This two-bedroom two bath home feature's granite counter-tops and cherry maple cabinetry. Leather two seat sofa, bar stools and small table for Playing games . Fresh linens-Washer Dryer-Towels-Micro-Coffee Maker-Wi-Fi Starlink. This is an A-frame home with large windows and a nice deck . The house is shielded with trees and offers privacy from the lake . However, the dock and water is only about 20 feet away . The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the upstairs bedroom has a queen bed.

Guest Access:
Parking is provided in front of each of the triplex units. Only 1 vehicle is permitted in the front of the triplex unit. You are able to park a second vehicle behind it but not in front of another triplex unit.
Prior to check in please send the license plate numbers of the vehicle(s) that will be there during your stay.

For those guests that want to bring a boat to the lake please know there is $20 dollar per day boat launch and mooring charge. It is collected by cash, check, or payment app that starts with a V from the local resort host.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is part of the new Waitts Lake Resort. This unit will share all resort amenities at no additional cost. Quiet time for the resort is from 11pm to 8am so please be respectful to your neighbors.

Other Things to Note:
For those guests that want to bring a boat to the lake please know there is $20 dollar per day boat launch and mooring charge. It is collected by cash, check, or Venmo from the local resort host.
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Interaction with Guests:
We do not live onsite, however, the resort is managed by a camp host that can address any immediate issues or concerns. Any additional assistance can be obtained by reaching out via phone or text message.

Coin laundry in basement, $1.50/wash $1.00/dry. The check in process was easy, communication with owners and on site property manager was also easy. No wifi so come prepared for that. We brought our own lawn chairs as we inquired before hand and there are not any (we used for sitting on the dock and fishing and also the grassy area for shade.) The units are very clean and nice. We did not have plans for cooking while there so cannot comment on those amenities. The AC is great. The beds are very firm, so also be prepared for that. Would it keep us from coming back, absolutely not. Thanks for a great stay for my husband, myself and our 15 year old!"

This is a great home base for hunting, fishing, hiking, and more around Curlew and the Republic area.

The space
Just off the back parking lot, we have a mudroom entrance shaped like an igloo with space to take off your shoes and hang up your coats.

The hallway ends in an open-plan living room and kitchen area with luxury features such as 15-foot-high ceilings, a chandelier, and stone lights

The large fully equipped kitchen includes a waterfall island bar that serves as a dining room table with seating for 4 people, and a place to put drinks and food.

Nestled by the large windows with a view of the valley, the living room includes a large couch with an ottoman.

The Last Resort is a quaint and comfortable studio lodging directly next door to our Inn. It is outfitted with all of the basic comforts of home to make it an enjoyable place to reside for your trip to the area. The bed was very comfortable but up against the wall isn’t convenient if you need to get up in the middle of the night to pee. That’s a personal need, certainly not a criticism of the cabin.The community of Northport has very limited amenities. We were thankful we came prepared with everything we needed for a week. The convenience store was open 0700 to 2000 daily, gas pumps open 24/7, and a wonderful bakery (I don’t know the hours). Our activities kept us away outside of those hours. It’s important to understand what’s available and when, so you come prepared. There are no restaurants, no grocery store.THANK YOU for the YELLOWSTONE COFFEE!"

The resort is located in a secluded part of Stevens County, about 45 minutes from Colville, WA. Deep Lake is known for its calm waters, peaceful setting, and access to nature and wildlife viewing.

Getting Around

The nearest gas station and grocery store are about 25 minutes away in Northport, or if you're coming from the south the nearest town is Colville, WA, so we encourage guests to stock up before arriving.

There is plenty of on-site parking. Rideshare services are not available this far out, and there is no public transportation.

You will not have cell service until you reach the resort, where Wi-Fi is available.

Cozy apartment nestled in the hills of Kettle Falls with beautiful views of Lake Roosevelt, and where wildlife wander through regularly. - "We we're pleasantly surprised with this beautiful huge house. It has a very large yard. It's green with awesome landscaping, the rooms are very pretty. "

This is a very simple one-room cabin on 13+ acres with 360 degree views for miles. It is ideal for a couple or small family of 4. The cabin sits on a knoll about 1/4 mile as the crow flies above the charming little town of Republic. You can see the whole town from here, as well as the mountains beyond in all directions. The cabin has been updated with new flooring and kitchen cabinets. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals, and there is also a dual propane/charcoal grill.

NOTE as of October 10th, the outside flush toilet has been winterized. The toilet option for winter is an outhouse.

There is one queen Murphy bed and one full-size futon for sleeping, so max 4 people inside the cabin.

