No weekly housekeeping as stated on the website and reservation forms. Stated the housekeeper was on medical leave and no arrangements were made for coverage. Repeatedly asked, over 5 weeks, for the kitchen faucet to be fixed, but property managers made excuses every time. So that was unusable. They have no consistent management on site - substitute managers passed the buck. The on-site maintenance guys were the only people who showed much energy to help. But they had limited resources. "

• We have installed hypoallergenic, waterproof protectors on the mattress and the four KS pillows. Reliable Property Managers cleaning staff has been instructed to launder the bed sheets and white cotton blanket after every guest departure. On arrival, all bed sheets, including the blanket, should be clean. Please bring your own comforter and extra blanket(s) if you desire.
• We removed the living room throw.
• Reliable Property Managers will continue to have their staff clean all the high-touch areas in the villa with disinfectant (including door handles, light switches, counters, etc.).
• We installed a keyless front door lock so our guests will have the option of using a four-digit code to open the lock or carrying a key.
• Access to villa and welcome packet will be sent electronically. To avoid contact with amenity card staff, guests can arrange to pick up their amenity cards in a lockbox outside the amenity office by designating this on their amenity card form.

This 2 BR 2 BA Dune Crest detached cottage was recently renovated including a new kitchen and new furnishings. One of the best views of the golf course on the island! LONG, elevated views of two different holes of the Crooked Oaks Course.

The oversized deck has a wraparound view through the oak trees of the 1st fairway AND 18th fairway of the Crooked Oaks Golf Course. The deck also features a full stainless gas grill, a large teak table with 6 chairs, low-voltage lighting that comes on automatically at dusk, and cafe string lights.

Inside, walls of glass showcase the views of the golf course and surrounding oaks and palms. The kitchen has white modern cabinetry, granite counters, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances including a full-size fridge and freezer with ice maker, full-size range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and a large island for prep. There are dark hardwood floors throughout the house for easy cleaning.

The kitchen is open to the living and dining area. The dining table seats 3 comfortably, and the 4th chair is stored in the living room. Or, enjoy a meal outside on the deck at the large table and 6 chairs and enjoy the view!

The living room features two reclining leather chairs, and a white futon sofa (sleeps 1 child). There is also a 32” LED HDTV with HDTV programming along with on-demand access. The entire home is full of photographs from around Charleston and Seabrook.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and attached full bath. The 4 floor-to-ceiling windows are inches away from an ancient oak tree! There are built-in shelves for storage, two closets, and a small desk and chair. There is also a 39” LED HDTV in this room with over 100 channels and HD programming.

The guest room features beautiful, unobstructed views of the 1st fairway and bunker of the Crooked Oaks Golf Course from 4 floor-to-ceiling windows. This room has a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath (sleeps 2). There is also a tall dresser, and built in closet. There is a 39” LED HDTV in this room with over 100 channels as well. The guest room is just a couple of feet from the second full bath in the hallway.

Both bathrooms feature tile floors, updated vanities, new light fixtures, rainfall shower heads, and waffle-weave shower curtains.

Underneath the home are two South Carolina rope hammocks and low-voltage lighting. There are views of the golf course down here as well!

This home comes with an initial supply of towels, hand soap, and cleaning supplies. An initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels is provided as well. A washer and dryer is also located in the basement with access via the spiral staircase.

4 beach cruisers (all 26”) and 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs with built-in coolers and backpack straps are provided for your use as well.

Seabrook Island guests can use all beach accesses for free. Guests may also use the outdoor pool at The Lake House and playground for only an amenity card deposit fee. The two oceanfront pools (seasonal), club restaurants, equestrian, tennis, and golf require an amenity card. An amenity card may be obtained at the Club Amenity Office for $50 per day or $300 per week. Usage fees and a card deposit will apply. You must order your amenity card at least 48 hours before the first day you plan to use it (if one is desired).

Come enjoy some peace and quiet in this private, simple (yet comfortable) cottage located under the Oak trees of Johns Island. 20 minutes from Downtown Charleston, Folly Beach, and Kiawah. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit, heat up the grill for some fresh seafood or take a hot shower under the stars! (Just to be clear, there is also a very nice interior shower!)

The Sleepy Shack is private, comfortable, and clean! The studio apartment is ideal for two tenants. Three can easily fit in this 500 square foot cabin if one person doesn't mind the sleeping on the couch.

The rear porch is private and guests have their own separate outdoor area with a fire bowl and grill.

The Sleepy Shack is within walking distance to Low Tide Brewery and a very close drive to other various dining options. Catch a movie at the Terrace Theater or enjoy some live music at The Pour House (within 5 miles).

Come explore Johns Island - The Vineyard, Sweet Water Distillery, the Tea Plantation, Angel Oak, the Johns Island Farmers Market. Johns Island is also ideal for those who wish to enjoy distance biking through the oak trees, rivers and marshes of this rural (yet convenient) area. The wide, quiet beaches of Kiawah are just a scenic drive down the way.

Or hop over to neighboring James Island to enjoy the fun and sun of Folly Beach. Check out the fishing and surfing at the pier, or relax in the tidal pools, or shop and dine on the main drag. Grab some fresh Seafood from Crosby's or Huff's and bring it back to cook on the grill!

James Island County park is about 7 minutes from the cottage and offers scenic bike and walking trails as well as climbing wall and other great opportunities for fun with the kids!
