The guesthouse is 750 square feet with a living area, breakfast nook and full kitchen downstairs and a spacious bedroom, bathroom and laundry room upstairs.

You have your own private front yard, backyard, and single car driveway. We are here if you need anything, or want to meet our famous pet mini pig, who the guesthouse is named after. But we also offer complete privacy if desired.

Parking is tight if you have anything larger than a small to mid-size vehicle, and the bedroom is above a garage so when the garage users open and close the door you can hear it as well as feel it--not a huge issue, but something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper like me. Beyond those two things, it was a wonderful stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We loved being so centrally located. - "Cute and cozy place that is near downtown Folsom. The host had nice accommodations for making the place feel like home away from home." - "Enjoyed our stay in Folsom. No issues, definitely recommend." - "We loved the location of this little gem. It’s updated, clean and well stocked! The only issue is that being on two main streets it can get a little loud in the morning. Overall it’s priced right and an adorable little place!" - "We were vending at a show in the community center and the home was so close we were able to walk all four days of the show, despite the rain. House was super clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We used the crockpot (thank you!) to cook our dinner while we worked. The coffee pot is a k-cup (not listed) and the house is not the entire building (office on the other side - never saw or heard them) so listing unit B would have been helpful when we were checking in. We will definitely be coming back next year. House was a perfect set up for us."
