Relax in a spacious and comfortable lakefront home located in a quiet cove just seconds off the main lake in the northeast quadrant of stunning Lake Gaston with no bridges or tunnels to navigate.

This beautiful home offers three stories with outdoor sitting areas and spectacular views on each floor!
The top floor contains 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed, a sofa and a private balcony with a wonderful birds nest view. The other cozy bedroom has two roomy full over full bunk beds.
The main level offers one bedroom, which has a queen size bed and full bathroom that includes a spacious walk in shower and stacking washer & dryer/ laundry center. The main level also hosts the kitchen which has recently replaced cabinetry with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The open concept leads directly into the living area and the entire back of the house has a wall of glass for a breathtaking view that leads onto a large partially covered patio so you can enjoy the lake no matter where you are in the house or on the property.
The lake level, has a bedroom which is furnished with a queen sized bed, with an expansive full bathroom. In addition there is a kitchenette with a spacious lounge area containing a sofa bed, two recliners, a large selection of board games, books and an 8' slate pool table. There is a beautiful view of the lake from inside that leads to a large patio to enjoy outside. Just steps out onto the back patio, you will find a gathering bar to sit around with friends and family while enjoying a friendly game of cornhole on the permanent granite cornhole boards or relax in one of the 4 swings while enjoying the view of the lake or the warmth of the fire pit.

There are 6 Smart TV's, (one in each living area and one in each bedroom) all of which are also connected to Spectrum Cable with over 125 channels available. There is also convenient wireless high speed internet. There is also a DVD player available for the TV's in the main living areas.

Have fun on the lake and enjoy the sun with a large dock which has a perfect depth of appx 4 -7' to swim and float around in the lake and to navigate your boat. It is equipped with 2 ladders to access the lake and 2 boat slips (1 covered , 1 uncovered, no lifts). There is a convenient concrete boat ramp just two hundred feet away!

In addition to a paddle boat for the lake,2 kayaks and a paddle board, there is a pool table, board games and books in the main house, the garage has been converted into a large game room that hosts a ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table, weight bench, treadmill, Bowflex machine, stationary bicycle, croquet set, badminton, horse shoes and more. The possibilities for relaxation and fun are endless!

Not only can you enjoy the activities on the lake and in the home but you can enjoy an early morning walk around this quiet, lovely neighborhood.

The grocery store is only 3.5 miles away by land and there are two waterfront restaurants available by water just a short distance away.

The kitchen is equipped with an abundance of appliances and cooking supplies including plates, glasses, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, Keurig and drip coffee machines, toaster oven, blender and much more. There is a starter supply of paper towels and toilet tissue available and there are kitchen towels, pillows and blankets in each room. Linens and Bath Towels are included but please bring your own outdoor / lake towels. There is a laundry room on the main level for your personal laundry needs.

There is a large gravel driveway and parking area that provides close and easy access to the house.

It is located in a quiet family neighborhood that does not allow loud parties. If it is used for any purpose other than for family and immediate close friends, you and your guests will have to leave the property with no refund of money paid. Additional fees may be applied, including but not limited to an additional fee for each person and an additional cleaning fee.

Immaculate modern lake house on deep-water cove just minutes by boat to Jimmy’s Creek and Pea Hill Creek. Beautiful safe cove with main lake views can be seen from the living and dining areas, as well as enjoyed while relaxing on the screened porch. Enjoy night-time fun around the new fire-pit!

The main floor has an open concept with seating for 4 at the granite topped island as well as a separate dining, opening to the living area. Hardwood floors, stainless appliances and granite counters create this modern home away from home, filled with amenities. The main floor master bedroom has a king size bed and a walk in closet. The master bath has a whirlpool tub and separate shower.

Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms, one with bunk beds and a Full (New 2019) bed and the other with a queen size bed and a lake view. These rooms share a large full bath & tub/shower with plenty of storage.

The lower level has a private room with a queen size bed, a furnished game room and an additional full size futon. The lower level also has a full bath. The game room is equipped with a flat screen TV a game cube and ping pong table. There is a walk out to a covered patio for outdoor dining, just steps to the lake. The Weber gas is also available for your cookouts. The kids will be entertained with a ping pong table, TV and Wii. Like the kitchen, all baths are upgraded with granite counters and new cabinets creating a modern feel.

The large dock has 8 feet of water depth, and offers two areas for boat tie-up for your use. Water depth is 3 feet at the steps near the shore to 8 feet at the outer edge of the dock. The calm water cove allows for safe swimming, floating, kayaking and paddle-boarding for worry free water play.

The landscaped back yard is perfect for badminton or Frisbee. The Lantana bushes attract butterflies and hummingbirds in the summer and at night chase the fireflies in the yard with the little ones.

Just a few miles to the public boat launch, there is ample space for multiple vehicles and your boat trailer on our property. Washburn's Mariana is also nearby for your boating needs (and a great morning biscuit!)

Conveniently located, spacious lakefront home with level lot, mature trees and small private beach in popular Pea Hill Creek on the Northeast quadrant of Lake Gaston. This 2-level, pet friendly home is designed with families in mind and is the perfect location for annual family reunions or vacations! THE OUTSIDE DETAILS:
Let’s face it. You don’t come to Lake Gaston for the house… you come for the setting and all that the lake has to offer! Whether you want to relax or play, this property has everything you need! For those of you who want to relax, come enjoy the beautiful view of the lake from the Adirondack chairs on the dock, sway in the hammock under the trees, or swing in one of the double swings on the small, private beach.

The swimming area is protected from the hustle and bustle of the main lake and is the perfect place for swimming and boating. The water is shallow near the edge of the property for younger children to stand in and swim. The water level is 3-4 ft near the dock and gets deeper as you head toward the main lake. We have two paddle boards, six kayaks (five singles and one double) and a pedal boat for our guests to enjoy. We have multiple “old school” orange life jackets, but please bring your own if possible. There are lots of areas to safely explore by kayak or paddle board, including a little island called "Halley Rock." If you decide to rent a boat (or bring your own), we have a boat dock that you can dock up to. And for all of you who love to fish - Pea Hill Creek (and Lake Gaston in general) offers some of the best fishing in the state!

The yard is certainly worth mentioning as it truly feels like a special place. The large, mature trees provide ample shade and respite from the sun. We have an outdoor shower, picnic table, corn hole, a horseshoe pit, a fire pit and a big field for yard games! Feel free to bring your own games! We also have a large, gas grill outside for grilling.

This is truly one of the best coves on the lake! The main lake is just a few minutes away by boat. The Pea Hill Creek boat ramp is less than 2 miles away, as is the Lake Gaston Golf Course! One of the best things about Lake Gaston is that it’s in a beautiful, quiet, charming, rural area. There are no big box stores here! Our home is conveniently located with access to local restaurants, the Food Lion, an ice cream shop, mini golf, multiple marinas, boat rentals, bait shops, gas stations and more.

THE HOUSE DETAILS…
MAIN FLOOR: The main floor has an open floor plan and is a perfect space for entertaining large groups! There is a fully stocked kitchen and huge dining table that seats 10 comfortably. There are three additional seats at the counter. The kitchen is loaded with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, bakeware, serving trays, bowls, storage containers, strainers, pitchers, drinkware, etc. There are also tons of “extras,” including a microwave, crock pot, blender, toaster, Keurig, a drip coffee pot, tea kettle, mixer, meat slicer, etc. ***Wondering if a particular item is available in the kitchen? Please message me for clarification.

