The full kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and hot and cold water dispenser. The dining room is spacious and features a table with 4 chairs.
The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.

I noticed that when our camping neighbor didn't know how to get a fire started, he jumped right in and made sure they had a good fire going. Billy went fishing every day and most evenings. We didn't use them, but there were boats and kayaks available for use. We plan to go back in November." - "The owners were nice" - "We had a great stay!"

- "Nice and very clean home everything we needed is right there the dock worked out great for our jet skis, the welcome basket with all the goodie’s was great. Will definitely be renting again in the future Thanks James" - "This house was absolutely perfect for us. We are a family of four with two teenagers. We're originally from Northwest Ohio with family now scattered from Toledo to Napoleon. This location was perfect for visiting family and just relaxing. I had forgotten how lovely the river is and how pretty the surrounding little towns are. With 24 going all the way through now, the location is great. The house is very clean, extremely well equipped, and the welcome basket!!! They give you all the goodies for s'mores and wine too!! What a great surprise! If you're looking for a quiet getaway, some river fun, or just scenic views close to Toledo, this is it. I will stay here every time I visit family. Way better than a hotel! Hosts were also very responsive... Texted us after a thunderstorm with a power outage to tell us when the power would be back on and asking if we needed flashlights or candles. We were super impressed with all the extras like the coffee pods, extra blankets and pillows, and the welcome basket. They also have lots of seating outside and inside. Loved the chairs outside too. These hosts thought of everything and we can't wait until our next visit!"

Whether you are traveling for work, visiting friends and family, have a wedding in the area or just need to get away, you will love the warm, friendly environment of this location. The kitchen is stocked but simple with complementary coffee, tea, popcorn and water. It's located a short 8 minute walk to downtown and the Armory, or a short drive to Shady Brook Acres, making this spot ideal for attending local weddings. Wi-fi and Netflix.. Washer and dryer available for weekly rentals.
- "My husband and I wanted a quiet weekend away for his birthday, so we selected this location due to its proximity to Sauder Village. It's a welcoming older home with huge comfortable beds. The neighborhood is much quieter than we expected, even though you are just a short drive to shopping or dining. I would only advise to verify things in the listing. It said there was a hair dryer (there wasn't) and a washer (we didn't see one). Stephanie was easy to work with and more than happy to answer our questions. We had a very nice stay!"

This very small 400 square-foot rustic log cabin is ideally suited for 2 people as a "couple's get-away." There is a private bedroom with a double bed. There is also a futon sofa bed in the living room area that sleeps 2 adults comfortably. (The loft will sleep 2 children as well.) The kitchenette features a hot and cold running sink, a 2-top burner stove, and a small refrigerator with an even smaller freezer. There is also a microwave oven. A 2-top slab of wood serves as a dining room table along with 2 wooden swivel chairs. The bathroom features a wooden bathtub that you sit in to bathe using a hand-held showerhead. The toilet is a turn-of-the-century brass hand-pump "ship head" mounted on a tree trunk. The wash basin is also made out of an old log we found in the woods. The front porch, which is a mere 20 feet from the water's edge, has a log sofa, a 2-top table with chairs, and a 2-person hot tub. It overlooks your own small private island as well as several other islands that you can navigate using our complimentary kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, and electric fishing boats. We also have complimentary bicycles of every size to use while you're on the 10-mile-long wooded hiking and biking trail that abuts our property and winds along the river. Hope this brief description helps you make your decision to join us! Parker & Cathy
- "What a fun and eclectic little cabin on the river! We stayed just one night when we were in town to visit BGSU and were absolutely delighted by this cabin and our host, Parker. Its proximity to the river and the towpath as well as being close enough to town to run out and grab takeout made it the perfect location. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks for the great stay!" - "This cabin was just up our alley, right next to the Maumee River. Quite, peaceful, and rustic. The bathtub looks like they took a log and made a tub out of it. The toilet is one of a kind, it sits on a stump of wood and you hand pump it to flush. They have kayaks, canoes, and electric boats that come with renting the property. If you are a person that loves the outdoors this is the place to stay."
