- "This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. Everything was prone to disconnect from walls such as everything in bathroom. In addition to paying for the stay they tried to charge me $59/per person per night. Everything was communicated but ignored. I even took pics and videos. In return I was giving a late check out with no charge so far who knows."

- "I was looking for a 4 month long stay, but decided to leave shortly after a month. I recommend staying short term as a vacation rental only. Host is kind and welcoming, but I recommend asking her for every single one of her rules, as well as stipulations on guests before you decide to stay, they are not all listed on the booking and it may sway your decision. The owner lives above and has access to the rental, so if that makes you uncomfortable I'd have a conversation with her about it. Very quiet and safe community. Renovated, beautiful well lit home. Business community located in the heart of Westchester Square, near mass public transportation, restaurants/bars, shopping center/stores, supermarkets, major pharmacies, hospitals, banks, gym, near and easy access to major highways. This a peaceful and centrally-located place. Perfect for traveling nurses and medical students working at the Albert Einstein Medical Center (Montefiore Hospital).

This is a studio apartment in a private house with independent entrance where all public transportation is within walking distance, as well as eatery, mini markets, pharmacies hospitals and malls. Pelham Gardens is a great neighborhood of predominantly private houses and there is always parking available, including our driveway. Besides being a very clean and private place to rest, it's location make it the perfect place for a stay in NYC.

Come to NYC and stay at our HUGE apartment. As soon as you step foot into our place you will feel right at home and will be given the VIP, Royal treatment that many have come to expect from this Airbnb Landmark. You would think Mr.Clean himself lived here as we are very very clean and odor free. Your private room has a queen size Tempur-Pedic bed, Large screen TV, chrome-cast and wifi. Apartment is a large 2 bedroom apartment with a shared bath/kitchen. Also there's a workstation that serves as your office, with a basic desk, chair, whiteboard, printer, stapler, etc.. Your room has LOTS of storage space, dressers and hangers for your belongings. Also ironer and table. Washer and Dryer is in the basement (out of order at this moment). We are a self-service, but will accommodate your rest and providing disinfected environment.

There is no curfew here and guests are welcomed to come and go as you please. Though we prefer that guests do spend the majority of their day out enjoying beautiful city rather than staying in the room most of the time.

I have a room in a two bedroom apartment for rent , It is located in Southeast Bronx, Neighborhood: Soundview Bruckner. Two blocks from Morrison/Soundview Avenue local 6 train stop, bx4 and bx27 bus. Quarter block from Bx11 bus stop.
Ferry from Soundview to Manhattan 15-20 minutes on the bx27 bus, ten minutes ride to The Bronx Zoo, Twenty minutes to Botanical Gardens. Five minutes to Parkchester Neighborhood, It's an a quiet block.

I love a clean, bug, and odor free environment, so my apartment is very clean, and cozy. Absolutely no smoking.