The spacious family room offers comfortable seating and a large 55” TV.. The family room and kitchen open out to the huge upper deck with lots of comfortable seating and great views of the lake and backyard! On this one deck alone, there are three seating areas: sink into the comfortable chairs in the covered deck area with ceiling fan, do some bird watching from the rocking chairs under the canopy of the trees, or enjoy a meal on the small outdoor table! We regularly see a pair of bald eagles and flying squirrels from the back deck; it's incredible! There is also a lower deck that offers another great area for enjoying the beautiful outdoors with additional comfortable patio seating, providing you with multiple areas to spend time with your family and friends.

Back to the main level… There are three bedrooms upstairs: one master bedroom with a king-sized bed and private bath, one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and one bedroom with two twins. There is a hall bathroom on this level with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have smart TV’s, alarm clocks, dressers and spacious closets.

LOWER LEVEL: The lower level is stocked with entertainment. There is an 8’ Olhausen pool table, a foosball table, tons of games and puzzles, a large TV for movies or watching the game, and multiple areas for relaxing. The lower level has two bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed and the other with two bunk beds (one double and three twins); there is also a pull out sofa in the main area. There is a full bath with a tub/shower combination. There is also a laundry room on this level with a full-sized washer and dryer for your use.

WHAT MAKES THIS PROPERTY UNIQUE? This house does not feel like a rental property… it feels like home. The furnishings are high quality, the beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked… All you have to do is walk in the door and you have all you need to be able to relax and enjoy your lakefront vacation. We treat our guests like friends and are always available if you have questions or concerns. We have confidence that you will love this home as much as we do! - "Our entire family had the best time at Holly and Chad's home! It was very clean, they provided everything we could possibly need or want! The kayaks, paddle boards, and pedal boats were a huge hit and got used every day. The kids were able to fish right off the dock while the littles played on the beach. The house sits on a small, private cove with water surrounding 2 sides. The cove opens up to the main lake with gorgeous, expansive views! Six flat screen smart tvs wth cable, as well as high speed internet and telephone service. *Conveniently located 5 minutes from Food Lion, Subway, ABC store, ACE hardware, Family Dollar, Putt-Putt, and several restaurants. Equipped with tons of board games, 3 new kayaks, new cornhole boards, new ping pong table, and a new paddle boat that seats 5. A renovation was completed in 2016 and the entire house, EVERYTHING, has been renovated and newly furnished and decorated! Everything in this home is brand new! The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with high ceilings, large closets, and plenty of space to store your things...no cramped quarters! You can spread out, unpack, and really enjoy your vacation! Thermostats on each level (3) so multiple guests can set preferred temperatures on the floor where they're sleeping.

THE DETAILS:

MAIN FLOOR: an open floor plan with a 59 inch' LCD TV, open family room, gas fireplace, beautiful fully stocked kitchen and a half bath. The master bedroom is on this floor, with king bed, flat screen smart tv with cable, and a large master bathroom with rain shower head and jacuzzi tub. The main deck area off the house is on this floor with a 480+ sq. ft. screened in porch. The porch has a table that seats 10, and a large sectional couch for relaxing and looking out at the lake. The laundry room is also on this level with new large capacity washer and dryer. * Note: Both a drip coffee maker and a KEURIG are in the main kitchen. The KEURIG has a carafe and uses either the one cup pods or the carafe pods.

UPSTAIRS: has 2 bedrooms and a large full bath with double sinks, tub, and shower. One bedroom has a king sized bed, desk and chair, as well as a private balcony with table and chairs, 2 new chaise lounges for sunning, and beautiful lake views. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and a full sized futon. Both bedrooms have new flat screen smart tvs with cable.

BASEMENT/LOWER LEVEL: has a pool table, large 59" flat screen TV, large leather couches, 2nd gas fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a full bath with double sinks. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the second has 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds total). A second kitchen is on this level with sink, stove, microwave, and full sized refrigerator. *A drip coffee maker is also on this level.

OUTSIDE: New extra large gas grill, huge lower patio that wraps around the house and has a long stretch that's perfect for cornhole (boards provided or bring your own). Ping pong table on the lower level patio.

The boat house has a covered area with a bar, two boat lifts and a slip to the side to tie up a 3rd boat. There are 3 kayaks and a peddle boat, all available for use. One boat lift and double jet ski lifts are also available for use. The main deck is spacious with plenty of room for fishing and relaxing in the sun. The swimming area is private and protected from the hustle and bustle of the main lake, but the cove opens up to the main lake with easy access and beautiful views. Water depth at the end of the dock is 5-6 feet and gently slopes out into the cove reaching depths of 14-15 feet, getting deeper as you head toward and into the main lake.

There are several marinas on the lake for gas, good food and boat rentals.

There is a free public boat ramp less than a mile from the house, it is called the Henrico Wildlife Access boat ramp.

Another public boat ramp, Pea Hill Creek Ramp, is 5.6 miles from the house on DELBRIDGE Rd. Mapqest can provide you with precise directions from your location or from the house.

*Bring your own....tupperware, ziplock bags, detergents, toiletries, and paper towels.

LINENS, TOWELS, & BEACH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. A fully stocked kitchen for cooking is also provided (dishes, cutlery, bowls, bakeware, blender, pots, pans, cups, crock-pot, mixer, drinkware, etc.) Wondering if a particular item is available in the kitchen for cooking?... please message me for clarification. :)

NOTE: A damage deposit of $500 is required. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable and done so automatically within (7) days after departure, provided the following provisions are met. *THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED!

A. No damage is done to the home or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear, and the home and all of its furnishings are kept in good order (to include the boathouse and its contents).
B. No charges are incurred due to missing items, pets, or collection of rent or services rendered during the stay.
C. All trash, debris, rubbish and discards are placed in outside trash can and left at street for pick up
D. All soiled/dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
E. Home is left locked on ALL levels.
F. All charges (if any) accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
G. No linens/towels are lost or damaged.
H. No Early check-in or late check-out (unless agreed upon and placed in the rental contract)
I. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner).

Large open floor plan best describes this beautiful waterfront home located on Pea Hill Creek. 5 bedrooms / 3 ½ baths. Sleeps 10 (beds for 10, futon, crib and bed mat available for kids). This 2 story home is non-smoking. We call our home – Camp Quinn!

Bedrooms include - 1st floor Master King, 2 Queen. 2nd floor King and King with futon (folds out to double) and crib. Each bed features a different type of mattress to accommodate sleeping preferences. Large master (located on the main floor) has a king bed with pillow top mattress. 2nd bedroom on main floor offers a queen bed also with a pillow top mattress. 3rd bedroom on main floor is a queen bed with an orthopedic mattress. Upstairs offers what we call a 2nd master featuring a king bed with memory foam mattress. This large 2nd master room includes a crib and futon. The 5th bedroom is a king with an orthopedic luxury firm mattress. This room overlooks the beautiful lake with some of the best views in the house!

Large master bath has a walk in shower and whirlpool bath. 2nd full bath is located between the two queen rooms downstairs. 3rd full bath is upstairs. Half-bath is located on the main floor just off the laundry room. Toilet paper is included so guests will not have to worry about this!

Linens and towels are included. Beds will be made when you arrive!

