Spanning three stories, this spacious retreat features 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, providing ample accommodation for large groups or families. Three of the bedrooms boast king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom on the upper-level features built-in queen bunk beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

The recently remodeled and fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, ready for preparing delicious meals to be enjoyed in the expansive dining hall that can comfortably seat the entire family.

Step outside to discover a host of amenities designed for outdoor entertainment and relaxation. MAIN LAYOUT:
Main floor that you walk into has a living room sitting area and 2 full size bathrooms on this floor as well as the 3 bedrooms listed below.

#1 Primary King Bedroom w/private attached bathroom, TV, ceiling fan, closet & dresser space.

#2 King Bedroom w/ceiling fan, TV and closet space.

#3 King Bedroom w/ceiling fan, TV, and closet space.

Sunroom with tons of windows that overlooks the beautiful outdoors and lake. This room is connected to bedroom #2 & 3. There is also a coffee bar and sitting area for 4. Perfect area to wake up, enjoy a cup of coffee and enjoy the amazing view!

UPSTAIRS:
#4 Bedroom is the bunk room featuring 4 custom built bunk beds with queen beds (top and bottom). The steps are between each bunk bed making it accessible to the top bunks. There is also a living room sitting area, TV, ceiling fan and a private attached bathroom with a stand up shower, smart vanity mirror and toilet.

DOWNSTAIRS:
You will find 2 living room spaces, (In one of the living rooms is a queen sleeper sofa for the additional sleeping, must request bedding) laundry area, a full bathroom with shower tub/combo. The kitchen is FULLY equipped with anything you may need to make a great meal. There is a bay window with bench seating in the kitchen to sit and enjoy some morning brew or to hang out and conversate together during meal prepping. There is an dining breakfast area that seats 6. Outside of the kitchen you will find the Dining Hall. This space is a super spacious space welcoming the entire party to enjoy a great meal together. This offers bench seating. The Dining Hall has AC mini splits to keep this area cooled off. Walking out of the dining room into the screened in porch sunroom equipped with 3 ceiling fans and outdoor seating.

OUTDOORS:
The outdoor space is incredible! You will find a covered bar area with seating and a ceiling fan. A covered bench swing area with a ceiling fan. Outside of the sunroom area overlooking the lake view, there is another covered area with a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal) and a picnic table. Right next to this area you will find two round stone tables and benches equipped with umbrellas, great area to have lunch/outdoor dining right next to the water! There’s also two kayaks w/paddles available for guests. The water depth at the dock is 8.5 ft. Please be sure to bring your own life vest!

Coffee bar start-up. We offer a Keurig and a drip coffee maker so for our coffee drinkers we do recommend you bring all you need for your visit.

We do recommend that you bring anything additional you may need during your stay!

This is a pet-friendly property. Pet fees are non-refundable and range from $150-$500 depending on the amount of pets, sizes, etc. Please reach out directly to Lakeside Property Management to confirm your furry friends before your arrival this also includes to confirm your service animals. Unauthorized pets will be billed back to the guests in the amount of $500. If your pet damages any items in the home you will be responsible for replacements and/or repairs. If any signs of pets using the bathroom inside the home, pet hair on bedding, or furniture guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee. We only allow house trained pets. Please be sure to bring your own kennels and pet beds. We love our furry friends, but it is our goal and responsibility to keep our properties clean and with guests using these best practices, we can avoid any additional fees. This allows us to continue to allow our pets to join the family fun.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the Wyckoff Retreat home only. There are two additional homes on this land (vacant) & guests will not have access to those areas. Guests do not have access to any locked closets. Those are for our vendors & owners. Guests also have access to a very close neighborhood boat ramp! To reach the private ramp Guests will turn left out of property driveway. Take first left - Buck Horn Circle. You will see a sign for Private ramp is at the end of the road on the left. The ramp is under 2 minutes.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a safe family friendly area.

Getting Around:
This property is a 20 minute drive to GMC & Georgia College. We are approximately 60 miles from the PGA Masters Tour in Augusta. Milledgeville & Greensboro, GA offer various dining options, entertainment, and activities for all ages. There is a Kroger in Milledgeville and a Walmart in Eatonton 15 minutes away. Check out our Guidebook for all other entertainment in the area. Milledgeville offers a movie theater, skating rink, & bowling alley for entertainment.

- "13 of us stayed here for a long wkend. Plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean and the outdoor area was perfect for afternoons. We docked a wake boat and a large pontoon on the dock. Water depths was not an issue. After a long day on the lake we would spend most of our evenings and nights in the back yard. Had plenty of room in the driveway for our 3 trucks and two boat trailers. Host was always quick to respond to questions that we had. Definitely will return to this property for our next years friends and family lake trip. "

This property has a max capacity of 6 guests, 3 vehicles and 1 boat trailer. This is not a pet friendly home.

