This apartment has plenty of room to relax with a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and spacious living area. This old firehouse was built in 1897 and was an active fire station until it closed in 1979!

Up and coming neighborhood in an older part of Middletown. There is a playground next door and lot of other parks nearby. It is also close to downtown Middletown which has lots of restaurants and shops.

You'll need your car to get around town. Uber and Lyft are also available.

We have security cameras located in the front and the back of the building facing the doors. This location is near an active train track, so if you have sensitivity to noise, this unit would not be for you.

- "Area is not quiet. There is a bar that plays music early am. Didnt bother us. The neighbors across way had police out to there home for domestic violence. Which was questionable. But home is very secure and neighbors to right and left were quiet. Home was fully stocked. Would rent again!" - "The property was very spacious and clean. Plenty of linens and pillows. This home has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a large flat-screen TV, a closet, and dressers if you wish to unpack. Our guests love how cozy our mattresses are in the bedrooms. This home has two queen-sized bedrooms.

The place was very clean, all new appliances, comfortable beds, and a very helpful and responsive host.The neighborhood in the immediate vicinity leaves a little to be desired, but it is a short walk to the downtown area, and an easy drive to the "newer" parts of Middletown. Nice 20-25 minute drive to Spooky Nook. Triple Moon Coffee, The Cracked Pot, and Bourbon's Craft Kitchen were places we liked and all very close by. - "We needed a place to stay for Miami University graduation weekend that would comfortably accommodate 4 of us plus one set of grandparents (6 people total). This modern, comfortable and clean house was a great home base. Though we were away on campus most of the time, this was a really nice place to come "home" to after 2 long days, relax, play cards or watch a movie and get a quiet night of sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were appreciative of coffee pods and creamer waiting by the Keurig! The house has been completely renovated/upgraded to a fresh modern appeal, and we were so impressed with the carpentry skills here as every room featured pretty wall paneling or coffered ceiling details that added a lot of warmth and charm to the spaces. While the neighborhood isn't as modern as this adorable home, it was quiet and the view across the street to the river and parklands was pretty. If we had more time we would have taken advantage of the nearby walking/biking trail. Only a 35 minute scenic drive to Oxford or Dayton and maybe 15 to Hamilton, I would recommend this property to others. The host was very polite and responded to our questions quickly."

This home is perfect for a small family looking for a peaceful stay or a busy traveler wanting a private place to unwind. When you pull up to the cardinal cottage you will instantly know you are at the right house. It is painted a beautiful autumn red. The long driveway offers plenty of parking. Please note while this home is a ranch there are 3 steps to get into the house.

The master bedroom features a mattress firm King memory foam bed. We provided an extra blanket and firm and soft pillows.

We do provide the simple stuff as well like salt, pepper and vegetable oil.

Our favorite thing about this house is the outside. A front porch with bistro table, a large back deck with dining table, a yard with a fire pit, this is truly a place to sit and unwind.

To assist with setting expectations: This is a simple 1930's cottage. I have put my blood sweat and tears into thoughtfully restoring it to shine while maintaining affordability. However, it is still a home from 1930 not everything is brand new. Her quirks are what make her unique and give her the charm I love. She may not be super luxurious but feels warm, welcoming and homey with modern amenities. The neighborhood is good and the neighbors are nice but being close to town you may still hear the occasional car or children playing in the back yard. The cottage is great for people who want to be comfortable and feel safe without breaking the bank.

This cozy two bedroom apartment is part of a larger complex in Middletown, Ohio. Live like a local with plenty of room for four to sleep comfortably in our two bedroom and one bathroom unit. Close to I-75 and just an exit up from the Monroe Outlet Malls, there is plenty to do in this part of town!

Located on the bottom floor of an apartment complex, this two bedroom apartment is a perfect for a short-term or long -term stay. There are a few steps you will have to take to get to the unit, including one when walking in the front door.

When you open the front door you won't believe how cute this apartment looks! A comfortable living room area greets you right away with plenty of seating for everyone who is staying! You can choose to eat here or at the four-top bar table that is tucked away to the side.

The two queen bedrooms feature plenty of light, storage areas and Smart Roku TVs. They both share the same hallway bathroom that is a shower / tub combination.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook up your favorite meal, as well as a Keurig and plenty of coffee to get your morning started on the right foot.

Parking is located in an open lot that is shared with others in the complex. The door to the apartment complex is not locked, but your personal apartment has a smart lock and keypad to it.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You’ll experience a laid-back, small-town vibe while only being a short distance from Dayton (about 30 minutes north) and the northern suburbs of Cincinnati (about 30 minutes south.)

The space
The cottage has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll enter into the living room, which also doubles as the eating area. There’s a nice-sized TV, and the couch is also a sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a tub and shower, and includes basics like body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and soap - all vegan and cruelty-free. The kitchen has a gas oven and stove, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, and drip coffee maker, plus everything you’ll need if you feel like staying in and cooking. There’s also a washer-dryer combo. You can use the dryer function, or you can use the drying racks (they’re hanging on the kitchen walls.) One of the bedrooms has a dedicated office space with a large desk and big, comfortable office chair. There’s also a twin-sized bed. The larger bedroom features a double bed with a gel mattress. You’ll also find the vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and a mattress topper for the sleeper sofa inside that closet, as the sleeper sofa mattress is quite firm.

