I think the mattresses need replacing as they had big dips in and were pretty hard but apart from that everything was perfect! " - "We checked in to the family room as mentioned but noticed a smell which we initially ignored as we put the luggage down and went out to explore the place. When we returned that evening the smell had got worst so we opened the windows but after a while it became unbearable so we went to reception and informed them. The lady came with me checked it and immediately asked us to pack so we can be moved to a better room which was newer and in very good condition. She ensured we were happy before she left. However we could not find the TV remote in the room but chose not to mention as we were thankful for their service already."