Recently remodeled large well-stocked cooks kitchen features double ovens and plenty of counter space. Dining area seats 6-8 with additional table leaves to fit 10-12 for family gatherings. There are 2 highchairs. There is a farmhouse style table on the screen porch that seats 8 (our favorite place to eat!) As we love to cook, this kitchen is very well stocked. We include a large selection of spices, salt & pepper, paper towels, and some food storage items (foil, plastic wrap, etc.). Guests just need to purchase coffee, food and drinks. For added convenience, there is a 2nd full size refrigerator located in the garage just outside the back door.

The screened in porch is the best part of this property with excellent water view. The extra-large porch features a farmhouse table that seats 8, sofa, love seat, and several comfortable chairs for relaxing with family and friends while enjoying the lake.

Gentle slopping lot to water’s edge and boathouse with boat and jet ski lifts. Guests are able to use the boat lift, and we have added a dock extension to accommodate pontoon boats. Enjoy food and drinks on the dock bar with seating for 4. Additional seating on the dock - wrought iron table (with umbrella) and 4 chairs, 2 wrought iron lounge chairs and 2 Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake

Located on quiet protected cove just a short boat’s ride from the main lake. Lake depth at the end of our dock is 4' with a ladder into the lake for swimming. We provide a selection of pool noodles to enjoy cooling off in the lake. As you move away from the dock, the water depth gets progressively deeper. A patio with fire pit is available for evening enjoyment and we keep a stock of firewood available for use. Deck includes a double gas grill with 2 grilling surfaces, 6-seat dining table with center fire pit table, outdoor counter seating with 4 stools.

We encourage families to “disconnect” from the normal electronic life while on vacation to Camp Quinn (although we do offer WiFi, Smart TV’s, and Cable), and connect with the simple face-to-face family time. We offer a variety of inside and outside family games. Outside games include giant Jenga, corn hole boards and other fun activities for the entire family.

We have converted the garage into a rec room. It has a ping pong table, large Smart TV, games for more family recreation.

We offer 2 single kayaks, 1 tandem kayak and a canoe for guest use. There is also 2 adult bikes (Schwin Cruiser) guest can use to bike around the paved, flat neighborhood roads.

Home is conveniently located on Pea Hill Creek (desirable cove off main lake). Closest public boat ramp is Pea Hill Boat Ramp (4.2 miles). Lake Gaston Golf Club (public) is 1.3 miles away. Also located nearby are Food Lion grocery store, Ace Hardware, and indoor/outdoor Flea Market featuring mini golf, Mad Freeze and a sea food market. Thursday night is BINGO night at the local fire hall. Restaurants are scattered around the area with some offering lake-front dining for all ages! Rosemont Winery is approx. 25 min from the house and offers wine tasting, tours, and picnicking. "The Lodge at Lake Gaston" is a beautiful log cabin style home with a million dollar view. 4 bedroom plus loft home, located on waterfront of main Lake Gaston near entrance to Pea Hill Creek. Lake Gaston is located right on the NC/VA state line and was recently declared the #1 lake getaway across the United States by BuzzFeed and its readers.

Large double boat house with spiral staircase leading to a sun deck (used to be a helipad!). Boat house is ready for fun with plenty of deck chairs, storage room (with bar window), sound system and water slide! Large waterfront area (bulkhead) with deep water (5-6 feet). The gently sloping yard has a large stone fire pit & pizza oven. We also have a Saber infrared gas grill and smoker (both attached to central house propane). Generac whole house generator provides peace of mind in case of power outages.

This home has an open floor plan; kitchen, living & dining room combination, fireplace & 2 master suites , plus half bath and laundry room on the main level. French doors from living room, & bedrooms open to large covered porch with gorgeous view of Lake Gaston & boat house. Open Loft area upstairs overlooks living area & has view of the lake, additional bedroom upstairs.

Head downstairs to enjoy the recreation area with full bar, granite countertops, old-fashioned arcade games, digital piano, Tornado foosball, ping pong and TV/surround sound set-up. Oversized bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (both twin over full) is perfect for lots of kids or a whole family.

My brother-in-law's pontoon boat is docked at our house and available to rent from him (rate is approximately $1000 per week, daily rates vary). If you are interested in the pontoon, I can put you directly in touch with him. There are also several marinas in the area that rent other types of boats and water skis.

We have a paddle boat and kayaks (1 tandem adult kayak and 2 youth/small adult kayaks) and a SUP (stand up paddleboard) that are available for renters to use (no additional charge).

The house is convenient to all boating and shopping needs. On the main lake, but also close to the more quiet coves of Pea Hill Creek. 5 minutes from Food Lion grocery store, Dollar General and Ace Hardware.

Lake Gaston is a clean water lake; you can eat what you catch or just throw them back.

As a guest, you can enjoy the use of two docks, 2 canoes, 2-paddle boats, and 5 kayaks, all located on the property. Paddle to nearby island for a picnic. Bring your own life jackets.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with electric appliances, plus a microwave, toaster oven, toaster, and coffee maker w/keuriq, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and 2 crockpots. You can enjoy meals at the kitchen bar, in the dining room (total seating 12-13) and/or on the screened porch which has an outdoor table & chair set. Don't forget the wrap around deck overlooking the lake!

Upper level has two bedrooms, two baths, great room, dining room, kitchen, and screened porch. The master suite overlooks the lake with access to deck, queen bed, 36' smart tv w/steaming, and full bath. The second bedroom with full bed is located off the kitchen area. Guests w/ physical limitations or needing assistance will be comfortable in guest bathroom w/ 2 seat 48' shower.

The great room is a spacious meeting place for all, with two sofas (one full sleeper sofa) 2 reclining chairs, a side chair, a game/puzzle table with 4 folding chairs and 50" TV and DVD. Lots of DVD movies provided.

Two bedrooms are located downstairs with walkout lake views; one bedroom with queen bed,a folding single bed in the closet, Smart Tv's and DVD, the second with pyramid bunk bed (twin on top and full on bottom), and double twin (makes a king-size bed) day bed with trundle. The bunk bed room is great for five to six kids, this room has a TV and DVD also.

The house is on the main lake and located on a cul-de-sac, in Henrico, NC on the NE Quad. It takes less than two hours from Virginia Beach, one and a half hours from Raleigh, NC, one hour and a half from Richmond and three-four hours from Maryland and Washington, DC. You can enjoy swimming, fishing, jet-skiing, sunbathing, and boating on the lake. Lake Gaston has 350-miles of shoreline. It is 34 miles in length and 1.3 miles across at its widest point. In addition to the main part of the Lake, there are many coves to sight see on.There are some areas of the lake that average about 52 feet deep with the middle of the coves averaging around 16 feet deep. There are currently no restrictions on power boats or jet skies on the Lake.

NOTE : Renters are required to bring linens and towels. Pets need to be Leashed when outside.

Check in time is after 3pm with check out time by 10am for summer rentals. All other rentals are on an individual basis.

- "The house is equipped with everything one needs. Lovely deck looking out at the lake. Flat screen TV's in every room. The only drawback - and only because two of us were seniors with some mobility issues - was that there was no bathroom downstairs. We had almost perfect weather and the water temperature was great. Bring a couple of noodles and soak! The kids loved the water slide, but I don't recommend it for seniors. Ron was quick to respond with any minor issues we had. Once I figured out the WI-FI password- small "S", it worked with all our devices. Highly recommend this vacation home. I would suggest that Ron offers a linen service and we would have gladly paid for it."

Lake Gaston is a clear and beautiful lake located in the Piedmont of southern Virginia and northern North Carolina. It is the last major impoundment on the Roanoke River, and offers excellent water quality and water level fluctuations that are less than one foot. It is 35 miles long and has over 350 miles of shoreline. Lake Gaston is within a three hour drive of Washington DC, an hour and a half to two hours from Raleigh North Carolina and Virginia Beach Virginia.

