- "Very beautiful. Would recommend." - "Sooo I’ve stayed here many times in the last five years, however this was the first time Ibwas ever disrespected at check in. The attendant at the desk was very curt and rude when my husband and tried to check in on 12/30. My husband was parking the car while I checked us in, his name was on the reservation for us both but she insisted on him presenting his ID to start the check in process. She made a snide remark about me being a security risk and when he arrived, she asked him “do you want to add “her” to the reservation” as though we weren’t husband and wife and as though I wasn’t standing right there. Then she proceeded to over charge our card causing our funds to be suspended and then when she tried to run the correct amount it declined. It was the cusp of a holiday on a Sunday, the banks closed at 1pm - Monday. We couldn’t cancel at this point and had already drove over 100 miles. I finally called for a manager because she tried to make it seem like it was our fault but she clearly had a chip on her shoulder and didn’t want to admit to her mistake and rude demeanor. I was offended and embarrassed. Although the manger remedied the situation, I couldn’t rest. I was so angry My husband had to help get past it and pray for her. Pool I believe close till 10pm and a rooftop cinema on the 4th floor extra charge. Overall was a good stay. "
