Frog Pond Hollow is the magical escape you have been longing for. Nestled on a leafy hillside, up in the Blue Ridge mountains, it has something for everyone! Spend your days kayaking or canoeing around Frog Pond or swimming in the seasonal pool! Spend your evenings soaking in the hot tub or hanging out in the Harlem-themed game room complete with billiards, ping pong table, foosball and dart board. These idyllic three acres can be the backdrop of your family’s most memorable vacation. When it comes time to choose your sleeping space, perhaps you would like to stay in the Frida Kahlo room, or maybe the Gustav Klimt room? Or perhaps the Georgia O'keeffe room would strike your fancy. If you are an early riser, sleep in the tower and arise with the sun! There is ample sleeping room, with bunk beds and a sofa bed on the bottom level as well. Frog Pond Hollow can sleep up to 14 people comfortably. The pool/hot tub and pond are completely private and Frog Pond is only 2 miles from Carter’s Lake! The pool is indeed seasonal and is open from roughly April-October depending on the weather. We have recently updated our game room! We have added Foosball, axe throwing (kid friendly-all plastic not sharp), a new smart TV, new pool table and magnetic darts! Frog Pond Hollow is tucked away, deep inside a gated community. It is very secluded and surrounded by woods. We have onsite parking available. This is a very private road with lots for sale. We are 1 of the 2 houses that are on this street but far enough away we don't hear each other. This is a very peaceful & quiet environment. WIFI: We recently updated our internet and are so happy with our new 5g fiber optic internet. A big step up from the satélite we used to have! However, we do have a some windy and a stormy weather from time to time that could obstruct your service. Please contact your manager as soon as possible se we can troubleshoot or schedule a technician to make an onsite service call as soon as possible Must sign the waiver before using any of the water features! Keep in mind our pool is nestled in a very rural setting. While it is serviced weekly by our trusty pool guy and cleaned by our cleaners as well, you will likely still have to clean out some bugs and debris. We hope you understand and enjoy!

This beautiful 4 BR, 3Bath cabin with views of Carters Lake, only 4 miles from Woodring Branch boat ramp makes for an ideal cabin to enjoy some quality time in the mountains or on the lake. Boat rentals are also available at Carters Lake marina. This home is located in an upscale gated development just 12 miles west of quaint downtown Ellijay, where you'll find excellent shopping, restaurants, and vineyards. Historic Blue Ridge, with its scenic railway, is only 45 min (35 mi) away.
At the Lakeview Lodge on the main level you'll find the great room with a stunning gas log fireplace, 2 flat screen TV's, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and breakfast bar. There is a queen bedroom with door leading out to a large covered porch and a full bath on this level. Breathe in fresh mountain air while relaxing on the porch swing anticipating the appearance of some abundant wildlife that call this area home.
On the upper level you will find the king master bedroom with it's own private balcony, a master bath with double vanities and a walk in shower. There is a very spacious loft with a sitting area, the perfect place to relax and read a good book as well as a day bed for additional sleeping.
The terrace level provides 2 more bedrooms, 1 queen with a crib and another with bunk bed. Both bedrooms have doors leading out to the terrace patio with fire pit and horseshoes.

You'll have a better time if your group is on the same sleep/wake schedule, and even then, the light sleepers in the group should probably pack ear plugs."

INSIDE:
This home was custom-built with so much love and attention to detail. You will enter the home on the main level. Walking in your eyes are immediately drawn to the large windows overlooking the woods and creek. We have an open concept kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook and enjoy a meal on the large dining table (seats 10). A unique, double sided gas fireplace separates the area entering the living space which is complete with balcony access, gas grill, and smart tv. Bedroom 1 is located on the main floor which boasts private balcony and bathroom with walk in shower and walk-in closet.
There is also a half bath on the main level.
Downstairs you will love the common area to lounge, watch some TV, or play games which includes air hockey, arcade games, and board games. The downstairs modular couch can convert into a bed to accommodate 2 guests (perfect for kids). We also have a laundry room with washer and dryer. Bedroom 2 features a private balcony and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 3 boasts a private balcony and shared bathroom with walk-in shower.

OUTSIDE:
Upon pulling up to the house you’ll immediately notice the unique design elements incorporated that were inspired by the naturally beautiful surroundings-hand stacked stone, woods, metal-coming together to form something amazing. We want our guests to feel immersed in the setting that makes Ellijay so special.

Guests are free to explore the large property surrounding the home which includes private access to Harris Creek! The only other home in site is our creeksdie tiny home, “The Treehouse.” Also available to rent or add on. Once finished taking in all that the creek has to offer, enjoy time around the fire pit or grilling out on the balcony overlooking the dense forest.

There really is something so captivating about this spot. We are so excited for you to have fun and make memories at THE PLAYGROUND!

