Α countryhouse 65m2 with a 400m2 garden only 50 minutes from Athens. It consists of two bedrooms with 2 big double beds (a small foldable single bed can be offered upon request) one bathroom, kitchen with all the electrical equipment (oven - fridge - microwave - toster - espresso machine - filter coffee - juicer) and everything else needed , a big living room , front balcony overlooking the beautiful garden and rear patio for your relaxation and reading. There is air conditioning off course and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Also there is private space in front of the house for parking. It is located 40 meters from the sea and at approximately 400meters is a well known windsurfing and kite surfing spot. All the beach bars and organised beach is at a 5 to 7 minute walk (600 -650 meters away) Also the centre of the village of Chalkoutsi is at a 850 meters walk by the picturesque seaside paved road ( ideal for evening strolls) where you can find everything from restaurants and tavernas to cafes and supermarkets and an amazing summer movie theatre. Also a bicycle will be offered during your stay for ease with the groceries.
The town of Oropos is 6km away where you can take the ferry ( half an hour trip) to the island of Evia and the small town of Eretria. The town of Halkida is 35 minutes.The ancient amphiareion of Oropos is 20 minutes away. Lake Beletsi is 30-35 minutes and the archaeological site of Delphi at 1.45 minutes awsy.
Buses to Oropos and Athens from Chalkoutsi are leaving every hour. Bus stop is 850 meters from home. Train station from and to Athens is at 13km away.The placement of the house makes it perfect for relaxation and recharging while being close to everything you can ask.

Μεγάλο σαλόνι , μπροστινό μπαλκόνι που βλέπει στον κήπο και πισω αίθριο για χαλάρωση και διάβασμα. Υπάρχει κλιματιστικό και σε κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο ανεμιστήρας οροφής. Επίσης υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος πάρκινγκ μπροστά από το σπίτι. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στα 40 μέτρα απο την θάλασσα και περίπου 400 μέτρα απο γνωστό μέρος για windsurfing και kitesurfing. Όλα τα παραλιακά μπαράκια και η οργανωμένη παραλία είναι σε απόσταση 5 -7 λεπτών με τα ποδια περίπου 600-650 μέτρων. Η πλατεία του Χαλκουτσίου βρίσκεται στα 850 μέτρα και είναι μέσω του παραλιακού πεζόδρομου (τέλειος βραδινός περίπατος) όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε τα πάντα απο ταβέρνες και καφε , σουπερμάρκετ και θερινό σινεμά. Κατά την διαμονή σας θα υπάρχει και ένα ποδήλατο για να εξυπηρετεί σε τυχόν ψώνια που χρειάζεστε.
Ο Ωρωπός είναι στα 6χλμ και απο εκεί μπορείτε να πάρετε το καραβάκι (μισή ώρα) για να περάσετε απέναντι στην Ερέτρια Ευβοίας. H Χαλκίδα ειναι 30-35 λεπτα , το αρχαίο Αμφιαράειο Ωρωπόυ στα 20 λεπτά και η λίμνη Μπελέτσι στα 30-35.Επίσης οι Δελφοι είναι 1.45.
Λεωφορεία για Ωρωπό και Αθήνα φεύγουν κάθε ωρα περίπου και η στάση είναι στα 850 μέτρα περίπου απο το σπίτι.Η στάση Προαστιακου είναι στα 13χλμ. Η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού το κάνει ιδανικό για χαλάρωση ενώ βρίσκεται κοντά σε οτιδήποτε κάποιος ζητήσει.

Super nice touch and very very nice way to start your holidays :) You can park you car in front of the property, also there is parking space ~30m from the gate, so no issues here as well. All rooms have air conditioning + every window/balcony door has mosquito net, so you can choose the way to cool the house in the hot summer. Property is very spacious, it has 2 bathrooms (downstairs and upstairs), which are very clean, so there's absolutely no issues here as well. It also has 2 double + one single bedrooms. There's free wifi, covering whole house and outside - very convenient, as you have two terraces to sit outside. Both has sea view - perfect place for calm evenings or breakfast outside. Yiannis provided superb hospitality, there was a watsapp group created for quick communication (he asked for the most convenient communication form with us in advance) and he was responding to any questions or requests within a moment of asking, which is really impressive and we felt full attention from him. There are few beaches within walking distance, however we opted to drive (although, if wanted - reachable by foot) to Artemis Beach - superb fine sand beach (both onshore and sea bed!!) where you can rent sun beds, umbrellas and even have attentive people who are ready to serve with drinks and food (Souvlaki + Pizza on the beach? YES PLEASE!!!) There were beach towels provided by the property as well Overall, it is a superb house, super clean, and super comfortable, with everything we could (and even couldn't) to expect and we are definitely consider to come back to the same place next year!
