- "In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle. I think the mattresses need replacing as they had big dips in and were pretty hard but apart from that everything was perfect! It was very nice and spacious with a large bay window and a settee to look out to sea. It was a reasonable price and much better than some other more expensive hotel rooms. Yes..it was room only rate but you had breakfast places across the road and 100 yards down the sea front at the pier plus shops in the small town just a few mins walking distance. Free Parking on the road outside might be a problem but we found a space always just outside or a few yards from the property. The only down side was a very small on suite bathroom but it was no major problem. Very clean and well maintained property that i would gladly recommend!"
