Fridge, microwave, dishware and a cook top but cookware , utensils less than adequate. If you are expecting kitchen stuff like or you want to prepare meals bring your own stuff. No toaster, blender, dish strainer, ice cube trays, pitcher, corkscrew/bottleopener etc. bring your own. If you are a short like me bring a step stool. Kitchen cabinets very high I could only reach front of lowest shelf. If you want to dry your hair bring a hair dryer too. Unit could use a deep clean, cobwebs in windows, grimy blinds and window sills, dirty floors and carpert runners. As I mentioned if you are looking for a place nearby lifts to ski for a couple days it works ! "

The place itself was very outdated and old feeling. Some of the issues had were: * No extra TP in upstairs bathroom (bad situation when you don't realize ahead of time) * Very old tvs with old Roku version. These versions don't support AppleTv or a couple of other apps (new versions of these are very cheap) * Sofa bed was very old and beat up. Very uncomfortable mattress (feel all the springs). Couch cushions had a piece of plywood under them. For support I guess? * Very poor water pressure, which is annoying since there is no dishwasher and you need to wash dishes if used * Front storm door has no springs or attachments so just freely flies open * Tiny shower But, most of this could be learned from the pics. It's not horrible, but would be if so you were expecting a very nice (or kind of nice) rental condo."

- "We arrived late and they were very good about working with us and helped us to check in. The property is nice and easy to find. The ski lift and lodge are very close and easy to get to. " - "We arrived around 5 pm. There was no power only in the bedroom. So we tried to contact everyone, finally got response from the host stating that the power company try to resolve the issue. We were waited for a long time little after 9 pm Bell from the reservation try to rearrage us to another property. By the time she had it all arranged, it was too late. The power had came on. I had asked her to have a supervisor to contact me, no one did. No one ever reach out to us see if everything was ok. Just poor customer service. On top of that we had found dirty diapers and felty floor underneath our bed. It was so discussing. Luckly we were leaving the next day. Also there was no elevator in our building only in the club house. We were on the thrird floor with all our stuff, that was hard. I wouldn't recommend or go back to this place."

The best thing about the condo is the location." - "Brian Head ski resort, as it's advertised, it is a "Ski Resort". Literally, you can just get to the ski lift by just walking from your room. We were there not during the ski season. We were there to go to Bryce Canyon and Zion national parks. These areas were accessible within less than 2 hours away. The good part was that we were also able to see places like Cedar Break National Monument which's about 5 minute away. So, for outdoor ppl and if you have your vehicle, this is an ideal place. Be prepare, it's abit colder as it's about 10,000ft elevation but the sceneries were nice!"

- "What an amazing Condo. This place set a high standard. I travel a lot and by far was impressed from the layout, modern feel and the clean and stocked kitchen. Garden level unit so you felt like you were in the Forrest when sitting on the back patio." - "Nice condo...looks newly updated. Was a little tricky to find because there's no signs telling where the front entrance is to this particular unit. Heaters in the living room and master bedroom were loud so you had to adjust the sound on the TV up and down when they kicked on. Heaters worked good and warmed up the rooms quickly. Window in the second bath is clear glass with no blinds or cover so anyone could stand outside this window and easily look in and I night you would not see them outside. I'd highly recommend the owner to fix this privacy issue. Laundry facility (coin operated) is very close to this unit so that's a plus. Key is on the side of the refrigerator in the condo. Parking spaces are a little shallow so if you drive a full length truck you may stick out a bit. Overall is was a nice place to stay, and the resort and general store are right across the street which was convenient. "

- "I understand there is no air conditioner we knew that prior. But a fan would have been nice to help circulate the air. It was very stuffy when we arrived and it was hard to sleep with no air circulation. Also the curtains were sheer. So not having curtains to keep sunlight out or having privacy to change clothes was frustrating. We chose this property over a hotel because we wanted to have balcony to sit outside and enjoy weather. So that was a bonus over staying the lodge. Not sure if we would stay there again. "
