The villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one large living room with spectacular views to the mountain, another living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dinning area. Outside the villa provides large terraces, private pool, sun deck with chill out benches, outside dinning area, and large barbecue. Large private parking. Take a walk around our farm land, with its gavias, and olive trees. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises that you can enjoy lounging by the sundeck The natural peaceful surroundings are ideal retreat from the city noises, and stress routine. The mountains views, the country side, and the night skies filled with star, inspires tranquility.
Ideal location for hiking, cycling or just strolling enclave. Beautiful hiking trail from the windmill in El Durazno, to the village of Betancuria, crossing over the mountains, is on the way from the villa to the village of Antigua.
The village has all the basic services such as restaurants, supermarket, health center, and sports field. The beach in Caleta, and golf courses, are only 19 minutes away. The Airport is 25 minutes away.