There is public land and timberland adjacent to the cabin, so you can hike, or snowshoe for miles outside the cabin door.

If you have ever rented a forest service cabin, this is similar, although it also has electricity and a full kitchen setup. If you are looking to get away from it all and spend time on the porch taking in the view and the stars, this is the spot. Yet you can also make a quick run into town for whatever you need (restaurants, grocery store, and brewery).

Our cabin in conveniently located in downtown Colville to benefit from the great local restaurants and bars. We are also only 10 minutes away from Roosevelt Lake, Columbia River and the stunning Douglas Falls.

Wild Rose is nestled in a beautiful tree-laden valley above the great Columbia River. The cabin is designed for cozy getaways or hunting trips. Come stay with us in a very rustic setting! This cabin has national forest access within less than half a mile, which makes it ideal for hunting and fishing trips or a family get away. If you would like linens please let me know and I will set them out for you.

The space
We are a Horse Farm at 3400 feet. Come visit the mountains with the whole family or retreat by yourself. Quiet and serene mountainous retreat in the heart of woodland territory with ample opportunities to see wildlife, including white tail and mule deer, black bear, foxes, forest song and migratory birds of all kinds, including some endangered species. We also have species like mink, ermine and badgers, and if you get really lucky, maybe even some moose, elk or wolves.

Guest access
There is a one mile dirt road loop that surrounds the property which is accessible by both foot and vehicle traffic. This parking for this listing is directly in front of the unit or the general campground parking across from the unit. There is a sign that is posted designating the campground parking area. If you have any questions about where to park, please contact staff.

Other things to note
Linens can be provided, but you will need to let me know how many sets you would like. I leave it up to the guests to make their own beds. Bathrooms and Laundry are in a separte nearby structure.

THE ROAD: Our rustic mountain retreat is on a rural county road. Many of the county roads in our area (like ours) are dirt roads. Our farm can usually be reached in two wheel drive and mostly two wheel drive even during the winter. In the really dry parts of the year the county is unable to grade the road and it can get rough. Also, when we get a fair amount of rain, water run off can create dips in the road until the county has a chance to grade the road again.

CELL SERVICE: Sometimes folks get very connected to their devices. At the farm we have cell service, but not on the 6 miles of road up to the farm. Wi-Fi is NOT guaranteed in this space.

Welcome to Sow and Love Farm, a 20 acre start-up working farm, nestled in the tranquil Colville National Forest, just a 15 minute drive from Republic town center.

As our guests, you will enjoy the whole main cabin to yourself. It is a quaint, hexagonal home featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath (plumbed with hot water), a combined living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy wood burning stove.

Each bedroom is outfitted with a queen size Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress to comfortably sleep 2-3 people. The living room has a full size futon sofa bed that can sleep 1-2 people.

The kitchen features a propane stove/oven, full size fridge, sink with hot water and everything you need to cook delicious meals for your group. The living/dining area has a large dining table with 2 leaves and can seat 6-8 comfortably, so bring the whole family or a group of friends to unplug and enjoy some time away!

The property offers ample opportunities to rest and relax while enjoying the peaceful surroundings, flora and fauna, fresh air and sounds of nature. At night, you can make a fire in the outdoor fire pit and enjoy star gazing with no light pollution from any nearby cities.

Off the property there is lots of recreational opportunities, including visiting the fossil center in town, several nearby swimming holes (Curlew Lake is a favorite), antique shopping, and endless hiking opportunities in the surrounding forests. We're also just 40 minutes from the border, if you want to explore Canada!

Since this is a start-up working farm, we are usually busy with chores and work around the property. You will have access to the main cabin and many outdoor spaces, but all other structures (workshop/animal enclosures/storage sheds etc) are off-limits to guests.

Please note that this is a start-up working farm with free ranging animals and garden areas, so we are unable to host guests with dogs or other pets at this time.

Please DO NOT feed any animals (farm animals or wild animals) on the property. Be ware that there are wild animals, incl bears, that sometimes come close to the cabins, so secure your food inside the home or in your vehicle.

Since our rural location does not have municipal trash pick-up, we ask that you pack out your trash (or we can take it to the dump for a fee of $5 per bag). Garbage bags are provided.

The main cabin is connected to a septic tank, so only flush TP down the toilet (NO wipes, tampons, pads, diapers, paper towels etc). At the sinks/bath tub you may use dish soap, hand soap, tooth paste, shampoo/conditioner, body wash.

Speaking of the septic tank, please only park your vehicle by the "guest parking " sign to avoid damage to the septic tank and drainage system.

