If you pay with cash and forget about the charge, they keep your money (that's not fair, but let's move on). At least it was quiet and the air conditioning worked well once we figured out how to use it. The housekeeper came and quickly changed the sheets and blanket when I told the front desk about the problems we had."

Secondly, our son started having a high fever and all the stores were closed, desperate, I asked my husband to ask up front. The manager who has small grandkids gave us a brand new bottle of children's Tylenol to help our child. What a lifesaver! We vacation a lot in Orlando at Disney and I can guarantee you wouldn't get that type of help there. The people here are so nice and helpful. Genuine and kind. These cottages overlook a small lake with turquoise water. My 5 year old enjoyed watching the ducks and turtles. - "Cockroach in the room , dirty bathroom " - "When we arrive we had to call someone to check us in and we waited for 15-20 minutes before they showed up. Received the key for our room, walked in and it wasn't cleaned from the last person that stayed there. Blood spots on the counter by the sink. Was given another room, that one was a little cleaner. Walked into the bathroom and there was 2 roaches on the floor. Pulled down the blankets on the bed and there was a roach in it. Needless to say we left and had to go to 2 other hotels in the area before we found one clean enough to stay in. Also witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot while we were smoking a cigarette. Called them after we left to inform them we left and got a voicemail. No return call so I called them because I had the pending charges and the guy I talked to said he didn't have our names for that room. How could we check in if we weren't registered? Roach infested dump..... beware "