This storybook jewel box allows one to listen to roosters crow as the sun rises and allows you to completely forget that you are just 2 miles from town....🐓

Need cozy fire NEXT to the water? 🛶🔥
No problem… fire pit also on premises!! Fire wood provided- *At Times*.

In addition, the home is JUST steps from the water (GENTLE SLOPE) .

The yard is full of such history with curbs from Downtown Milledgeville from the early 1900's!! You will enjoy an old rustic sink and huge rustic picnic table.

Our HUGE DOCK is the best ever! 🎣🎣🎣 -- (4/30/21) I am soooo happy to share that we have Adirondack chairs on the dock!!
Listening to swishing waters....You literally feel as though you and your guests are sitting in the middle of deep water when you are on it! There is a max of 2 boats and 2 jet skies.

We also take great pride in our spacious porches (upper and lower level) and NEW STATE OF THE ART PAC MAN game with up to 14 other games for the kiddos.

Our home's decor, appliances and lighting are truly at it's best !!!!

In trying to think of everything for you-- we have also provided professional cornhole boards and bags!

IF you're forced to have to keep in touch with the rest of the world... we provide excellent Wi-Fi!

We offer ample space to park 1-2 boat trailers. Not to mention- new 100 foot seawall to boot! Need a place to put the boat in the lake? Well, there are 3 Marinas within 2 miles (Sinclair Marina, Little River are our two favorites ).

Every now and then you've got to go where you can hear the screen door slam... this is the place! #cozy

Although, we love get togethers- it is policy that guests disclose to the owner if there is a 'party'. A party is defined by greater than 10 guests on property for greater than 1 hr. Parties are limited to 6 hrs. *There is a $350 Event Fee. If undisclosed- then damage deposit will be retained. Due to COVID 19...we are not allowing anymore than 10 guests total.

Excited to say- we now have 3 full size kayaks available under the back porch. *LIFE JACKETS NOT INCLUDED*. Don't hesitate to bring a raft or your floats! We provide a pump to Blow them up, and Sinclair Marina is happy to blow them up also.

Oh, and one of the FRIENDLIEST LAKES in Ga! Don't forget to wave as the boats/jet skies cruise by!!! 💙

Fur Babies/ dogs (Limit 2) are welcome. 🐕‍🦺🐾
Pet deposit applies to each dog. We discourage large breads- as there is not way to get them out of the lake easily. There are no steps (only a ladder). Please disclose pet details (breed, pounds and age) upon making reservation, and please plan to leave them on the shaded, cool back porch (child gate provided in downstairs closet) when they are not being directly supervised.

- Want things tidied up while you are there? You will also have the option of having housekeeping come in while you are out on the water or 'wherever' to provide clean linens, clean floors, clean bathrooms) for only $70.00. If this interest you-- please request prior to arrival!

You and your guests will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, fishing, cool lake water, scenic lake views and beautiful sunsets on 2 levels of deck/ patio. This cabin is fully furnished with flat screens, oversized washer & dryer and MORE. Ground level access to grassy areas. There are multiple Boat and Jet Ski Rentals within 2 miles. Sinclair Marina and Sinclair Motorsports are two of our favorites.

Disclosure- our neighbor to the west is currently building their home. We haven't had any mention from ANY our guests that they were affected.

We are convenient to most everything you will need. Just minutes from Milledgeville with short scenic 30 minute drives to Eatonton, Historic Madison, Lake Oconee & Reynolds Plantation. 1.3 miles to Jacksons Restaurant, Little River Marina (boat ramp access), Flash Foods, Waffle House and Package Store. Just 3 Miles from the new ....minutes from Serenity Spa/ Wellness and Hot Yoga!

Need activity ideas? LAKE SINCLAIR is Georgia best hidden gem with over 500 miles of scenic shoreline. Rock Hawk Effigy is another wonderful destination! It is about 20 minutes from the house and can provide you with beautiful trails in addition to water ways for swimming!

Never too crowded, Sinclair is one of Georgia's Cleanest Lake and ALWAYS remains full year around. Enjoy all the water sports: Fishing (best in Georgia), Wake Boarding, Skiing, Boating, Jet-Skiing, Swimming etc. Bring your bikes to (or just hike) - enjoy near by trails- The Selma Erwin Nature Trail, Bartram Trail and Oconee River Greenway (also has a gorgeous river) are minutes away and are great trails to visit!

