- "A location could not have been better with several restaurants within walking distance. The host could have communicated better. I was confused about parking and when I asked a question I never received a response. The room was very clean and was exactly what we needed with beds, air conditioning and a shower." - "Host never answered when we asked where we could leave our luggage,as previously mentioned, when we arrived via ferry so that was completely ignored. Was eager to check into the place after a long day at the beach only to arrive to our lock box and there be no key. This definitely got frustrating as we needed the key to open the gates once our excursion was done as it would be done late. Took a while for host to return message and spoke with a travel agent to speak to the owner. She was not the nicest as there was a lot of attitude when spoken to regarding a key only to realize it in fact was in their LOCKED box NOT ours. Overall not bad for what you’re paying but absolutely horrible check in. Should definitely make sure keys are properly placed in their spot prior to hosting guests next time :)"

- "The property is in a very convenient location. But the room was dirty and a lot of bugs. ( spider and cockroaches). " - "The property is very conveniently located to restaurants & beach activities. Check in & check out process was simple. The room was clean & provided the essentials. However the 'courtyard' area you walk thru to get to the rooms was trashy & beds weren't very comfortable. We just needed a place to sleep one night after a Bio Bay tour so it worked for our purposes."

Private pool and terrace located literally on the beach and only a few yards from everything, the Hotel, Spa, and Encanto Beach Club. This property is famously built at the ocean’s edge. The magnificent and famous white sandy beach is your backyard. An ocean lagoon is formed by huge boulders which protect and create a calm body of water for swimming and snorkeling. The breaking waves are clearly seen and heard from in every room.
- Please note this property requires a rental agreement that will be provided after you reserve. Stays of four (4) days or more require a mid-week housekeeping service costing $195.

Despite the initial challenges, the rest of our stay more than made up for the rocky start. Once settled, the villa itself proved to be a stunning retreat, nestled in a picturesque location that offered both privacy and breathtaking views. The interiors were beautifully decorated, blending luxury with comfort in a way that immediately made us feel at home. Every room was impeccably clean and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff at [Villa Name] were particularly commendable. After the check-in issues were resolved, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, assisting with everything from organizing day trips to recommending local dining spots. - "The resort and the unit are 2 totally different experiences. The resort itself was lovely- lots of pools and on a small beach (pools needed to be maintained better and the "waterpark" part of it is only open on the weekends) but the resort was kept tidy and pleasant. Our unit, however, was clean but VERY disappointing. It was not maintained well and many things were broken (the lock on the sliding doors, locks on the windows, THE TV!!!) Appliances were beeping like crazy. We called the unit owner to repair the lock on the sliders (did not feel comfortable leaving valuables or sleeping in an unlocked unit) and to repair the TV and the beeping noises. They sent someone who could not fix any of it and so we stayed for 8 days with NO TV, doors that wouldn't lock, and a crazy beeping noise. It honestly was very frustrating and made the trip unpleasant. I was very disappointed that we got no help from the owner, despite many follow up texts. I would not return to this unit and sadly do not recommend. "