Feel free to use any part of the house and the yard. You’re also free to access the garage through the back door. This is accessed through the back yard. However, there is no garage door opener, and the opener to the main garage door doesn’t work properly. Feel free to park on the left side of the driveway or on the street free of charge.

Other things to note
Outdoor security cameras are in place for my safety and that of my guests. Please do not attempt to cover them up, move them, or disable them in any way. Any instance of doing so will be deemed an attempt to sneak in extra guests and/or unauthorized animals, and you’ll be charged an extra $85.

The home is not baby-proof. There are no outlet covers in place, nor are there any safety latches on the cabinet doors where the cleaners are stored. There are no cribs, high chairs, or other accommodations for infants or toddlers. As such, this rental is not suitable for infants or toddlers.

Come stay at our private, simple, fully equipped home centrally located between Cincinnati and Dayton. This home is perfect for a small family looking for a peaceful stay or a busy traveler wanting a private place to unwind. It includes 2 bedrooms (master with a king 2nd bedroom with a twin and trundle bed), living room (sofa bed), 1 bath, and 1 full-size kitchen. There is plenty to do within driving distance including bars and restaurants or relax at home and watch your shows on the Smart TV.

The space
When you pull up to the cardinal cottage you will instantly know you are at the right house. It is painted a beautiful autumn red. The long driveway offers plenty of parking. Please note while this home is a ranch there are 3 steps to get into the house.

The master bedroom features a mattress firm King memory foam bed. We provided an extra blanket and firm and soft pillows.
Luggage rack, hangers, and chest of drawers for your clothes.
This room is also equipped with a 47' smart tv for you to watch all of your streaming subscriptions.

The second bedroom also features a memory foam mattress on the twin bed. Below is a trundle bed that is already dressed with sheets additional pillows can be found in the linen closet. Feel free to use the additional blankets provided to stay warm.
Luggage rack, hangers and a chest of drawers also provided.
This room also features the work station. It can be pulled up to be used or compacted so it is out of the way.

The main living space is a living and dining area. It features a sofa (with sleeper bed) and an oversized chair. The area is comfy cozy for you to watch a movie on our 50" Roku TV.
The dining table is already set for 4 people, justing waiting for you to enjoy.

Stay warm with our super soft blankets and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the space you'll need and all the regular amenities featuring a drip coffee maker with all the extras you'll need for a cup of coffee or tea (although I would highly suggest giving the local coffee shops (cracked pot, java Jonnys, and triple moon) a try.

We do provide the simple stuff as well like salt, pepper and vegetable oil.

We offer high-speed wi-fi throughout the house.
In-unit washer/dryer with enough supplies for 3 loads.

Bathroom with tub/shower, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hairdryer and towels. Please note that I opted to keep the original door from 1930. It can stick slightly so I also attached a latch to ensure it stays shut when needed.

Our favorite thing about this house is the outside. A front porch with bistro table, a large back deck with dining table, a yard with a fire pit, this is truly a place to sit and unwind.

We've tried to think of everything you'll need to feel restful and at home during your stay.

To assist with setting expectations: This is a simple 1930's cottage. I have put my blood sweat and tears into thoughtfully restoring it to shine while maintaining affordability. However, it is still a home from 1930 not everything is brand new. Her quirks are what make her unique and give her the charm I love. She may not be super luxurious but feels warm, welcoming and homey with modern amenities. The neighborhood is good and the neighbors are nice but being close to town you may still hear the occasional car or children playing in the back yard. The cottage is great for people who want to be comfortable and feel safe without breaking the bank.

This former firehouse, located in Middletown, has been updated to reflect the funky modern era of 2022. This apartment has plenty of room to relax with a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and spacious living area. This old firehouse was built in 1897 and was an active fire station until it closed in 1979!

The space
Welcome to your home away from home in Middletown, Ohio! This apartment was a former firehouse and has been renovated to bring out a more modern feel.

This would be a great location for traveling nurses or working professionals. We can accommodate short-term or long-term stays. There is free in-unit laundry and lots of storage space. There are two apartments inside the firehouse building, but everything you will be accessing is private and quiet.

LIVINGROOM
The living room has tons of natural light that flows through the tall windows. Cozy up on the sofas or sitting chair and watch your favorite movie or show on your large, flat-screen Roku TV. There is a large bookshelf with many books and board games for you to utilize during your stay. In order to sleep 5 guests in this apartment, one person will be sleeping on the couch.

DINING ROOM
The living space is open-concept so there is no set dining room. However, there is a glass-top table with seating for four off to the side. You can use this table for meals, game nights, or extra workspace.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well-stocked and comes with everything you need to cook a basic meal for yourself or a large family. There is a Keurig coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods for you to choose from. Let the dishwasher do the cleanup after dinner is over.

BEDROOM ONE
This bedroom features a king-size bed. It has a large closet and dresser for you to use if you prefer to unpack during your stay. It has a large flat screen TV for you to watch as you are falling asleep.

BEDROOM TWO
This bedroom features a queen-size bed. It also has a large closet and dresser for you to use for storage purposes. It also has a large flat screen TV for your enjoyment.
