This apartments has 2 big bedrooms and living rooms.This 3rd level apartment boast its own private balcony with magnificent view of the ocean,Cebu Island and the harbor of Tagbilaran.It has a large bathroom with bath tub and separate shower and toilet. The masters bedroom and the living room is equipped with a cabled TV. You have a wide and spacious balcony wherein you and your family can dine,relax and play in your own privacy.It has fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator,oven and kitchen utensils for guest who love to cook and prepare their own food.

We have a very quiet and tranquil place so we set few rules for our guest;
1.Smoking INSIDE the rooms is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. A fee of P5,000 will be charged as a penalty.You can smoke outside or in your own balcony.
2.The room is suitable for maximum 4 PERSONS.
3.Only guest registered through Airbnb are allowed in the property.NO OUTSIDE GUEST ALLOWED)
4.Please TURN OFF your air conditioner when you LEAVE your apartment.
5.Any damage in our bed sheets,towels and kitchenware will be charged.
6.Please be COURTEOUS to other guest in the property.Loud noises should stop by 10pm.
7.Guest are welcome to use the infinity pool from 9am to 9pm.
8.Key will be given upon check-in and should be returned to the host upon check out.
9.GLASSES are not allowed in the swimming pool.

Pool Schedule:
-Pool usage is scheduled for Tuesday- Friday (excluding holidays), 8am-10pm.
-Up to three guests may use the pool for free. Additional guests cost ₱300.00 per person.
-Weekends and holidays are exclusively for residents and unit owners.
-The pool is closed every Monday for maintenance.

PAID PARKING OPTIONS:
-Uptown Parksuites Limited Parking Slots - Php 500 per night (2pm to 11am).
*Please ask us first if a parking slot is still available before booking.
*We will need to register the vehicle to the building before you can use the parking slot.
*Unregistered vehicles will not be able to access our limited parking slots.
*Payment through GCash or cash.
*The clearance height of the driveway is 2.1 meters. Vehicles exceeding this height cannot enter the parking premises.