Outside is where the real fun is! Our backyard leads right to the water and our boat dock, which is the center of lake life. The water off the dock is about 6 feet deep which is great for older kids and adults. Younger kids do well with the shallow water by the shore. Swimming, fishing, sunbathing (don’t forget the sunscreen), and relaxing all happen right there. It’s a great place to view the beautiful evening sky and sunsets. Skiing and tubing can be started right in front of the dock.

Besides the water sports, fishing is excellent at Lake Gaston! Available species include striped bass, largemouth bass, crappie, perch, sunfish, and our favorite dinner fish, channel catfish. Fishing from the dock is a favorite pastime for both young and old alike. Early mornings and evenings are usually better, but when is fishing not good?

Lastly, one of the best pastimes at the lake is RELAXING! Whether it be enjoying the view, reading a book, napping in the sun, soaking in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows over the fire pit at night, or mountain biking on the nearby trails. There is something about the lake that lets you leave everyday stress behind for awhile. This is what we most enjoy about our lake house. Located on the Dogwood Branch of Pea Hill Creek, this extremely spacious 5 bedroom home sits on a beautiful flat point lot with 400ft of bulkheaded waterfront. This area has some of the clearest water in all of Lake Gaston with a firm sandy bottom. The gently sloping beach lets youngsters play safely at the edge while the 7ft+ depth at the end of the dock lets the more adventurous jump off the roof of the boat house. Bring your own boat (the neighborhood has a private boat ramp within walking distance) and park it on the boat lift. Because it is sheltered, the cove is one of the most popular areas on the lake for wakeboarding, waterskiing and wake surfing. Even if you don't do this yourself, it's fun to watch the pros doing flips and spins. There are anchored buoys to tie up 3 more jet skis. Two kayaks, two standup paddle boards and a small jon boat with electric outboard are also available for your use, along with a number of towable tubes and life jackets for water-based fun.

The airy house has 5 bedrooms, 3 full and 2 half bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 16. The huge main living room has a two story cathedral ceiling and a wall of windows providing a spectacular view of the lake. The large kitchen has a central island perfect for breakfast and entertaining. There is a dining room that can seat 10-12 people, but you will eat most of your meals outside on the deck soaking in the view. Covered areas on each side of the deck let you enjoy the outdoors even when the weather is not co-operating. The master bedroom is on this main floor with queen sized bed and attached full bathroom.

Three bedrooms are upstairs, all with high cathedral ceilings. One has a queen size bed and one has a queen and two bunk beds. The third has a king sized bed and a day bed with pull out trundle bed. The bedrooms share a full bathroom.

The fifth bedroom is in the fully finished basement and has a queen bed and two bunk beds with attached full bathroom. Most of the spacious basement is equipped as a fantastic game room with pool table, foozball and table tennis and a sitting area with large TV.

Other amenities: High speed Internet with WiFi (even extending down to the dock). Spectrum streaming service with AppleTVs with YouTubeTV, AppleTV+, Amazon Prime, Netflix HBO and other services. Multiple sound systems on the deck and dock use Apple Airplay so you can stream music from your phone.

Are you a fisherman? This area of Pea Hill Creek has some of the best fishing on Lake Gaston. During the spring you can watch the bass bedding all around the waterfront due to the clear water and sandy bottom. A green LED light strip under the dock attracts shad and bluegills and so bass and catfish hang out there too. Watch the bass cruising under the dock and see if you can catch them. Check out pictures of our most recent catches in the Photos section. Yes, 6lb+ bass and 12lb+ catfish can be caught right off the dock!

Planning a Wedding? The relatively flat lot, fantastic water view and privacy of the property make this a great location for small to medium sized weddings. Now, due to the extra wear and tear on the property, we do charge a premium and require a minimum 7 night stay. You get the house for a week for $6,000 in the summer (from Memorial Day to Labor Day), or $5,000 the rest of the year. Plan ahead and rent the house next door to have an entire point for your own private use.

A perfect family retreat tucked away in beautiful Northern Cove! With only a few paddles to get to the main lake, our house is situated perfectly in a quiet, tranquil cove and ready for a memorable family vacation. This is a newer listing and set up based on years of renting other properties. Everything is here to enjoy Lake Gaston to the fullest!

It is just a short, flat, easy walk down to the double boathouse which hosts plenty of shade and sun seating options. All the toys are down by the dock; 2 kayaks, 2 stand up paddleboards, a big foam floating mat, two pedal boats and don’t forget about the custom Tarzan swing to launch off the dock and into the water!! Refrigerator and stereo system are inside the boathouse along with a variety of life jackets, a pull behind tube for the boat and tow ropes. There are tie ups on one side of the dock for your boat.

A fire pit rests in between the tall pines just off the water. Plenty of firewood is available for evening story telling.

Two brand new grills are on the deck just off the kitchen for easy access. A propane grill for every day cooking and a Traeger wood pellet smoker for the more serious outdoor chef. Plenty of propane and pellets are on site!

A massive screened in porch gives a quiet lake view. The 4 hanging chairs are a comfy treat! Corn hole boards and bags are hanging up.

Plenty of eating locations are available whether it be on the dock, the screened in porch, the back deck, the 12 seater dining room table or the lake view breakfast nook. Food lion and a variety of restaurants and food trucks are all within a 5 minute drive. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies to bring a feast together. Coffee makers, air fryer, crock pot, blender, waffle maker, s’more sticks, measuring cups, meat thermometer, cheese grater, it is all in there!

The master suite is on the main floor with a king bed and ensuite full bathroom. Another full bathroom is just off the kitchen and dining room. Upstairs hosts three separate rooms sharing two full bathrooms. At the top of the stairs there is a landing room with a twin trundle bed. This is a great space for children that want to be closer to their parents and we do not count this as an official bedroom. Walking through this room you pass a full bathroom with a classic stone chimney. The far room has a queen size bed and large screen TV. The third, lake view room also has a queen bed with a half bath connected. A private room connected to this third bedroom looks over the lake with a craw foot tub/shower and yet another single bed with a trundle. The basement is set up as a bunk room and has two, twin over twin bunks and one twin over full bunk. There are plenty of games, toys and a TV in the basement. All of these rooms can be closed off individually with doors.

The garage is set up for fun! A pool/air hockey combo table is alongside a beautiful Stiga ping pong table. A 50 inch tv is ready for your gaming system from home. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Ms. Pacman arcade games are primed to bring back childhood memories. Two bikes (one adult, one kid) are available for a pedal up the road.

The living room hosts quaint Northern Cove views from the super comfortable leather sectional. A new 75” Roku TV is ready to sign into whatever app you want for evening movie watching. A wireless mesh network is setup producing speeds over 220 mb’s all the way down to the dock without issue. An office space is right around the corner from the living room and can be sectioned off with doors.

We have a pack ‘n play crib available (sheets included), a toddler bed, and one booster seat that straps onto a chair. Full size washer and dryer are in the closet off the master suite.

Only 5 minutes from Food lion, the dollar store and the ABC store. Public boat ramp also only minutes away.

