Check-in was efficient, and the reception staff was professional and friendly. We took Standard Twin rooms, and there was ample space even with 2 pieces of luggage per person. Room and bathroom both very clean. The beds, pillows, and sleepwear were very comfortable. The spacious desk and numerous USB charging ports were very helpful.
