and hummingbirds.

Guests can use the 2nd floor bedroom, bathroom and coffee nook. Although it is a room in a house, it is very private because the stairway to the 2nd floor is just inside the entrance door and you won’t see the owner if you so choose.

This is a no frills, basic beach house from the 1930's - great beach proximity and at a great price. The living space is comfortable and has a nice TV. The kitchen is surprisingly big with an eat in dining area and half bath. Laundry room is located at back door.
Upstairs are two queen bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms. One has a shower only and the other has a combo tub/shower. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. All the comforts of home and a great place to put your toes in the sand. You will enjoy your quiet retreat at Conch Shell Lane.
We're proud to offer clean, affordable accommodation with super great beach access, a great base camp for exploring all the island has to offer! This is an older beach cottage with all necessary updates and more, but has not been renovated. For example, upstairs there's a bathroom with an original cast-iron tub. It has a shower curtain that goes all the way around you - bet your house doesn't have this!
Note also for pet travelers - the house is pet friendly (see below) but does not have a fully fenced yard.
We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

I purchased & renovated in 2020 with a new kitchen, new appliances & fresh paint throughout! My cheerfully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom tabby cottage is enveloped in a canopy of live oaks & spanish moss. The neighborhood is child friendly & safe. The back porch is cozy with romantic lights!