Our home sits in a large, quiet cove just 100 yards off the Main Lake. With over 160' of decked bulk headed waterfront, a 1400 square foot double boat house with fish cleaning station and sunning dock. You have everything you need to enjoy the sun and fun outdoors including 2 kayaks, a paddle board, fishing poles and built in rod holder at the dock. Feel free to park your boat beside our boat house or inquire about our pontoon rental. The water at the dock is perfect for swimming, floating, and relaxing. Water level gradually deepens from 1-2 feet at the edge up to 4-5 foot water depth at the end of the dock, perfect for the little ones to play and learn to swim. We are ten minutes from the Food Lion & other amenities. It is a quick boat ride to the restaurants, marinas, Goat Island and the Eaton Ferry Bridge where the sunset views are amazing!
The summertime offers many activities in local towns such as movie nights and free concerts on the weekends in Littleton. This little town has a lot to offer with lots of small restaurants and businesses to check out!

The house offers a large yard in both the front and rear, perfect for outdoor games and evening bonfires in the fire pit (firewood is not provided). There is a large covered porch with plenty of seating that offers beautiful views, a TV and has a full outdoor bathroom on the lake side of the home. There's even a small seasonal herb garden to enjoy!
The first floor hosts the livingroom/dining area with seating for up to 20 people, as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a half bath. The lower deck includes a hot tub, dining table for six, a grill, and a fire pit with five Adirondack rockers for evenings by the water.

Main Level: Step inside to a bright, open living room with a large sectional (seats 7), two chairs, ottoman, a 65” Smart Insignia TV, and a fireplace for cozy nights. Two king bedrooms are on this floor. The first king bedroom overlooks the road and has a Smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, closet, and nightstands with lamps. The second king bedroom offers deck access, Smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, closet, and nightstands with lamps. The upstairs bathroom features two sinks, a toilet, and a spacious double shower. The garage on this level is set up as a game and utility space with a washer/dryer, small kitchenette area, wine fridge, ice maker, and sink, with access to the upper deck.

Lower Level: Head down 15 steps to the walk-out basement, where you’ll find a full kitchen to the left and a dining area up front. The living room here has a couch, two chairs, a 65” Smart TV, and a gas fireplace with access to the deck. The first downstairs bedroom has two queen beds, a Smart TV, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, and nightstand. The second downstairs bedroom is ideal for kids or groups, with two full beds topped with twin bunks, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and ceiling fan. The downstairs bathroom offers double sinks, a toilet, a tub, and a double shower.

Other Details: Parking includes space for three cars in the driveway and a small side pad that can fit a trailer or two additional vehicles (garage is not available for parking). Pets are welcome – up to two dogs, 50 lbs or less, with a $150 pet fee.

Please do NOT allow your pets on the furniture at any time!

Outdoor areas:
We have a nice fire pit to roast marshmallows with your family. A gas grill for cooking your family favorites. Lots of outdoor space to set up your cornhole boards, horseshoes, etc. Great neighborhood to get in a morning walk.

Our cleaning includes an Ozone treatment between guests to deodorize and purify the air leaving you that clean, crisp smell ahead of a Spring time rain.

The space
We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you chisel out the time for a much needed retreat.  That`s why we are inviting you to our home on Pea Hill Creek at lovely Lake Gaston.  We love our home and we hope, for at least a few days, that you will too!  We have remodeled the kitchen and added some new furniture.  We installed a fire pit, set out the corn hole, hung some hammocks, added some really cool bistro lights ( I know, it`s all the rage...) and added a drip AND Keurig coffee maker!  If you have small children you will really like that we have zero rip-rap and you can walk right off the grassy area and ease into a sandy bottom swimming area.  Years ago we made the decision to just do a pier to preserve the views.  Anyone can still pull up their boat and tie off!  Because this is a calm area you won`t (Well, probably won`t!  Bring your bumpers anyways just in case...) get much of the deep wave action from the big wake boats. Oh, by the way, if you get here and simply must check in with work (shame on you!!!) you can do so on some pretty snappy internet!  It`s not fiber fast, but we consistently get about 60mbs download and 25mbs upload speed. 

The house is on lovely Pea Hill Creek (cue the angelic choir) which is known for flat lots and sandy beach areas and super clear water quality.  Washburns marina is close by where you can get fuel, fishing tackle for the weekend fisherman, a scoop of ice cream, a surprisingly good cheeseburger and a properly made hot dog (mustard, chili, onions and slaw baby!!).

We think the house would be great for about 8 to 10 people.  The "Master" has a slider that goes right out to the deck.  Attached to the Master is an additional room with two twin beds.  There is also a full bath linked to the Master and this additional room.  On the other side of the house is another deck/water facing bedroom and adjacent to it on the back side of the home is the bunkroom seen in the pictures.  There is a full hall bath available to these rooms and the main area of the home.

Better hurry!  We think we will book quickly!  Cozy to the moon and back, and easy on the wallet will make our little lakeside cabin a hot tamale this summer!  ;)

You`ll find the home fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans and about 80% of what most people need.  If you need a specialty utensil or tool it might be best to bring it to avoid any hiccups to meal preparation.  The management staff can assist with any special requests and is always available to help with whatever you need!

The bathrooms are stocked with courtesy soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use.  Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter.  Some use more, some use less.  You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy roll provided.

A few more tid-bits...  :)
1.  Trained service animals are welcome!  Otherwise we have a strict no pets policy.  We can help arrange lodging for your pets at a local shelter during your stay if you`d like; just give us a call!

2.  The house, like 99% of all lake homes, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

3.  Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Humminbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the pier with rental boats.  You won`t see much heavy wave action making it a safe haven for docking (make sure to bring your bumpers!).

The back yard has a patio area with conversational seating, picnic table and propane heater for those cool evenings, a solo stove fire pit nestled in the woods, 2 Stand Up Paddle boards, a tandem fishing kayak. For the littles, there is a Slack Line with swings and gym rings.

PET POLICY: This is a dog-friendly home; however, guests are required to notify the host in advance they are bringing a dog and pay a $200 non refundable pet fee. Guests who do not inform the host they are bringing the dog and who do not pay the pet fee will be evicted immediately without refund. Pet owners must:

You couldn't ask for a better location with this waterfront property which is only 4 miles from many restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and more. You will have wonderful lake front views from the main floor and basement living rooms, as well as the master bedroom. Enjoy lounging on the beach, swimming in the water, or relaxing on the deck. The community also has tennis courts right next to the property.

The space
Ample space to relax, tv in main floor and lower level living rooms. Netflix available on lower level living room. We have a laundry room with front loader washer and dryer, full size crib if your traveling with a baby, and fully equipped kitchen. The lake is just steps away from the house and there is a beach area with umbrellas, but you’ll want to bring your own folding chairs. You have access to guest day dock for your jet ski or boat.

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful log cabin home in Lake Gaston. This 3 bed/2 bath home is our family weekend retreat & we are excited to share it with you. The house is fully furnished and can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. Our home is just a few minutes walk to the neighborhood pier to launch your boat or swim for the day. We are also a short drive to everything else that you would need during your stay.

The space
Comfortably sleeps 8:
1 king bed - master bedroom (full attached bathroom with stand up shower and detached bathtub)

1 queen bed - guest room 1 - (in closet you will also find a baby highchair and pack and play along with other toys for kids to use at your leisure)

1 twin over 1 full bunk bed - guest room 2

1 queen sleep sofa - living room (also room for a queen air mattress that we have already stored in the cabin)

Open concept floor plan. Dining area provides ample flexibility & seating.

Check out the garage! It is a favorite spot to gather. Hang out or play. Lounge on the couch, watch a show or a game on the tv, or play a game. Garage is equipped with a tv, air hockey, foosball, & darts. Stock the extra refrigerator with beverages for drinks close by. Catch a cross breeze by opening the garage doors on opposite sides for an indoor/outdoor feel!

