- "My wife and I had an excellent time here. We spent the mornings drinking coffee and eating breakfast on the deck. It is amazingly private even though the house is at the end of a street. The walk to the private beach was VERY steep but worth the trek. There are hiking/walking trails to the lighthouse and a few restaurants are within walking distance. It is a very short drive to Rincon and to grocery stores. The wifi didn't work while were there although I am sure it is an easy fix. We were too busy enjoying the paradise around us to care. We went to a local art fair, snorkeled at Tres Palmas, drove to La Parguera and took a boat taxi to the mangrove islands--the trip was simply great. Some of my favorite times were sitting on the deck with a beverage in hand watching the sunrise, thunderstorms pass by, or simply enjoying the view. Thank you for a great stay!"

- "First of all, Tulio is great! He went above and beyond to give us recommendations on the area, answer all of our questions and provide good tips for our trip. The Yellow House is unconventional, but that's what makes it so special! It's not every day you head to the kitchen for a cup of coffee and have hermit crabs, iguanas and roosters roaming around your living space. The view was amazing and the breeze on the top deck was so relaxing in the evenings. Everything was clean, the kitchen had all the utensils that we required and the AC in the bedrooms kept us comfortable at night. The area is super safe and just a short golf cart ride away from the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. It was hot in early August and the mosquitoes were active, but that all comes with the territory. Bug spray and citronella candles come in handy. If you're looking for a unique and relaxing vacation spot, this home is for you!"

Sole is a 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage at iL Sognatore, that can sleep up to 8 people. This unique, delightful home has a private balcony, with a hammock, surrounded by grape vines and a lovely view of the garden. There's Italian rustic style inspired kitchen, with everything you need and a living space with TV and WiFi. You can appreciate detailed "old world" handmade woodwork in every corner, while you take in the breeze of the serene tropical landscape. iL Sognatore is peaceful, has safe easy parking inside the compound and it is conveniently located close to the airport and the best beaches in Aguadilla and Isabela.

Sole was recently restructured house with two bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a double size bunk bed. There's a futon in the living room where you could accommodate 2 extra guests when needed and the back of the house offers an outdoor shower as well.

- Flight arriving at BQN airport from 1 AM to 3 AM. We'll welcome you at anytime. Remember to book the night before your arrival to secure early check in.

- There is a water rationing in place for the NW of Puerto Rico. il Sognatore has 1200 gallon cistern when city water is turned off. There is plenty of hot water and water pressure even on the off days, but we ask guest to be mindful of their water usage during the off times.

- The host offers private surf lessons, snorkeling tours, and spearfishing.

Mare is our newest cottage at iL Sognatore. It has its own private fenced in courtyard with a hammock and a place to store all your beach toys. Inside it has a double bed, a small couch that can accommodate a child, as well as a kitchen with everything you will need. There is a sitting area, your own private bathroom plus a dedicated laptop space. iL Sognatore has WiFi throughout, secure parking inside the compound and it is close to the airport and the best beaches in Aguadilla and Isabela.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It is a dead end road, so only people that live around, drive on the road. There's a track near the house for those who like to go for a walk. Coffee Spot is walking distance from the house and they offer good coffee, pastries, breakfast and lunch. The Aguadilla Airport, beaches, restaurants are about 8 minutes from the house.

This is a great little area. 3 blocks to beach.. 1/2 block to a large grocery store with everything you need. 8 blocks to Bargain City / All Ways 99 which have any other specialty items you might need. Typically 10 minutes to Old San Juan / 10 minutes to the airport. The beaches are beautiful and low key.

There are also beach chairs available next to unit 3 available on a first come, first served basis.

Super convenient - equipped as a home - and walkable to all the amenities... my favorite thing about this space is the inviting outdoor courtyard.. Tropical evenings are meant to be enjoyed outside with a drink in hand.

If you’re looking for resort hotels and tourist traps, this space isn’t for you. This home is for the traveler who likes to blend in with the locals and truly experience a culture in its daily rhythms.

Fall asleep to the calls of the coqui frogs and the cricket songs, wake up to the mourning doves and parrots in the nearby trees. Stroll to the beach for a morning swim, after grabbing a quick breakfast and cafe at the local grocer. For lunch, walk over to the bustling Calle Loiza for some amazing local hip cuisine - Or grab some fresh fruit from the corner stand.

As a treat in the evening, a quick drive and a sunset stroll around romantic Old San Juan is always fun, as the ocean breezes wash away the heat of the day - the walk helps to burn the calories from the delicious frozen tropical fruit ice cream that is sold by the street peddlers in the square... Uber is very convenient here. It's best to rent a car for driving around PR. Get the automatic toll included - it makes life much easier.

The only beach essentials included are beach chairs and towels, chairs are located next to yellow house.

NO CHILDREN PERMITTED UNDER THE AGE OF 5, DUE TO OPEN POOL. Pool is 8'wide x 16'long x 5'deep, and is shared with the units.

San Juan is filled with stray cats, lizards and other creatures - you will likely see them in their daily routine. I also have a small 8 pound dachshund - kept in my quarters and separate outdoor space.

This unit comfortably holds 4 people, it can hold a maximum of 6. And while 6 full grown adults have used it and enjoyed their stay, it’s very close quarters.

On average about once a month the power will go out for up to 4 hours. The island power system is still not at full capacity from the hurricane. While I hope this doesn’t happen to you, please let me know if it does. Please leave the fridge closed, and consider going to the mall (Plaza Las Americas) or something else fun on a different power grid if this happens.

- "Great location, very clean." - "This was the first time our whole combined family was able to vacation together. There were 7 of us total (including a 4 year-old), and this house worked perfectly. There were only a few minor issues...1) no A/C in the living room/kitchen area, 2) the shower curtain kept falling, 3) never could get the hot water heater working (but that could have been user error as there were no instructions for use). The neighborhood is a little run down and there are lots of chickens clucking and crowing all day, but still a definite thumbs up!"

I did not realize there was no TV when I booked it, but that was ok. You definitely need a jeep to get to this place. Also, it would have been nice to have known there is no place to turn around if you drive forward all the way to the cottage and it is extremely difficult to back out of the drive. I learned that the hard way. After that, I would back in the driveway so I could pull out forward without having to back out. They need to trim the bushes and long limbs that stick out over the driveway as they scratched the rental jeep. The cottage was nice and clean. The only other issue was the AC was not on when we arrived and it was very hot inside and then each day when we would leave to go to the beaches we left the AC on and it would be off and extremely hot when we got back. Otherwise, this was a great place and we loved Culebra."

This Privet Two story house "Casa Ana Hilda" is located in the Mountains of Gurabo Puerto Rico, the house was build in the 2000’s on 4 acres of land, by Doña Hilda and here husband Don Pedro. It was designed as a spacious Cottage with breath taking views. You will find no artificial air condition, there is no need for it, with cool breeze from El Yunque Mountains we are gifted with comfy temps all year round. A home away from home it has everything you need.

Guest access:
Guest have access to the entire property. Feel free to explore and share our fruits that are scattered around the land. Just take only what you need after all this is a Unique nature experience.

Events and Partys are only accepted after approval, we have special rates and services, such as decoration, catering, tables and chairs, tents and much more for your convenience. Washer and dryer available for stays of 2 nights or more (detergent is not complementary).