There’s a short walk down the gravel driveway to the creek behind the house. My family enjoyed exploring it and soaking our feet in the cool water. The beds are very comfortable and the game room has a fun air hockey table as well as arcade games. The split floor plan with primary bedroom upstairs is nice if you’re traveling with kids and want some separation from noise. If I had to name a negative about the house, it would be the water pressure in the showers and sinks. The wifi was a little spotty, but if I’m in the woods I’m not expecting wifi perfection. Overall, I would stay here again. It’s gorgeous and centrally located."

The Chata Lodge is a luxury retreat nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Northern Georgia. The property sits on 2.5 acres of wooded land and overlooks a small, private lake, all while being tucked inside an intimate, gated community.

Unlike most rental spaces, we keep the cabin stocked with the things your family needs to have a magical get away and leave the day-to-day stresses behind you. You will always find a variety of complimentary K-Cups & creamers in the kitchen, real dinner and cookware, dozens of indoor and outdoor games, a single person kayak & a three person canoe by the lake, extra blankets & pillows in the bedrooms, toys for the little ones, books, and more. We even include a complimentary basket of firewood for your stay! Forgot your shampoo, lotion, or hair dryer? Relax - we provide those, too! Need to toss in some wash during your stay? There is abundant wildlife that shares the area with us. Deer, turkey, geese, turtles, scorpions, lizards, wild birds of every kind and even the occasional raccoon, snake, river otter or bear. It is part of what makes it so special! We just want you and the other creatures to have a good experience with one another. Be sure to follow the safety guide in the house book to avoid attracting bears and other unwanted encounters with wild creatures.

Please bring any emergency treatments for allergic reactions with you, as crawling and flying things are all around and the remote location could result in a delay in receiving medical attention. Bug spray is recommended in the summer months.

The brilliant and breezy kitchen is completely furnished with every one of the apparatuses, utensils and cookware you really want to feel at ease. This brilliant design makes it easy to move around the kitchen. The kitchen is also equipped with a dining table that seats up to 4 guests.

The lounge area is situated on the main level of the home and is furnished with a large comfortable couch and recliner. In the living room, you will also find a smart TV that has a Roku device equipped with all your favorite streaming platforms.

**OUTSIDE SPACE**

The exterior area of this home has a steaming hot tub on a private deck. On the deck there is a cozy fire table that has additional seating around it. When you walk downstairs behind the house you will find a covered wooden swing where you can enjoy the morning sip of coffee. If you want to enjoy S'mores or a soothing fire, there's also a fire pit in the backyard.

Guest will have access to the entire home except the storage closet.

Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews. While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Firewood is not provided. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Due to our location we are unable to offer wifi to our guests but most guests use their cellular service for internet and the cabin has a Smart TV.

• To rent a cabin, you must be over 25 and no parties are allowed. Quiet hours 10 pm – 10 am.
• Under 21 to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Only registered guests at cabin, no extra day visitors.

This spacious yet cozy getaway offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main and second floor. Fully furnished basement equipped with Billiards, SmartTV, Video Games, additional basement-level bedroom with double bunk beds and SmartTV, and access the oversized hot-tub! Don't forget the fenced yard for you pup(s) and the firepit!

This cabin is the perfect mix of "out there", yet close to the conveniences of every day life. Located in Ellijay overlooking Carter's lake, you have access to all the water activities you could desire. It is also a short 15-20 minute drive to Downtown Ellijay for shopping and restaurants.

The cabin space is designed to accommodate a small group or larger families. You have the ability to gather together in the main living area, or split time by utilizing the fully furnished basement.

We clean and sanitize EVERYTHING between guest stays. In addition, we wash all linens in with hot/soapy water and drain and sanitize the hot tub between stays.

Enjoy your coffee on the 1st floor wrap-around deck as you take in the mountain and lake views. These views can also be enjoyed from the upstairs Master Bedroom window. The Master bedroom includes an en-suite full bathroom and an oversized walk in closet (with plenty of room for a pack-n-play).

1st floor living has seating for 6-8 between loveseat, recliner, and leather futon which converts to a bed. Enjoy watching the 50 inch HD SmartTV above the wood-burning fireplace, with YoutubeTV. This level includes the fully stocked kitchen, micrwave, Keurig, Stove/Oven, and refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen includes a rollaway island with seating for two and a high-op marble-top table with seating for 4-5. Make your way into the bedroom equipped with 2 twin beds, large closet, and HD Smart TV with YouTubeTV and DVD player. This bedroom also has french doors leading to the deck. Finally, the 1st floor includes a full bathroom.

At the basement level, you can kick back and relax on the electric reclining leather sofa and loveseat to enjoy the 55 Inch HD Smart TV hung on the wall. This large living area includes the solid oak pool table, Pac-Man console, and corner table for playing cards, board games, etc.. There is a strategically placed bottle opening near the terrace doors :) ... from the great room, you can access the basement bedroom equipped with 2 sets of bunkbeds and anther HD SmartTV hung on the wall. This room also has bifold doors to access the washer/dryer and large closet.

Finally, as you make your way outside from the basement, you can grab a towel on your way out to relax in the 6 person hot tub. Further down the concrete patio you can jump over to the firepit for some more fun. The entire back and side yard is fenced!

DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1 washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