Enjoy the serenity of the large, screened, front porch to take in the fresh air, relax, or play board games at the large table. Use the table on the screened porch as an alternative dining option.

For a more intimate or private spot, the additional private screened porch located on the back breezeway is the perfect spot.

Looking forward to the outdoors? Gather around the fire pit under the canopy of the string lights, stargaze or play a competitive game horseshoes on a regulation horseshoe pit under the shade. Take advantage of the neighborhood boat ramp access and swimming access within walking distance (3-5mins).

Other amenities include wifi, internet access, life jackets, etc.

Indian Rock Neighborhood. Centrally located near ABC store, bakery, butcher shop, boat rental, ice cream shop, and Food Lion.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house except for the outside bathroom located in the garage (under construction). Guest will not have access to the golf cart that is located in the garage. The crawl space underneath the house is off limits to renting guests as we use this space as extra storage. We also have other marked areas that are not to. E used by guests.

Other things to note
Washer and dryer are available for your use.
We will offer a limited amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dish and hand soap. Keep in mind if you plan to wash clothes you will need to supply your own detergent.

Our kitchen is stocked with all your cooking tools, dishes, pots, and pans. We also have a microwave, toaster oven, and coffee pot (with paper filters provided).

Brand new boathouse! Come enjoy our gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bath home on a large quiet cove off the main lake.

Outdoor features include a sandbar, hammock, hanging chairs, Adirondack chairs, 2 kayaks, 2 SUPs, fire pit, lawn games and more! Enjoy fishing, swimming, sunbathing and relaxing on the dock.

The interior of the house has an open floorplan with sweeping views of the lake. Linens, high speed internet and an office space included! Easy check out - start the dishwasher and lock up!

The space
The first floor is a wide open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room all openly connected. Also on the first floor is a bedroom containing a queen bed with direct access to the bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, silverware, and cups.

The second floor contains the master suite with a king bed and TV. In the suite is also a full bathroom and office that doubles as a separate sleeping area. Opposite the suite is the third bedroom with a queen and full bed. The third and final bathroom is across the hall, as well as the laundry room.

Right out back from the dining room is the deck. The deck is split into two sections, an elevated section making for the perfect place for your morning coffee and a lower section where you can grill and relax.

As you make your way out to the dock, on the left you'll see a large fireplace. On the right side you'll have plenty of space to play yard games and a cozy hammock. After walking the rest of the boardwalk to the dock, you'll see a little sandy cove to walk into the water or launch the water toys. The dock is wide open, approx 1200 sq feet, with half of it covered. You'll find a couple of hanging chairs waiting for you to enjoy the lovely sunset.

The space
One stay at this vacation home and you will see why it is The Pearl of the Lake! The house has been recently renovated and has everything you could need to have a perfect vacation at the beautiful Lake Gaston. The property has two floors, both with open concepts with plenty of space for all of the loved ones! Not forgetting the many outdoor features that will keep everyone  entertained the entire stay! 

When you walk in through the front door of the property you will see a wall of windows framing the beautiful backyard and views of the water. To the left is the expansive kitchen with everything you could need to prepare as many meals as you desire! The kitchen overlooks the spacious living area with a giant flat screen TV. On the side is a lovely dining table with room for everyone and views that will make everyone want to stay and gather just a little bit longer. 

To the right of the entrance is a hall leading to the master suite, a second bedroom, a full bathroom, laundry room, entrance to the garage gaming area, and the stairs leading to the basement. The master suite features a king size bed facing giant sliders that overlook the beautiful yard and water. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and is just a few steps away from the common full size bathroom. The garage is car free, but full of fun! Inside you will find a full size ping pong table and foosball! It is the perfect spot to play in the evening or on those rainy days where the fun needs to be indoors. 

Once you head down the stairs into the basement you will be greeted by the expansive bar with TV overhead. It is the perfect spot to sit and watch the game! Just across from the bar is a kitchenette area with a sink and second full size refrigerator and freezer. It is very convenient for keeping all of your lake snacks and drinks close to the outdoors. In the basement you will also find a living area with very comfy seating and another flat screen TV that is perfect for movie night! The basement has an additional four bedrooms and a full size bathroom. The giant window sliders make the space feel bright and airy! 

The inside alone makes this home a perfect destination, but it doesn`t stop there! The outdoor gathering areas feel endless and access to the lake is a breeze. The giant deck off of the main floor features a huge dining area and gas grill. Don’t worry about bringing propane! We have it hooked up to a gas line. Down below the deck is an expansive patio with seating area and another gas grill! From the patio you can make your way down to the water on the graduated platform boardwalk. Just don’t forget to stop at the fire pit for some s’mores!

Want to explore the cove and lake? Take one of our kayaks or paddle boards! We are nestled in the perfect spot with not a lot of boat traffic, but plenty of water for all kinds of fun! Did I mention the boathouse? Outdoor shower, tiki bar with mini fridge, large swing overlooking the lake...the list does not end here, but you will just have to come see for yourself! The fun times are endless at this property! Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $250 is collected at booking. If there are no minor damages or rule violations, the money will be refunded 14 days after your departure. You will be notified in writing if there is a claim filed against you within the 14 day window.

No Large Events 
This home is intended to be used as a vacation spot for families or small groups. Any evidence of excessive use of the property will result in a forfeit of the entire security deposit. If you would like to hold a small birthday party, or small event at the property, please speak to management before booking and request approval. No events will be allowed that exceed the maximum capacity of the home. 

No Pets 
With the exception of service animals, no pets are permitted at the property for any reason. 

No Smoking 
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Any evidence of smoking on the property will result in a forfeit of the entire security deposit. 

Cancellation Policy 
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before arrival will receive 100% refund or 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Any bookings cancelled within 30 days of your arrival are non-refundable.

The space
On the main floor, the spacious master bedroom features a king bed. Upstairs, find two cozy bedrooms—one with a queen bed, the other with two doubles, while the queen-sized pull-out couch downstairs adds extra sleeping space. Enjoy our fun-filled lower level, featuring a ping pong table, board games, and a kids' playroom stocked with toys and books.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house and yard (minus an unfinished room on the bottom floor). Plus, a double-decker boat slip by the water with chairs and plenty of space for sunbathing.

Guests are welcome to bring their own boats! While most guests have docked without any issues, please note that a few boaters have experienced some challenges with shallower water at the dock, depending on lake levels and boat type. If you plan to bring a boat, feel free to reach out with any questions—we’re happy to help you prepare.

A gas grill and a firepit are both available for guest use. You are also welcome to use the washer and dryer.

The gravel driveway comfortably fits about 6 cars. Access to the front entrance of the house is through a keypad.

Bed linens, towels and beach towels are provided. We will leave you with a starter supply of garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap but if you will be staying more than a couple of days, plan to bring your own supply.

The space
As you enter, you'll find a walk-in closet to the right and stairs leading down to the left. Ahead, there's a half bath with a sink and toilet. To the right is the first dining area, seating 8, adjacent to a full pantry. Downstairs, there's a coat rack area, closet, mud sink, and access to the garage.

The fully equipped kitchen seats 8 and features two coffee makers (Keurig and drip), spices, knives, a crockpot, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric 5-burner stove, and oven. The kitchen opens to the living room, furnished with a leather couch, loveseat, chair (seating for 6), a 42” LG smart TV, and speaker with bluetooth capability at the dock, with access to the deck. The deck has three tables, a picnic table seating 6, two tables seating 6 each, an outdoor heater, and a propane grill.

