The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (4 cars). GARAGE is not available. NO street parking. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

Since this property is a little far from central Houston, the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation) does not go all the way there. However, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

• Please note that though the listing shows 4 beds, there are only 2 actual beds. The other “beds” are a twin-size sofa bed and a high-quality queen-size air mattress.

• Even though we include a gas grill, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks.

• Even though we include a fire pit, we do NOT include firewood. Always put out the fire after using the fire pit and never leave fire burning unattended.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

The Guest Suite is attached to the one story house. House is used for professional practice office of 1 person.
The location is superb less than 2 mikes from Market street, the mall and less than 1 mile from grocery store and restaurants. One mile from the famous PGA Golf Country Club Tournament Course.
The place is quiet and surrounded by nature and trees. Guests may lounge in the garden.

- "This place wouldn’t be TOO bad if you were needing somewhere to stop for the night, but anything over that is too much. When we first arrived the host was unresponsive to our app messages or text messages for about an hour; she only answered once we called her cell number provided by VRBO support. The layout is strange. The bathroom is one of the office bathrooms (men’s/women’s) that has been poorly converted into a full bath. There is a small pedestal sink and nowhere to set your toiletries (although we were provided with used bar soap and mostly empty shampoo bottle) or hang towels/clothes. The bathroom is separated from the offices by a temporary divider panel that offer no privacy or real separation between the rental space and the offices that share the building. The patio has been converted into the living area and does not insulate well, so it was rather cold (stayed in February) and the bedrooms are on the same thermostat as the offices and require you to call the owner to get the temperature changed. The only parking for the office is in the back and so is the rental space. We had customers come and try to open our door while we were getting dressed because they thought our door was the main entrance since it’s adjacent to the parking. Overall the place wasn’t cleaned, but the biggest items involved were the used soap bars and leftover pizza in the small mini-fridge. The owner wouldn’t work with us and we tried to get out of rental, but we ended up having to pay for this place and go find somewhere else to stay for 5 days. One night here? Maybe. Five nights here? Not a chance."

This location is convenient to The Woodlands main attractions, IAH airport, Cynthia Woods pavilion and revelers attending the Texas Renaissance Festival. Inside the open gathering area it’s ideal for cooking and eating meals while streaming your favorite TV/music stations on the wall mounted smart TV. As in most people’s home the favorite gathering place is the kitchen. Here you will find multiple seating vignettes within close proximity to the kitchen. The kitchen has a K cup style coffee maker, electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and freezer. In addition there are metiously chosen kitchen utensils and appliances for your use. Right off the kitchen there is seating for two people at the counter. Also, there is seating for six at the dining table. For your confidence there is a full size washer/dryer with travel size detergent, bleach and dryer sheets. In the hallway there is a full bathroom with a low profile glass door standup shower with plush towels. All the bedrooms have premium mattress & hotel quality bed linens to sleep six people. The secondary bedroom has two identical full size beds. Within the primary queen size bedroom there is an en-suite full bathroom with a bathtub / shower combo with plush towels. Also, there is a wall mounted smart TV for you to stream your favorite TV / music station. From the primary bedroom our guest will have access to a outdoor patio with a seating area. Access to the property is simple and private. The parking area is located at the back of the property. From there, you can directly access the apartment through a private entrance, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful and uninterrupted stay.

There is sufficient private parking for Uhaul and all Guests.

Other things to note
The remaining of the building is other suites. We kindly ask that you not enter or interrupt others. Keep in mind that after 5pm, there is usually nobody else in the building.

Shampoo and conditioner are not provided in the listing, so we recommend bringing your own personal toiletries.

In case of lost keys, a $45 fee will be charged for re-keying the lock. Please make sure to keep the keys safe at all times.

It’s conveniently located to all the daily essentials in a beautiful, quiet, woody neighborhood. It’s 7 minutes to Waterway, Market street, Woodland Mall, HEB, Whole Foods, 24H fitness, trails; 10 minutes to Exxon Mobil office, HPE, LoneStar College, Howard Hughes, Huntsman, hospitals; 20 minutes to IAH; 30 minutes to downtown Houston and medical center. There’s a park and ride station (7 minutes away) where you can take express bus to downtown, medical center and museums districts. All our rooms are single occupancy including one parking spot and free Wi-Fi.

The main entrance is the front door, which faces the street. You'll enjoy contactless check-in via a smart lock code provided before arrival. The front door includes an additional glass door (storm door) for your convenience.
