Located on the island of Filburns at Ft Lormie lake. It's a home away from home. Large kitchen and dining room combo. Fully furnished. Two nice size bedrooms. The family room has a smart television and games for fun. The cottage has heat and A/C . Nice size back yard with a concrete patio and a fire pit. The patio includes a gas grill and a beautiful table and chairs. The cottage also has a washer and dryer available for your use.

The space
The living room is very spacious, great for socializing with friends and family. We have basic television, microwave and a full size refrigerator. Towels and basic amenities are included with your stay. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a laundry mat within 3 miles.

Guest access
The property is conveniently located on main street. There are two parking spots right in front of the building. You can access the building through the front door and there is a backdoor for an additional exit if needed. There is a lock box with keys to the building on the front door. I can conveniently text you the passcode for easy and quick assess.

Trash can be laid out front under the awning on the side. Contact me to pick it up when full.

Our property is a barn house (shouse) located on just over 3.5 acres. The living quarters is over 2200 square feet and can sleep up to 22 guests. You can walk directly out to the fully heated/cooled barn that provides just under 6000 square feet of entertaining space. A 150" projector screen allows you to entertain your guests with the big game or have a movie night with the kids. Also in the barn is a bar with a beverage fridge and bar sink. From the barn you can walk out to the 1800 square foot covered patio and look out at the 3/4 acre stocked pond. The pond has a nice beach area to enjoy while everyone is swimming. If you are not a swimmer, feel free to bring your fishing poles and cast a line. If you are looking for a good workout, hop in the two pedal boats and cruise around the pond. The patio has plenty of seating and has two propane fire tables.

When the weather is nice outside we have a portable basketball Hoop for the paved parking lot, two portable soccer goals, wiffle ball, kick ball and footballs to enjoy. We have two cornhole boards and more outdoor games. If the weather is not so nice, you have the 6000 square foot barn to play most games inside!

The property gives you so much to do while you are here. Located just outside of town provides the country scene while close to local amenities. We look forward to your stay!

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Located at Morries Landing, which is a historic Restaurant located across from the Camp grounds at the beautiful Lake Loramie State Park. This park offers over 400 acres and 1655 acres of land to explore complete with a beach. Our State Park is one of the original canal feeder lakes with more than eight miles of hiking trails that follow a portion of the Miami-Erie Canal. Kayaking is a big hit at Lake Loramie, bring your own!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. two rooms, each with 2 full size beds and a bathroom between. There is a small fridge in one room for food and beverages. Lake loramie and the campground right across the road! The new spillway is located next door, enjoy a walk while eating a hand dip ice cream cone! The restaurant is downstairs and opens at 6 am for breakfast.

Relaxing house on the lake with 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed. Beds include a twin, bunk bed, queen bed and a sofa bed. Will sleep 5-7 depending on your preference. Full kitchen, full bath. 7 mile drive to a large country music event. Free parking for up to 3 cars. Hosts will provide wash cloths and towels. Both will be washed every other day.