No cigarette smoking on the premises, incl outside, but we are 420 friendly!

There are extra blankets in the wood chest in the living room. Your first bundle of fire wood is complementary, additional bundles for a fee of $8 per bundle.

Please conserve energy by turning lights/fans off when not in the cabin.

Wilderness West is a choose-your-own-adventure style retreat. There’s no front desk, concierge, or daily housekeeping—it’s a self-serve experience designed for nature lovers who appreciate simplicity, quiet, and a bit of independence. That said, we’re always just a message away if you need anything.

Bring your boat to get the full lake-life experience!
Boat trailer parking is available, and guests can leave their boat on the dock on a first-come first serve basis. (Additional lake necessities like beach towels, buoys, ropes, and life-jackets are not provided).

The cabins are stocked with all the essentials, including a kitchenette, bathroom and shower supplies, fresh linens, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, a drip coffee maker, and portable fans.

Guests also have access to the Lodge, which serves as the heart of the resort.

This historic guest house for the Thomas Mansion sits directly next to the big house. It is private and newly restored. It is a compact one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen, living room and eating area. The hot tub is shared with main house and just a few steps outside the kitchen door. You will enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting in a cozy guest cottage. We accept short term to long term stays.

This guest house sits on the same property as the Historic Thomas Mansion. It is a one bedroom, one bathroom small home. It has a full kitchen. The bedroom has a full size bed with bath off the bedroom. There is an EV charger for an electric vehicle. You share the hot tub with the main house. Please be respectful.

The cottage can be best accessed from the alley that runs north to south between Elm and Maple Streets and 6th and 7th Avenues. The alley is accessed off either 6th or 7th, but parking is easier to access coming from the north, or off 7th Avenue. Parking is immediately south of the cottage, right by the kitchen door. The lock box can be found on the cottage door.

Beautiful, two-story home with lots of windows on 21 natural landscaped acres at the base of Colville Mountain. This home is unique and charming with lots of room, a spacious deck, patio, BBQ, firepit, fireplaces, pool /ping pong table, TV, eliptical, games, and a three car garage. Colville National Forest, multi-use trails, several rivers and lakes are all within a short drive. Enjoy winter and summer activities. Canada is about a hour drive; Idaho about a two hour drive.

The space
There are three exits in the downstairs area and four exits upstairs. There is a piano in the living room and a patio door from the living room to the deck. There is a patio door in the master bedroom to the deck and a patio door to the patio from the kitchen nook area. There are cleaning supplies upstairs, as well as downstairs. There are enough supplies for a short term stay, but long term guests will have to replenish supplies, as needed.

The kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom face south. The other two upstairs bedrooms have north facing windows. The breakfast nook has a view to the east and to the south. Downstairs all your views are to the south. The house sits on 21 acres with access to the mountain. Please keep in mind there is wildlife on the property and depending on the time of year they can be very protective over their young.

The two fireplaces are capped and are not to be used due to insurance. There is a propane fire pit as well as a BBQ in the garage.

We do have a highchair and a pack n play available. There is a washing machine and dryer for your use along with an ironing board/iron. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are in the cupboards above. The house is on city water and there is a filtered water faucet located on the kitchen sink. The house has a septic tank. There are fire extinguishers in the TV room, laundry room closet, kitchen closet, and the garage.

There are two rooms without access; the mechanical room and a storage room. The rest of the home is open for you to use and relax.

Other things to note
Garbage will be picked up Tuesday or Wednesday mornings by one of us. Due to wildlife possibly visiting, please keep all household garbage bagged and in a trash can which are now kept in the garage due to bears. Cardboard can be placed beside the containers.

There is a snow shovel and ice melt in the garage. The driveway will be plowed, when necessary. During the summer we will have someone come by to water and weed the flowers and mow the lawn.

For our long term guests, weekly cleaning is available at an additional charge. We will provide you with names and numbers; you can schedule what is convenient for you.

No pets are allowed due to damage incurred.

This cozy 1 bedroom loft is located above Republic’s premier restaurant - 18 North Kitchen & Bar. Enjoy $20 credit at the restaurant for each night booked to be used Wednesday noon through Sunday 3pm during your stay.
With accommodations for up to 4 adults, the loft features vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen, 65” smart tv, a comfie sleeper couch, and a full size bed.

The space
Loft is located above a restaurant, on the main road through town. It is well insulated from the sounds below, however the main road can be noisy, especially when the snow plows operate.
Please note there is an extended set of stairs to get to the entrance. There is no elevator or other way to avoid the stairs.
Loft features vinyl plank flooring throughout, and a step in shower in the bathroom.
A portable air conditioner is available during the summer on request.