- "This is a great lakeside house, close to town via car and fun things on the water via boat. The listing says "cottage", but don't be fooled, this house is well stocked with all the comforts of home - TV, Internet, etc. We brought our boat, there's a boat ramp at the marina just around the corner. The water is deep (~6ft or so) at the end of the dock, so no problems there. During our stay there was a freak storm and we lost power. Dana was great, she knew about the power outage and texted us to let us know the power company was informed and they're working on it. Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

Loved the dock with part being covered and open, the swings and chairs and the TV and sound system were an added bonus. - "Our oldest son graduated from GCSU and we wanted our extended family to stay together to celebrate. Recently our gatherings have been for sad occasions, so we really were looking forward to being happy together. The property is stunning - new, clean, huge, with beautiful views! We also rented the dock and brought our small boat, water floats, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked. I had brought extra plates, silverware, etc. but they were not needed. Everything about the house is top-notch. It is a duplex - the owners live on the other side of the house but it still felt private. There were so many gathering / seating areas all around that a large group feels very comfortable and can spread out. The first level is perfect for young adults / teens - foosball, pool table, corn hole, and an old fashioned video game console. The bedrooms were very quiet, and the beds and bedding was super comfortable. All of the rooms were large, particularly the kitchen and living room areas. Truly an amazing house and a wonderful time was had by all. A+"

Idyllic, family-friendly lake front home with EPIC sunset views.
Our retreat has 3,000 square feet of family-friendly living space with expansive lake views from almost every room. This open concept home features three private
bedrooms, a bunk room, 2 living rooms, four full baths and a huge screened porch that overlooks the manicured grassy backyard, boat house and Lake Sinclair, one of Georgia’s cleanest lakes. The home's location in the cove offers breathtaking panoramic sunset views, great water views but none of the wake and chop of the high trafficked lake properties.

The space
This is our own home away from home. We're so excited to be able to share it with other families. Featuring an open floor plan with soaring ceilings and views of the water from the most of the house, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen opens to a fireside great room with two comfy couches, arm chair, large smart TV (and cozy fireplace). With double ovens and a 5-burner gas cooktop, prepping meals is easy and enjoyable. A large central island offers ample prep space and casual seating for three. The adjoining dining room comfortably seats eight. Plus you can fold out the leaves of the side table to add a great "kids table" for the extended family dining.

The sun-filled screened porch is steps from the great room and affords a 180 degree view of the lake. There is lots of seating so everyone can enjoy the cool mornings and relaxing evenings. Seating includes a spacious dining table, couch, loveseat and 2 arm chairs. Ceilings fans keep it cool all summer long and a TV for fall football watching, coming soon.

Separated by the main living area, the primary suite has a wall of windows and private balcony that captures the astounding lake views. A king bed with buttery soft sheets and an incredible mattress that our guests rave about that comfortably accommodates sleeping for two. A full bathroom with a walk in shower, large walk-in closet and large flat-screen TV completes the space. A second guest suite with attached full bath features a tub/ shower, extra large vanity in addition to the bedroom's queen size bed w/ comfy mattress and soft, cool sheets, TV and walk-in closet. The third guest bedroom also has a queen bed with a guest-loved mattress and sheets and walk-in closet.

The lower level houses an 8-bed bunk room with comfortable twin mattresses and soft sheets and full bathroom with a tub/shower. There is also a second family room with lake views and a flat screen tv, comfy couch, game table with 4 chairs, a stocked bookshelf with books and games and a stocked laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Out the back doors of the home, a fun and fenced-in grassy backyard welcomes you and makes playing the provided yard games fun and easy. The large, covered patio has a ping pong table. Down towards the water is the wood burning fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

From the fire pit, access the private boat house and deep-water dock where you'll find more seating and lounging space. Guests can choose to take in the sun or stay in the shade under the pavilion. There are also tons of lake toys including two kayaks, boat tubes, rafts, noodles, a large foam play mat, a mini-refrigerator and lots of life jackets. There is also a fishing rod and tackle box should you choose to test your fishing prowess. The dock is located in a quiet, no-wake cove and is ideal for children and adults to safely swim and play. Also, Lake Sinclair is known for being one of Georgia's cleanest lakes so you can rest easy knowing your family is swimming and playing in clean, unpolluted water.

Guests have access to all areas of the home. The following is locked by owners: owner's closet in basement.

Other things to note
If you wish to rent a boat there are 2 marinas/boat rental companies close in addition to boatsetter.com that offer daily and weekly rentals. The dock features built-in, flip up cleats on 2 sides so you can easily dock and tie-Up.

We would consider allowing guests to bring up to two small dogs but there is a carpet shampoo fee of $125 as we like to keep the house extremely clean for our non-pet guests. Please use the messaging feature if you would like to bring your small pets.
