- "Very old property and looked tired. Curiously the lift did not go to the 2nd floor where our room was so the 80 year olds had to haul ourselves and luggage up and down a set of steep stairs. Also the bottom sheet of our bed was too small. Nowhere to hang anything. Was the worst hotel of our 4 weeks stay in Japan." - "It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on.