There is a laundry facility at the end of the hallway. Though there is no charge to use the washer and dryer, please limit your laundry to no more than one load/week, during your stay as the facilities are shared with the other tenants. If you need to do large amounts of laundry, there are 2 laundromats in town, one just north of the rear parking lot.
Please make sure the street-level door remains closed and locked at all times.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The sweet shabby shack is in a very central location to downtown Colville in easy walking distance to Safeway and Starbucks, downtown shops and restaurants. Have fun with the whole family at this stylishly decorated little house located near the Stevens County Fairgrounds It is also centrally located to downtown Colville,in walking distance from many shops and restaurants. Although there is not much of a yard as it is located in the alley there is plenty of parking , 2 full bathrooms and an on site laundry. It is just a one bedroom but it has a nice queen sized bed as well as a comfy queen pull out in the living room.

The space
This 40 acre retreat is on a dirt road, 15 minutes away from very basic amenities, surrounded by wildlife with no wifi and no Air Conditioning.

Your reward for "roughing-it" is a modern kitchen, an outdoor grill, a fire table, a hammock, a wall of books to devour, lots of games and puzzles and a TV/DVD/VCR.

Caution: this is the wilderness, there are hazards. Police/Ambulance/Fire Response are not quick. Always check for ticks on you and your dog after walks, and German yellowjackets are a menace. If you are allergic to bee stings, this is your warning to come prepared.

The main living area of the home is yours to enjoy. The unfinished basement is locked and not accessible to guests.

Although children are welcome, this cabin is NOT childproofed.

The space
Wilderness West is a choose-your-own-adventure style retreat. There’s no front desk, concierge, or daily housekeeping—it’s a self-serve experience designed for nature lovers who appreciate simplicity, quiet, and a bit of independence. That said, we’re always just a message away if you need anything.

Bring your boat to get the full lake-life experience!
Boat trailer parking is available, and guests can leave their boat on the dock on a first-come first serve basis. (Additional lake necessities like beach towels, buoys, ropes, and life-jackets are not provided).

The cabins are stocked with all the essentials, including a kitchenette, bathroom and shower supplies, fresh linens, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, a drip coffee maker, and portable fans.

Guests also have access to the Lodge, which serves as the heart of the resort.

The space
This cabin overlooks our small hobby farm and easily takes in the sights and sounds it creates.
This cabin has small 5 gallon hot water tank... only about 3-5 minutes of constant hot water when showering... so, get wet, then soap up... then rinse. Also... with multiple guests, you will need to space showers 20 minutes.
We are about 35 minutes from 49° North Mountain Resort and 30 minutes from Lake Roosevelt. We are 15 minutes from Chewelah, 30 minutes from Colville and 1 hour from the north side of Spokane and 90 minutes to Spokane International Airport. We do not charge a cleaning fee, just ask our guests to be respectful & conscientious.

Guest access
We live in a wooded area with a mountain behind us. Guests often enjoy hiking.

For those who are interested in the animals we are fine with visits to our hobby farm. Our goats are very friendly and enjoy the attention.

No smoking inside the cabin. Also, please properly dispose of any cigarette butts due to fire hazard, especially during the summers very dry conditions.

The Last Resort is a quaint and comfortable studio lodging directly next door to our Inn. It is outfitted with all of the basic comforts of home to make it an enjoyable place to reside for your trip to the area. Since it is a studio style living space, the beds and the kitchen/dining area all occupy the same general area. The bathroom is separate and private. All basic cookware and utensils are provided along with a coffee maker *Note: we do not provide the coffee. Locally roasted coffee in town

The space
Parking is located directly in front of the Last Resort front entrance. Guests are very welcome to explore the grounds and use the fire pit, the hammocks, fish off the bank of the river, explore the garden/orchard etc. All of these things are seasonal by nature and change in availability depending on the time of year. We also have a horseshoe pit to use. Should you be here during hunting season, we have space provided to hang your deer/elk. We try to make our place as comfortable as we can within reason and we welcome any feedback from our guests.


*Although 1-2 well behaved and house trained dogs are permissible in The Last Resort; animals can NEVER be left unattended for any reason inside the lodging.
*Dogs/animals CANNOT be on the furniture AT ALL inside The Last Resort Studio.

We look forward to meeting you and showing you all around our beautiful property.

WE ARE ON A SEPTIC SYSTEM: Do not flush anything down the toilet except for toilet paper and human waste. DO NOT flush feminine products, napkins, paper towels, garbage of any kind etc.
