The staff are very helpful indeed with providing information and making reservations for you. This was much appreciated as it made easy work of travelling around the various nearby islands and getting to eat in the best/most interesting resturants. This would have been much more difficult unless you speak Japanese, but the help provided by the hotel made achieving all this effortless."

A young boy will prepare coffee if you want. We ride from Iriomote to Kohama, there is ferry once a day. It saves time and money. -Check-in Procedure
Check-in time: between 15:00 and 18:00
Please inform us your arrival time in advance from the time of booking until one day before of your stay.
We will meet our guests at the villa and explain about the hotel.
The guests who are not residing in Japan are requested to submit a photocopy of passport for each guest or allow us to take picture of the passports during the check-in procedure.
In addition, we will ask the guests to fill out the guest registration form.
After completion of the procedure specified above, we will hand over the keys to you.

-During your stay
To ensure our guest’s safety and comfortable stay, we are asking for your cooperation to follow the house rules during your stay.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests, questions, and concerns.
We may visit your room to clean your room and provide extra hotel amenities during your stay if needed. In such case, we will inform you the date and time in advance.

Please check out at 10:00 because our staff will start the cleaning work at 10:00.
Personal belongings left by guests in the hotel room upon leaving will be sent to the address indicated by the guest if they want. Delivery charge will be shouldered by the guest.
