We had a snafu where the house was not cleaned when we showed up, but the property manager responded quickly and housekeeping services came and got the house in good shape. We appreciated the swift responses. The house is nicely maintained and the the town is lovely, but as an fyi, there are a couple abandoned buildings just another house down on the short block. This turned out not to be any sort of issue, but we were a bit nervous when we initially saw them. All the amenities worked beautifully-the wifi, tv, laundry, and most importantly in summer, air conditioner! I feel confident that if we had any other issues during our stay, the property manager would have addressed them right away, which is a great feeling."

Our space is a definitely a classic (built around 1872), but has been updated with all new appliances, fresh paint and love. Although we are not there full time, it is still our home many times throughout the year so it is full of character and personal touches.

It has three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed.
In addition to the bedrooms and other living spaces, there's also a comfy loft space upstairs, a wrap around porch and fenced in yard.

Summary:
Nice house in historic downtown Loveland. Just blocks from the bike trail, little Miami river, tons of shopping, restaurants, and activities. Three bedrooms with queen beds. The house has everything we want when we stay here. Big screen TV with Roku for access to Netflix and free channels. Kitchen stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Fireplace, A/C, fenced backyard and everything else we need in a nice place to stay away from home. Backyard fence lined with wire mesh preventing dog escapes.

Guest Access:
You have access to the whole house. I do have two sections of the basement locked off. One is all plumbing and the other is an attached shed. Can't see any use guests would have for these spaces.

The Neighborhood:
Neighborhood is amazing. That's the whole reason we started investing here. Very safe, close to the river and tons for restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
We can usually accommodate early check in or late check out on request. However we do request an additional charge of $20 for the time to coordinate and work to provide the necessary cleaning during a shorter time frame. The bike trail is a 78 mile loop starting in Springfield and ending in Hamilton County. It can be accessed in Downtown Loveland and it is great for walking or biking and runs right past the local restaurants and lovely downtown area. You can access the patio through the sliding door in the breakfast area. The patio has a seating set and dining set for 8. Outdoor string LED lighting on the patio & big backyard for kids to play! (*note: the backyard is not completely fenced off)

The second floor has 3 rooms & 1 full bathroom: 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 full beds, and 1 office with recliner, twin daybed with trundle, and changing table. Note that the office is open to the hallway with no door.

It's 10 min away from Kings Island amusement park, Great Wolf Lodge indoor water park, and Downtown Loveland trails. Downtown Loveland is a trailhead for the Little Miami Trail, with trails, bike & kayak rentals, and by the Little Miami River. There's also a Loveland Castle Museum with a real castle!

The neighborhood is super quiet & in the Loveland City Schools. The high school is about a few mins away. This is such a family friendly neighborhood! you will see moms walking with their stroller, couples walking their dogs, and families playing with kids outside.

For families looking for long term stays, this house is in Loveland school district.

Nice house in historic downtown Loveland. Just blocks from the bike trail, little Miami river, tons of shopping, restaurants, and activities. Three bedrooms with queen beds. The house has everything we want when we stay here. Big screen TV with Roku for access to Netflix and free channels. Kitchen stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Fireplace, A/C, fenced backyard and everything else we need in a nice place to stay away from home. Backyard fence lined with wire mesh preventing dog escapes.

Guest Access:
You have access to the whole house. I do have two sections of the basement locked off. One is all plumbing and the other is an attached shed. Can't see any use guests would have for these spaces.

The Neighborhood:
Neighborhood is amazing. That's the whole reason we started investing here. Very safe, close to the river and tons for restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
We can usually accommodate early check in or late check out on request. However we do request an additional charge of $20 for the time to coordinate and work to provide the necessary cleaning during a shorter time frame. House Layout:
First floor has an office, living room, dining room for 8, and kitchen and family room. Right off the family room is the four seasons room, a big deck to hang out, and stairs leading to the fenced backyard. The deck has patio furniture and a propane fire pit. The laundry room and half bath are also on the 1st floor.

Second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom is super big with a King sized bed and newly renovated master bathroom. All other bedrooms are Queen sized beds.
There is a crib upstairs as well but we only provide the mattress protector. Please bring your own sheets!

Amenities:
We use Pottery Barn & West Elm organic cotton duvet covers and 680 thread count cotton sheets. All beds are medium memory foam mattress for a comfortable night's sleep.

Loveland & Mason are super close to 71, restaurants, grocery shopping, including Target and Costco, and a lot of places to take kids. It's 10 min away from Kings Island amusement park, Great Wolf Lodge indoor water park, and Downtown Loveland trails. Downtown Loveland is a trailhead for the Little Miami Trail, with trails, bike & kayak rentals, and by the Little Miami River. There's also a Loveland Castle Museum with a real castle!

The neighborhood is super quiet & in the Loveland City Schools. The high school is about a few mins away. This is such a family friendly neighborhood! you will see moms walking with their stroller, couples walking their dogs, and families playing with kids outside.

No visitors or guests other than those on the reservation are allowed. If there are any violations of this, the reservation will be terminated with no refunds.

No shoes inside on the carpet. Any stains will incur $300 carpet cleaning fee.

You will be staying in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood. Note that it is common for neighbors to walk across the grass in the front yard and backyard.

You have a bunch of restaurants less than 4 miles away. Kirby's, Tano Bistro & Catering, Bucks Tavern, Piada Italian Street Food, BIBIBOP Asian Grill, Rusty Bucket and Red Robin are just some of them.

Same goes for bars and cafes. Cincinnati Growler Bar, Hooters and Fricker's at 2 miles, Starbucks, Dunkin’ and Morning Star less than 2 miles too.

If you like to cook, you will find a Kitchen with multiple amenities. Olive Oil, Mustard, Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Salt & Pepper, Coffee, Tea, Cream & Sugar are all provided. A Zero-Water Pitcher in the Fridge with ice-cold water.

You will find maximum comfort in the Queen Size Bed with a premium memory foam mattress and two My Pillows to deliver the best night's sleep. The other Queen size bed is located in the Living Room with an automated air mattress within the couch. Top quality linens throughout.

Guest access
The entire trailer is for your comfort and convenience. We provide the keys and you are free to come and go as you please. An exterior awning with comfortable camp chairs if you want to sit outside and watch the goats graze (and beg you for treats). There is also a fire pit for roasting marshmallows or simply revel in the crackling warmth of the fire. Wood is provided for your convenience.

Feel free to explore the barn, the historic graveyard, the woods and even down to the creek.

A great place to swim is Stonelick Lake State Park, which is just a couple of miles from the farm. There are maps in the welcome binder to local eateries, grocery stores, pizza, donuts, and gift shops.