The second living room offers two couches (seating for 3 each), an end table, a speaker system, a telescope, a 64-inch LG TV, and an electric fireplace, with an entrance to the master bedroom. A closet with cleaning items is near the front door.

Downstairs, on the right, there's a full bath with 2 sinks, a toilet, and a tub/shower. The next bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed and a full bath with a shower, sink, toilet, and closet. The living area includes a full futon, a ceiling fan, and a 45” LG smart TV. To the right is a hallway leading to another full bath. Another room includes 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a dresser. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a queen bed, 2 nightstands, a lamp, a dresser, and lake views. Returning through the living room, you'll find a bedroom with a full-size bed, nightstand, lamp, and dresser. Another bedroom features a king bed, nightstand, dresser, lamp, and closet.

The garage is equipped with indoor/outdoor carpet, a table, a ping pong table, an indoor basketball game, a couch, and two 54” TCL TVs. Bring your own console.

Kitchen Items:  Kitchen is stocked with 1 roll of paper towels, a couple trash bags for the kitchen trashcan, travel-size dish soap, a couple dishwasher pods. We do not provide condiments. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

Linens Provided:  Linens & towels are charged as a separate fee and will be available at the home, safety-sealed, at the foot of each bed. Each guest is provided bath towel and a washcloth as part of the linen package. A few more tid-bits...  :)

Septic System:  The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

Navigating the Lake: Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boat.(make sure to bring your bumpers!). Be sure to lower your bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving!

Security Camera Disclosure:  We take your privacy very seriously.  However, this home is monitored by exterior security cameras.  The cameras do not record sound.

No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking on the property.  

Trash:  Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor receptacles for pickup. We also provide concierge trash service, which means that if you have an overflow issue during your stay, we will pick-up the excess trash! Just give us a call or text.

Life Jackets: Guests are asked to bring their own life jackets to ensure safety and proper fit for everyone.

Boathouse: Quick note here for our boaters...the lifts are NOT available, but you can tie off at the dock.  Water depth at the end of the dock is approximately 3-4 ft. deep.

The home features two living spaces, an open-concept kitchen/dining area, decks/balconies overlooking the sandy beach and main lake waters, a bedroom with a king-size bed and full bath on the main level, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the second floor, and a walkout terrace level with a full bath and laundry. You can sit by the fire and launch your paddleboard for sunsets.

The space
This lovely three-story townhouse has everything you need, from utensils to games and water toys. You can have a relaxing or fun-filled vacation.
This place has amazing views, and is right across from a pickleball/tennis court. The basement offers foosball, ping-pong, along with lots of board games/. You will enjoy free of charge paddle boards, and a kayak.
The home is super comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out. There are two family rooms, and each bedroom has its bathroom. There is also an extra full bath downstairs in the basement. You can also launch your boat, which is already in the water, at one of the guest slips.

There are 5 comfortable bedrooms with enough room to sleep 10 people. With 3 full bathrooms and a full kitchen you won't even need to leave!

You will have access to the entire house and game shed. Along with a private boat house to park your boat when it is not in use. There are certain closets and doors that will remain locked with the owners personal items, which are not accessible.

Other things to note
The boat house is on a quiet cove where you can swim, kayak and float in the water. It is a no wake zone and relatively quiet to be able to relax in. Please take care with shallow depths when boating in this area.

The house runs on a septic system. Please only flush allowed items per signs posted. You may be liable for any charges incured if clogs are found to be from no flushable items.

We do ask that you provide your direct email address so that we may send a rental agreement for you to review and sign. We ask that you return this to us signed within 48hours or you may be subject to cancellation without notice.

Welcome to Serenity at Lake Gaston, a LAKEFRONT home in a quiet cove on Jimmies Creek in the NE quadrant of the lake. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home features a gentle slope to the lake and a dock for your water toys or use of our non-motorized ones. Enjoy the fire pit for s'mores and hotdogs, high-speed internet, streaming TVs, and garage games like ping pong, air hockey, and foosball. The well-equipped kitchen and deck seating offer the perfect spot to dine while watching the sunset.

Serenity is a 4 bedroom with 6 beds, 2.5 bath home with a little over 2000 sf for your stay. Our garage is also set up as a game room for some extra fun during your stay.

You are welcome to use the entire home, and outdoor space. You can use all water toys with the exception of the boat & jet ski. You’re more than welcome to bring your own boat to tie up at the dock.

The bathrooms are stocked with courtesy soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use.  Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

The kitchens are stocked with one roll of paper towels, one trash bag for the kitchen trashcan, trial-size dish soap, two dishwasher pods and 1 sponge.  You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

1.  Trained service animals are welcome!  Otherwise, we have a strict "no pets" policy.  We can help arrange lodging for your pets (as long as they are up to date on shot records which must be provided) at a local boarding facility during your stay, if you'd like; just give us a call...way in advance as they fill up fast!

2.  The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

3.  Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats.(make sure to bring your bumpers!).

4.  Culverts & Bridges:  Be sure to lower your bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving!

5. Security Camera Disclosure:  We take your privacy very seriously.  However, this home is monitored by exterior security cameras in the following locations:

Located in a wide, quiet cove off of Jimmie’s Creek, this truly is the perfect spot to take a break from the real world and just breathe. This is a also the perfect house for multi-family vacations, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out as well as great spots to gather. Professionally cleaned and disinfected prior to each rental so the house is always ready for your family's enjoyment with safety as a top priority.

3 master king suites and 2 additional guest rooms offer sleeping for 12 (3 kings, 2 queens, 1 twin/twin bunkbed). Additional sleeping options include a sleeper sofa, sleeper chair and 2 small futons if needed.

Most beds have an extra mattress topper to ensure a great night's sleep. The rooms are large and offer plenty of space to spread out and make yourself at home. Linens and bath towels provided with rental; freshly laundered duvets on each bed. NOTE: beach/boat towels are not provided.

Upstairs you’ll find 1 of the master suites with a full bath including a new large soaking tub. This room also has french doors leading to a large upper deck and casual sitting area overlooking the lake. The 2 guest rooms and the full bathroom are also upstairs, along with a comfortable living room and a separate dining room with seating for 12. There’s also a cozy sitting area with a fireplace adjacent to the large kitchen so it’s easy to entertain and be a part of the conversation while whipping up a quick snack or full family dinner. The kitchen includes a beautiful extra-large butcher block island, which offers great storage, plenty of prep space and seating for 8. There's also a coffee bar with both a drip and Keurig coffee maker and shelves below for food storage if needed. The owners enjoy hosting large family dinners here so you should find it well equipped for your needs with plenty of dishes, utensils and gadgets, along with a few “home” touches such as an InstaPot, 3 crockpots, large griddle, 2 waffle irons and ice cream maker. The gas grill is on the upper deck right off the kitchen where there's an additional seating area offering a great option for lazy summer evenings.

The 2,000 sf basement includes 2 extra-large master suites, each with a shower bath and private patio. Each of these rooms also offers an additional sleeping option (double futon), which might work well for families with children. In the basement there's also a powder room and an additional kitchen area with a full-size fridge, microwave and Keurig, as well as an extra-large family room with a gaming area, puzzle table, foosball table and a comfortable area to watch TV. The downstairs bedrooms and family room all have a full wall of windows to take in the beautiful lake view and keep an eye on what’s going on outside. This spacious, separate living area downstairs makes this house an excellent choice for multi-family vacations. All the bedrooms as well as the living room upstairs and family room downstairs have TVs that are Roku-enabled to link to our Spectrum cable or any streaming service . The wi-fi is capable of handling all your devices and covers the entire property including the dock.

