This lovely property sits off of a gravel road on three acres. There are five bedrooms with six queen beds and one king. The house has three levels with the kitchen, dining room and living room on the middle level. The kitchen has granite counter tops with an island cooktop. All appliances are stainless steel. The upper and middle levels have hardwood flooring. The bottom level is covered in tile and carpet. The master bedroom is on the middle level and it has a private shower and Jacuzzi tub. The upper screened in porch is accessible from the master bath and the kitchen. On the bottom level there are two bedrooms, a movie room with theater seating, a bar and another screened in porch. The top level has the two remaining bedrooms.

There is a huge front yard for all sorts of activities and an oversized barbecue grill. There is a 750 sq ft gym/workout facility located on the property grounds. The property is located less than a mile from Lake Allatoona and Red Top Mountain. Lake point sports complex is about 10 min away. Harstfield Int airport is about 45 min away. Downtown Atlanta is about 20-25 min.

There are several cameras monitoring the outside areas, as well as an alarm system. This property is strictly for lodging purposes only.

No partying, large gathering or heavy traffic allowed. These rules will be strictly enforced by guest being removed from the property. No exceptions.

The Lake House is a fantastic place to spend time with family and friends. It was recently remodeled and has 4 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 12, with 2,950 sq ft of living space. The dock is a 5 min walk down an easy path. The dock is on the lake at Clark Creek in a peaceful no wake area, ideal for swimming & boating.

We make a special effort to keep the house in excellent condition and fully stocked with everything you might need.

The Lake Point Sporting Center baseball park is only 7 miles from this lake house, a 13 min drive.

The dock is located about 1,800 feet from property along an easily followed trail through Army Corps of Engineer's Land, it takes about 5 mins to walk from the house to the dock.

Keep your boat at the dock, rent our 24’ Pontoon that seats 10, rent a boat from the local Marina’s, or you can rent our Yamaha WaveRunner Jet Ski. We keep Kayaks & Paddles at the dock for your enjoyment. We also have water skis, surf boards, a paddle board, a large towable tube, ropes, & life jackets for your enjoyment at no additional cost.

The house is furnished with two king beds, one queen bed, two sets of bunks, two twin daybeds, two full daybeds, and it sleeps 12. The kitchen is fully equipped, we provide cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, & dryer sheets. The living room has a 65” LED TV with GREAT Wi-Fi @ 800 Mbps. We have a 55” LED TV on the back patio & another 55” LED TV down stairs which is great for movies and gaming.

We have a Sonos speaker system throughout the house that allows you to play your music. Surround sound in the living room, speakers on the back patio, & more down stairs in the gaming room.

IMPORTANT - The house is NOT set up for large gatherings, 12 is the maximum number of overnight guests allowed at the house at anytime. Please remember this is NOT a party house!

The driveway has room for 4 cars, street parking is a problem and is not allowed so please be sure to keep cars off the street and off the neighbors property. Please do not block the street.

Do not leave trash on the lake property - we provide trash cans at the house and trash bags for your use. Please help us protect and preserve the lake!

This lakehouse has by far one of the best views of Lake Allatoona in North Georgia. It sits close to the water with 200'+ of water frontage. A large 700 square foot dock with lights and swimming ladder awaits. We are just a few miles from downtown Acworth & LakePoint Sports

The house has had 3 remodels since its purchase in 2008. Families will enjoy the cabin feel of the upstairs and kids will love the huge remodeled basement with plenty of space to keep them occupied when they’re not outside. The kitchen has granite counter tops throughout and stainless steel appliances. Our 2015 remodel extended the house toward the lake and has a very large space for relaxing with a book or entertaining with your family. The house faces the water through double pane glass from one end of the house to the other. Two sets of double French doors pass through to the deck.

In 2021 we updated the exterior (roof, garage, driveway, paint, bathroom remodel and landscape).

There are three decks all together. The main deck spans the length of the house and has a remote controlled 25' SunSetter when shade is preferred. There is a concrete patio a short walk down by the water and a third deck overlooking the side yard where the flat grassy area becomes a great place for playing games or sunbathing. The property is buffered by acres of land on each side insuring privacy.

Convenient to I-75, the house offers easy access to local attractions (Braves, Lake Point Sporting Complex, Golf, and Shopping). Downtown Acworth is just a few miles away and has a wonderful selection of restaurants and night life.

The house has three bedrooms (Queens) on the main level and on the lower level is a fourth bedroom (Queen) and a bonus room with a Queen bed & a bunk bed (twin on top/double on bottom). Bunks are mostly ideal for kids.

You can enjoy the lake view from any number of sitting and sunbathing areas around the outside of the house including several decks/patios.

Lake Allatoona is a Corps of Engineers controlled lake. Unlike many properties on the lake we enjoy year-round water under our dock.

Great family home with lots of space and a game room for the kids. Minutes to Lake Point Sports, Lake Allatoona, I-75, downtown Cartersville and Acworth. Lots of hiking, fishing, and outdoor activities close by.

- "Great location for lake point events" - "Our family stayed in Emerson for a 14U baseball tournament and split the rental with a teammate and his family. The space was such a plus with a great floor plan for everyone to spread out. Having a W/D on site was a must and everything worked great. The property is very clean and it took 3 min to drive to the sports complex. Would recommend to anyone visiting for a tournament! As a bonus, the property is located at the end of a cul de sac so the kids could even play outside when they weren’t playing in their team games. Excellent stay!"

UPDATE 7/2025: We've got a pool!! We just put in a 24' above ground pool out back. It's not fancy (yet!) but it's perfect for cooling off on a hot day!! More amenities to enjoy! Pool season is May 1 - September 1

PARTYING. This is NOT a party house. This is a large spacious home. It's great for large business groups, family and friends. However, we are not looking for groups whose true intent is to "party" in the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors to those around the home and for the neighborhood. So, RESPECTFULLY, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.

While covered in the rules, I wanted to highlight some simple rules out of respect for the neighbors and neighborhood. While we have already covered the "no partying", we also limit the cars to four cars (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed.

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. The owner keeps furnishings for future Airbnbs in the garage.

You will not have use of the fireplace during your stay.
