You'll find the second bedroom, with beds for 4, on the 3rd floor. This room is similar to a loft, with no door. It features a queen sized bed and 2 twins.

The sofa has queen sized inflatable pull out bed.

The second full bathroom is on the main floor.

During your stay you will have sole access to the mother-in-law suite (located on the lower level) of our Cedar Home. There is a solid core (locked) door that separates our unit from yours, providing you with complete privacy.

This lake house is located in a rural area and a vehicle will be necessary to access any local amenities.
There is designated parking reserved for our guests. It is conveniently located right out front. There will never be any parking issues here:)

Fishing is open year-round and Rainbow Trout, Largemouth Bass, Crappie, and Yellow Perch can all be found in Tanwax Lake. If you get lucky, grill up some freshly caught fish on the gas BBQ grill (we provide the propane). This can be found on the large covered deck that you have exclusive use of during your stay. A cozy bistro table is available for a quiet romantic evening for couples, or a family with kiddos may find the larger picnic table more their style:)

Need to get out of the sun but not ready for relaxing inside the air-conditioned house? We have a large sun umbrella (and multiple deck chairs) that will provide a welcome shade for reading, relaxing, and visiting with your loved ones.

Lakeside Living Suite comfortably fits couples, families, and getaways with a small group of friends. If you are looking to accommodate a slightly larger group, please contact us to see if we can provide a comfortable sleeping arrangement.

It was so convenient to have all the options of watercraft right there- kayaks, fishing boat and even a stand up paddle board. They used them all! Also had fun fishing right off the dock. Inside, the unit has everything you might need including a HUGE tv with surround sound speakers - the kids thought that was pretty awesome. This home will provide you the ultimate lakefront experience. Stay and play! Our fully appointed home has something for everyone. You can swim, fish, kayak, paddle board, lounge in the sun/ or shade, or just sit and sip while you take in the sights and sounds.
Our home is also a perfect jumping off spot to explore Mt. Rainier, NW Trek Wildlife Park, Mt. Rainier Rail Road, and So much more.
Our amenities include a recently upgraded kitchen with a full sized stainless refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, full sized under the counter ice machine, new dish set, pots and pans, etc. The home features a washer/dryer, HVAC/AC, gas fp, WIFI, and a large screen TV w/ Dish top 250 channels, included 100's of movie and music choices. The home has a waterfront deck with a BBQ and outdoor seating. The property sports an oversized large dock with seating and lounging options. We offer Kayaks, and 2 paddle boards & peddle boat, row boat, and floaties for our guests amusement. We have a large selection of personal flotation devices provided that need to be worn or on the water vessels provided per Washington State boaters regulations.
The sleeping arrangements are a one bedroom with a curtain room-divider separating the room into two. One side has a queen sized bed and the other has a full sized. There is a couch in the living room that folds out into a queen sized bed.
The bathroom is appointed with a 30x30 shower with toiletries. There is also a stack-able full sized washer and dryer for keeping up on the wet clothes.
If you are bored here you are trying to be. Ask the hosts to tell you about some of their favorite things to do or see in the area. The list is long and full of life adventures.
If your looking for a quiet stay doing nothing we can provide that too. Cuddle up on the couch and read a book, knit, play games. The indoors can be cozy, romantic or whatever you want it to be.

- "Even though we live only an hour away from the “home on the lake,” our five days there felt a world away. Because we know all the major attractions, we spent our time exploring the little towns in the area, fishing and relaxing with a book or just enjoying the water and the sun. Gail and Dave are excellent VRBO hosts, there when you need something but otherwise very skilled at protecting your privacy. The evening excursion on Ohop Lake aboard their pontoon boat provided good company and interesting information about the lake and its formation.The house was perfect for us. It was clean, nicely appointed and had everything we needed, even an additional stand-alone ice maker! The various heating and cooling options kept us comfortable day and night. Although we chose not to participate, lots of water “toys” were readily available. Sitting on the deck or dock were favorite pastimes as we observed the ducks, geese, eagles, kingfishers and various other birds, watched the mist rising off the lake in the early morning or just enjoyed the clear, clean air at the lake. We are thrilled to have found this little spot and have put it on our list of favorite places in the area."

25 miles from Pacific Lutheran University in Eatonville, Geodesic Dome House with Scenic Views and Hot Tub provides accommodations with access to a hot tub. It may look like a regular mobile home, but when you step inside, it feels more like a tiny cabin. Hunting and wildlife decorations are throughout the whole building.
The log furniture makes a perfect rustic getaway, and it helps one to disconnect. Its natural rugged look represents another time long ago when things were simpler...
It is only about 850 square feet, but it can easily accommodate up to 8 guests if you don't mind being close to each other.
Bedroom number one features a queen size bed, and an additional mattress can be pulled out from under the bed if needed.
Bedroom number 2 is very tiny and features a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a twin bed next to it. An additional twin-size bed and a long couch are added to the living room for extra guests. For your entertainment a Smart 55" TV with Netflix was recently added to the living room as well. The Wifi is not very fast, but we do have one.

The kitchen does NOT have a cooking stove, but we do provide 2 electric pans where you can cook just about anything. A slow cooker and an instant pot are provided as well. We do have a good size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, and a kettle for your coffee or tea. (provided).
You will also find cups, glasses, silverware, dishes, salad bowls, a cutting board, a knife, kitchen utensils, and a few other little things you may need for cooking like salt, pepper, & oil. The dining table sits 6 people and one more extra chair is added to the side.

The kitchen has a door that leads to the back of the mobile home where you will find a secluded firepit area with a BBQ , table, and chairs, surrounded by tiki torches, lights, and trees. Enjoy your dinner or a glass of wine while listening to the sound of coyotes who are often howling in the distance as soon as it gets dark.

Our doors are open day and night, so same-day arrival is not a problem at all.

It had a great cabin in the woods vibe with room for everyone (4 kids in our group) to spread out a bit and for the kids to run around. The kitchen was simple, but vacation meals should be simple as well! It was a relaxing stay that was nice and cozy on a chilly night. Not far from Mt. Ranier so we could get an early start. Brady and his wife were so kind and offered advice on the park and area. If we are ever in the area again, this is where we will definitely stay!"
