We use the August Home application, which means there are no keys to lose! Simply, download the august home app and your key will be visible once your booking begins. When you arrive you may park in the large driveway.

Great neighborhood. Very safe and convenient even though it is just outside the city and in a bit more of a rural setting, there are grocery stores, shopping, and dining less than 15 minutes away.

Having your own transportation is highly recommended. Uber and lyft may come, but expect delays.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home

Come and go as you please with a code entry front door that leads right down to your private lower level. Calm and Cozy: Relax in this peaceful sanctuary, designed with your comfort in mind. Enjoy a jacuzzi bath then relax on the memory foam mattress in a quiet atmosphere that invites restful sleep. We're happy to give you space and are available most times if you need anything during your stay. We do have 1 friendly dog that will remain on the upper level during the entirety of your stay.

The space
The entire lower level is your private space except for the laundry room. You have 2 private bedrooms, 1 private jacuzzi suite bathroom with double sinks, I private dining area, 1 private kitchenette area, 1 private living room with recliner furniture to relax on. It's a beautiful remodeled area that you will be sure to enjoy.

Guest access
The entire newly remodeled lower level of the house is yours. There's 2 Bedrooms, Jacuzzi Master Bathroom with double sinks, laundry room, dining room, and living room with comfortable reclining furniture.