The 2-level sunroom addition offers a comfortable place to keep an eye on what's happening on the dock and in the yard or the perfect spot for a quiet afternoon nap. It's also a great place to gather at the end of the day to watch the sunset or just listen to the night sounds.

The house is decorated in a nautical theme through-out with many personal touches that really make it feel like a home away from home. This 5,000 sf home is family friendly with enough space for everyone! NOTE: Please no pets or smoking.

The large lot, new extra-large dock and amazing lake access mean the outside definitely won’t disappoint either. There’s ample parking in front for cars and trailers and the circular driveway leads directly to the private boat ramp, definitely a rare find on the lake! No need to go driving around on your first day looking for a public boat ramp or spending precious time at the end of the week driving to get everything loaded back up again - take one last sunset or sunrise cruise and then just back your trailer down the ramp. The cement boat ramp also offers a great place to launch kayaks from or to retrieve paddle boards and toys. The backyard has a very gentle slope leading to the boat dock and bulkhead area. The covered boat lifts are for owner's use only but there is space, along with available bumpers and cleats, on the ramp-side of the dock for 1 (one) guest boat. The water depth at the end of the dock is about 8’ and the cove is wide enough so there’s plenty of room to play or just float. The new dock includes a spacious second-level seating area with adequate tables and chairs, lounge chairs and an extra-large umbrella, making it one of the owner’s favorite spots to relax and spend the day. The main level of the dock offers a bar area complete with a fridge and covered seating area. There's a hammock and a swing in the backyard for those afternoons or evenings when you just need a shady, quiet spot. The house comes equipped with 4 adult kayaks, 2 child kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a large Lily Pad to help fill your days with fun and relaxation. A selection of child and adult vests are available for your use. And the large lakeside fire pit has space for everyone so the fun can continue way past sunset.

The house is an easy 30 minute drive from I-95 and a quick 15-minute drive to the local retail area that includes a Food Lion, Ace Hardware, Lake Gaston Pizza, Subway, a gas station and an ABC store. This area also includes Watersview, a waterfront restaurant with amazing sunsets! Norton’s at the Lake offers putt-putt, snowcones and a Saturday morning farmer’s market and flea market. The town of Roanoke Rapids is about 30 mins south if you’re looking for more shopping and dining options.

If you’ve ever been to Lake Gaston you know what a peaceful, family-friendly area it is, truly a hidden gem. Although the holiday weekends are a little busier, generally traffic on the lake is very light, which is great for tubing or skiing or just looking at all the gorgeous homes. Jimmie’s Creek is a wide creek, equally suitable for a quiet evening kayak or paddle board ride or making some waves on that new tube or wakeboard. For those traveling with a boat, Henrico Wildlife Ramp is located close by at 142 Waterfront Road, Henrico, NC.

Other things to note
All linens are provided including sheets, comforters, duvet covers, and pillows. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest along with 1 hand towel per bathroom. Please provide your own beach towels for use outdoors. We will start you off with a two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, garbage bags and other household necessities. We do not provide toiletries. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, cups, wine glasses, serving platters, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, air fryer, toaster, pots & pans and much more. We also have a Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker (bowl filters), plenty of mugs and a few K-cups to get you started.

"The Lodge at Lake Gaston" is a beautiful log cabin style home with a million dollar view. 4 bedroom with 4 1/2 baths, located on waterfront of main Lake Gaston near entrance to Pea Hill Creek.

Large double boat house with spiral staircase leading to a sun deck (used to be a helipad!). The gently sloping yard has a large stone fire pit & pizza oven.

The space
Our home has an open floor plan; kitchen, living & dining room combination, fireplace & 2 master suites with full bathrooms, plus half bath and laundry room on the main level. French doors from living room, & bedrooms open to large covered porch with gorgeous view of Lake Gaston & boat house. Open Loft area upstairs overlooks living area & has view of the lake, additional bedroom and full bathroom upstairs.

Head downstairs to enjoy the recreation area with full bar, granite countertops, old-fashioned arcade games, digital piano, Tornado foosball, ping pong and TV/surround sound set-up. Oversized bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (both twin over full) and full bathroom is perfect for lots of kids or a whole family.

My brother-in-law's pontoon boat is docked at our house and available to rent from him.

We have a paddle boat and kayaks (1 tandem adult kayak and 2 youth/small adult kayaks) and a SUP (stand up paddleboard) that are available for renters to use (no additional charge).

The house is convenient to all boating and shopping needs. On the main lake, but also close to the more quiet coves of Pea Hill Creek. 5 minutes from Food Lion grocery store, Dollar General and Ace Hardware.

PLEASE NOTE: For security purposes we have a single "Ring" camera pointed at the driveway/front entrance to the house.

This is a Lake Gaston Waterfront Home with double boathouse to include 8 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Summer months is Sunday to Sunday.

The space
Our home sits in a large, quiet cove just 100 yards off the Main Lake. With over 160' of decked bulk headed waterfront, a 1400 square foot double boat house with fish cleaning station and sunning dock. You have everything you need to enjoy the sun and fun outdoors including 2 kayaks, a paddle board, fishing poles and built in rod holder at the dock. Feel free to park your boat beside our boat house or inquire about our pontoon rental. The water at the dock is perfect for swimming, floating, and relaxing. Water level gradually deepens from 1-2 feet at the edge up to 4-5 foot water depth at the end of the dock, perfect for the little ones to play and learn to swim. We are ten minutes from the Food Lion & other amenities. It is a quick boat ride to the restaurants, marinas, Goat Island and the Eaton Ferry Bridge where the sunset views are amazing!
The summertime offers many activities in local towns such as movie nights and free concerts on the weekends in Littleton. This little town has a lot to offer with lots of small restaurants and businesses to check out!

The house offers a large yard in both the front and rear, perfect for outdoor games and evening bonfires in the fire pit (firewood is not provided). There is a large covered porch with plenty of seating that offers beautiful views, a TV and has a full outdoor bathroom on the lake side of the home. There's even a small seasonal herb garden to enjoy!
The first floor hosts the livingroom/dining area with seating for up to 20 people, as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a half bath. The first bedroom is a queen with a half bath and the second bedroom has a king sized bed. There are 6 bedrooms on the second floor with 4 king beds, 4 twins and 1 double bed. All of the bedrooms have smart TV's. The game room is located on second floor which provides a Foosball table and Playstation 3 with games. There are also 2 additional full bathrooms upstairs. Wi-Fi and Cable services throughout. 70” TV in living room, 55” TV in other living area.

Upon entering the home you will be taken aback with a full lake view from the five “A” frame windows in the open main living area. On the right side of this home; there is a bedroom with two twin beds, one full bathroom and one queen size bedroom. The floorplan flows into the main living area and kitchen providing an airy and open feeling with picture perfect views of water! The Master Suite has a queen bed, full sized bath, and an adjoining twin sized bedroom that can form an en suite. The living area features a 55’’ Smart TV with full tilt that can be viewed from the kitchen. All windows in the home have blinds for full privacy. The LR windows feature power blinds controlled by remote.

Downstairs, at lake level, you will find a queen-sized bedroom with water view along with a full-sized bedroom and one full bathroom.
