- "Staff were exceptional. I really liked that throughout my 4 night stay that the staff remembered my name and were really friendly and helpful. Any issue I had was quickly rectified. I reserved a Superior Double room. On Check in to my room I noticed it was a Classic Double (as advertised on their website). I queried this and was given a Superior Room quickly. Bathrooms were out of place, the two rooms I had did not reflect a 4 star status. Quite basic and there was no room to place any of my toiletries in the bathroom. Need a shelf please! Breakfast was delicious, I love the freshly cooked to order selection and the yogurt and fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries and blackberries) were especially my favourite from the buffet. Agree with other reviews, coffee at breakfast is not the best! "
