The captain could be staying on the boat because there are things that need to be taken care of on a daily basis. His cabin is in the front of the boat and far away from the guest rooms. There is an adequate amount privacy.

We had 8 adults, but could have had a few more. The marina we were at was not the one in listing, but was better situated for restaurants in Farjado and close to ferry to Vieques/Culabra. The marina had every amenity and a great beach bar.boat was very clean and had a great kitchen set up. It is not very often you can live aboard a boat of this caliber. The camping area is basically in their backyard, and they were so helpful the entire time. Both Yashire and Julian know the island like the back of their hands, and were able tell us so much about local history, turtle conservation efforts, local food, the best guides for the bioluminescent bay tours, and much more. Getting to hang out with them made our time on Vieques so much more special. Gracias Yashire y Julian!!"

The generator will be delivered with fuel for the first hours.
We also provide a 450-gallon water cistern and a gas water heater.
The generator is located at the back; although placed on a cement base to reduce noise, some sound may be noticeable while in use.
We will always be available to assist you during any emergency.

- "We rarely write negative reviews. In fact, we take the time to write reviews when a host has done a great job. This isn't an attempt to slander the experience, but an attempt to provide constructive feedback on very necessary improvements for future guests. Positives: The boat owner allowed us check in early, which was a huge help in allowing us drop off our bags before taking our rental car back to the garage. He even offered us a beer upon check in. Improvement areas: There was only one towel provided for 2 guests, and that towel was very worn. Additionally, I asked if there were any spare towels we could bring to the beach. Sol declined because he didn't want sand in the boat. This is fair but we suddenly felt awkward about going to the beach, while staying at a marina, for fear we would bring back sand, which is forbidden. This was a strange experience. Under amenities, the yacht states air conditioning as an amenity. There was no air conditioning. There was a fan which didn't do much to keep the cabin cool. It was a very uncomfortable night. One of us couldn't sleep and had to sleep outside on deck for an hour or two before returning back to the stuffy cabin. Overall, some small investments, like a more powerful fan, some new towels, and less awkwardness around beach activities while staying on the water, might all be appreciated by future guests. The owner was nice though."

If you stay more than two nights, please note that campers have water tanks that fill up and must be emptied.

The space
The luxury 78 ft sailing Yacht has a lot of amenities.

The price indicated is for Master cabin. There is king size bed and crib bed. Separate bath and shower. Private enter from the deck. Good for 2 adults and 1 kid under 12 years old.

If you have company more than two I can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 Standard cabins. There are 4 bunk beds in cabins upper twin and lower full berth, combined bath and shower. One standard cabin accommodate 2 people. Each extra guest will be charge for $90 .

In case you have booked the cabin just for 1 night and change your mind and make decision to prolong your time on the boat for couple more nights you will get the price without commission fees.

Saloon with comfortable coaches and full kitchen with the breakfast area. Big outside table for eight people is nice for romantic evening with a candles and glasses of vine.

Guest access
The yacht is located in a San Juan bay Marina, there are showers, laundry facilities. Guests must be polite and respectful of the neighbors in the marina. Looking for mature guests. Children ok. Just not a wild party . It is a yacht you will need to be able to climb stairs and navigate the decks. You are free to enjoy the yacht as you wish. All decks are open to you. Have guests, relax, party.

If you’ve chosen to stay on a boat, please keep in mind that it’s a different experience from staying in a hotel. You’ll get a clean cabin with fresh towels and linens, but daily cleaning services are not provided — you’ll be responsible for maintaining your cabin during your stay.

Boat cabins are more compact than standard hotel rooms, and each cabin is equipped with a personal air conditioner, which may produce some noise while operating. Additionally, please note that toilet paper must be disposed of in the designated garbage bin, not flushed.
