The house provides ample space on both floors for family and friends to gather yet is designed for privacy at night. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, two with en suite baths. The kitchen (with eating area), living room/dining room, and deck are free flowing and are a wonderful place to congregate.

Likewise, the downstairs has a large rec room with access to the patio. There are two more bedrooms -- one with an en suite bath and another with the bath across the hall. There's a coffee pot in the mini kitchen/laundry room for those that need an extra minute in their PJs.

On both floors, enjoy looking out through the large windows at the woods or hanging out on the deck or patio. In the early spring, there will be daffodils popping out among the trees. In the summer, the trees will be in their glory and in the fall there should be vibrant colors to enjoy.

This single level home is just the right size for the family and large enough to enjoy all the area has to offer with friends.

This 1000 square foot 2 Bedroom 1 bathroom single level cottage has been recently renovated to the highest of standards by experienced short term rental operators. The home features an inviting living space with seating for 4 guests comfortably at the dining table. A full Kitchen/outdoor gas grill with all the necessary items to construct a home cooked meal for your guests before they walk downtown to enjoy the local nightlife. The bathroom includes a luxury spa shower experience with 4 adjustable shower heads, and a spacious vanity to help you prepare for work meetings, tailgating, or to enjoy the night life out with the kids. The main bedroom features a King bed and the secondary suite features a full over twin bunk configuration for families or the potential guests. All the bedding and mattress are of high quality and are freshly prepared for your arrival. All the flooring has been re-finished or re-surfaced, replacement windows, a new roof, patio, HVAC, and firepit round out the amenities. There is even a washing machine and dryer to help out your students with all their dirties during your visit to town :)

The home includes ample parking so you don't have to worry about “tech tow” showing up to ruin your stay. On faculty street you are walking distance to anything VT has to offer whether its ball games, the moss arts center, a campus tour, or you just want to relive and make new memories with a walk to PK’s or TOTS. This home is located a short walk away from Torgerson bridge entrance. If you are traveling into ROA you could easily skip the delays and pains of a rental car if your business is on campus as you are walking distance to everything except the CRC, we would recommend UBER or a Bike for those trips.

If you just want a quiet place to relax while visiting the home is also just far enough off main street to be a quiet resting spot to recharge after a long day working on campus. The home is surrounded by foliage and borders the entrance to Han park so the noises of the student nightlife are not something you have to hear inside the block and mortar walls.

We do consider long term rentals and provide discounts for business travelers traveling on an extended stay. Please no requests under 25 years old.

*Due to continued efforts to book outside the required windows and date change requests and the fact that demand on Home Football Games and Graduation are very high if you want to stay 3/4 days we will discount the third/ fourth night but the prevailing rate will remain for 2 night game-day stays and 3 days for graduation. We have acquired an outdoor kitty (he found us!) that you may or may not see. During your stay we will pop in at a convenient time to feed him in the detached garage, but will not interfere with your stay.

I think we just happened to catch the listing when it first came on the market and were lucky enough to grab it when we could. Check in and checkout was easy, and the owner/host was welcoming and helpful when we had an issue with the access code for the property. The house sits on a hilltop in the middle of a family farm with horses, including a couple of babies who were born shortly before we arrived and during our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the front port drinking coffee in the morning, watching the horses run and graze in the field. Our son lived on Main Street downtown, and the drive was quick and easy to get to his apartment when we needed to for graduation events."

Our Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse is located in Oak Manor. It's a 2 mile walk to Lane Stadium or a quick bus ride. We are near 2 Blacksburg Transit stops.

New modern and luxurious kitchen is brand new and perfect for entertaining a crowd fully equipped with an electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator with ice maker and a beverage refrigerator to accommodate entertaining . Granite countertops and large island allow for serving and entertaining a crowd. Kitchen is open to the large family room with additional dining area, sofa and loveseat with 65" TV for your entertainment and movie watching.

All 3 bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for comfort as well as at least 3 drawers for clothes storage and hanging space in each closet. Master bath has an additional hair dryer if needed.

Brand new front loading washer and dryer is located upstairs for your use and the linen closet is equipped with detergent, an iron and ironing board too!

If the weather is nice, you can enjoy a fenced in private deck space off the back of the townhouse to sit and enjoy the stars or eating outside.

You don' have to fight for parking because there are two designated spots for the townhouse and very convenient on street parking.

We met at Virginia Tech and graduated in 89-90, got married and now have a son and daughter that go here as well. As a 4 Hokie family... it seemed like a good decision to buy a place in town since we visit so frequently. We decided to invest in our townhouse for our family to use and to go to games and enjoy because it is our "happy place". #ThisIsHOME but it's not our full time residence so we decided to share it when we are not using it. We are very well aware that its sometimes hard to find a place to stay in town that's convenient and comfortable and that would be fun to have several close couples share to be able to go to events, cook and entertain comfortably without having to deal with the hotels. It was a perfect place for us to settle during our freshman’s move-in week since we flew in a day before move- in and stayed a day after.
