- "The house was very clean and updated. The house had everything we needed and more for cooking. This place was our favorite rental and we have rented a lot of houses in the Woodlands. The location is great. We had a park that was close enough to walk to. We had an indoor playground. That was just three minutes away and so many restaurants nearby. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond any host. I asked him if I could buy a Christmas tree for the house during my stay and leave it there and he provided a Christmas tree and ornaments for us instead so we did not have to spend our own money on it. I needed some measuring spoons during my stay and he ordered it and had it delivered. The backyard was spacious and had games for the kids to play. If I could give 100 stars I would."

- "We arrived to this property late evening. AC was on in winter. 56 inside with no running water. Host did not respond until next morning and finally turned water on. We couldn't brush teeth, use toilet, wash hands, take shower... Home was organized but stains on carpet, cold air coming through back door, and fence in back yard had gaps that our small dog could get through. The owner NEVER wanted to supply his phone number so we could talk. I provided mine but he would never call me. He only responded through VRBO site and never in a timely manner. We left the property early due to multiple issues. I contacted VRBO directly and only then did the owner want to cooperate but still was hesitant to reimburse a portion of our payment for the house issues. I would never recommend this property or any places this owner might have available. Look elsewhere!"

The space
This suite just got built and opened for guests in 2025. It is on the first floor, has two rooms, a private bathroom, and fast internet.

One room has queen size bed and a Smart TV. The other room has a foldable Queen size sofa bed, a desk, a chair, and a Smart TV.

There is a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, tea and coffee pots, there is no stove to cook on - just yet. We provide coffee, team, sugar, and cream.

We provide towels, soaps and shampoos, hair dryer, iron with ironing board. There is a laundry room (shared) right next to the entrance for convenience.

The entrance is through the garage with two dedicated parking spots in the driveway.

The access to the unit is managed via a smart lock and can be checked-into 24 hours.

Owners reside on the property but do not interact with guests in person, unless there is a need. They have been super hosts for over a year and enjoy providing high quality accommodations while respecting guest's privacy.

There is no access to the backyard. Guests enjoy walking on community trails or at the nearby WG Jones State Forest Park full of beautiful pine trees, where excellent photographs can be taken during golden hour.

The house is quiet, spacious, and private. We welcome guests to stay and rest here.

Quiet hours are typically from 11pm-7am.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Pets are welcome and can enjoy the private backyard or the public dog park located near the house. Note that we have a gardener that takes care of our property twice a month. However, given the unpredictable weather in the area, we are not always able to maintain green grass in the backyard.

We love pets and they are welcome in our home. In order to ensure we keep our home clean, we require a pet fee for any additional cleaning needed after a stay. Note that if you bring more than 3 pets, we will request a separate payment from you to cover the additional $50 fee per pet.

There are darker towels as well to wipe their feet off from coming out from outside the house if needed. Please do not use the white towels as stains can be very difficult to get out. We love our fur babies too, but want the home to remain as nice as possible for everyone so please treat it as your own.

Home Dehumidifier

Our location in a humid north Huston area creates a lot of moisture in the air outside as well as inside the house. We have placed a dehumidifier in the kitchen that continuously runs on low. When the tank fills with water, the unit will shut off. When this occurs, if you’d like to keep it going, simply pull out the tank at the bottom and empty the water into the bathtub, then replace, power on and set to low. It is not a requirement of guests to keep the dehumidifier on. So, if engaging with the machine would affect your ability to have a 5 star stay, feel free to leave the dehumidifier off once the tank fills.
