So what you get for your $150 is a bench surrounded by a ton of camp sites right next, trash on the ground, space not swept out and a long walk to the toilet. To top it off, the door, that faces the other tents, is clear so, no privacy. Just be prepared and all will be well. "

Our well-stocked townhome is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a stroll from award winning Prospector Golf Course Clubhouse and the StoveHouse Bar & Grill.

Just a short distance away you will find a beautiful pond with kayaking, paddle-boarding, and countless summer events and winter activities. There is also a small park nearby with a basketball hoop and a small slide that kids can enjoy. ( Miners Camp neighborhood down the road)

Our luxury town home features 2 Master Bedrooms, with beautiful en-suite bathrooms. 2.5 bathrooms, including a downstairs powder room for your convenience, and free high-speed Internet.

This town home features ambiance galore - an open concept great room that boasts a gas fireplace, tasteful mountain decor, and two TV's. The well-stocked kitchen features stainless appliances, and granite counter-tops. The dining table seats 6 comfortably with an additional 2 at the kitchen bar. You’ll have all the essentials you’ll need to make fantastic in-home meals- including a blender, huge fridge and microwave!

Living space is all downstairs- with master suites on the second floor! Both rooms feature King Beds, and luxury bedding. The main master features double sinks and a large walk-in shower with cobblestone work and a bench. Down the hallway is the 2nd master suite which is also equipped with a King Bed and beautiful bathroom with one sink, and a bath, and shower combo. Just off the main floor entry is an additional ½ bath and full laundry facilities are provided off the 2nd floor hallway. We also have a pull-out bed downstairs and two large bean bag chairs. Our beautiful balcony seats two comfortably and features a nice view of the trees and mountains. Make yourself at home and utilize our gas grill. No need to bring propane as the grill is piped into our gas.

FYI: The microwave is situated lower than usual ( to note if you have small children that could potentially run into it)

Please note: When you turn onto Big Hill Drive - it is the second parking lot on the right. Our parking spot is right by the garbage disposal area and is listed as (75 big hill- sign in back) You can use our covered spot. When you walk out hang a left and then take a right down the path past the unlit fire pit. You will see a shared grass area ( with a sign asking to leash dogs) our town home is on the left a few units past the sign. ( 75 big hill is listed at start of path up to townhome) Text me if you cannot find the property. Our home does not have air conditioning but we have found the fans to work just great for our family! We grilled steaks on the nice Weber. Grill in good working order and easy to use. My friend and I each had a king bedroom with ensuite bath. View is a bit overstated in the description but didn't matter to us. Small deck feels private and secluded. Fans help keep home cool but A/C would be a nice addition to the property for hot weather."

As soon as you walk through the front door, you’ll be greeted by a spacious and comfortable living room with soaring 30’ pine ceilings and a warm gas fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is the main kitchen and the dining area with seating for 14.

The main wing of the house features 4 bedrooms and 2 guest baths with showers. The bedrooms are furnished with 2 Kings and 2 Queens, and TVs and Dish Network.

Just outside the kitchen is a huge patio with outdoor dining for 12, and a large yard leading down to Silver Creek with a creekside fire pit. Just around the corner from the patio is a covered outdoor living space with comfortable outdoor seating and a private hot tub!

As you walk through the house to the 2nd wing, there is a bonus area that is furnished with 2 sets of Twin over Twin Bunks, Two Twin Trundles, and a Twin Bed. This room does not have doors, is open from the breezeway above, and therefore isn’t “private”.

Up a flight of stairs from the bonus area you’ll be greeted with two additional King Bedrooms, and a guest bath. Head down the hallway across the indoor breezeway and you’ll find the King Master Bedroom, Indoor Basketball Court, and the 50s Diner-inspired bonus game room.

The King Master Bedroom features a wall of windows to enjoy the scenic property, a smart TV w/Dish, and a private en-suite bath with a shower.

The whole family will enjoy countless hours of fun in the indoor basketball court, with equipment to play multiple sports, including basketball, racquetball, pickleball, and volleyball!

The huge 50s Diner bonus room is a great place for the family to relax and play games together. The cabin has wifi through Century Link which has been sufficient for our work from home needs. While cable is not available, a roku box and wifi allows you to access regular streaming options such as Netflix or Amazon.
Home features a bedroom with brand new king sized mattress and down comforter. The new relaxing spa like bathroom features a walk in shower with pebble floor.

Wildlife abounds nearby, and you are likely to spot deer, elk, or wild turkeys during your stay. Walk the trail up the hill to a second sitting area with additional soaring views of the valley and Peoh Point.

Property Notes:
In inclement winter weather 4 wheel drive is required and chains are recommended. We try to keep the driveway plowed but cannot always control timing of snowfall and clearing. Additionally access is around the back of the property so if it is snowy please plan on walking through some snow to get to the door.

Because we are in a neighborhood and have people staying in the home, the property cannot be accessed ahead of your stay or ahead of your booking unless you set up a viewing. We are happy to work with you, but please coordinate with us.

Please note that the property is not air conditioned. There are fans in all the rooms, and it does cool significantly down at night.

The wood burning fire pit can be used when there is no burn ban in Kittitas County, which is generally during the months of October - mid-June. The gas fire feature can be used year round.
6/7/21 - Burn ban is in effect, and the wood burning fire pit is expected to be off limits for the rest of the summer.

Fireworks and firearms are never permitted on the property and their use on the property is also prohibited.

The property is pet friendly for dogs on-leash, but unfortunately the cabin is not designed to be kid friendly.

While the hot tub is in some of the pictures, it is not functional (we don't have it checked as a feature, and tried not to have it be a focal point of any of the pictures but just want to make sure that you know). We do not currently have plans to make it operational.

There are outdoor security cameras monitoring the driveway, front door, and back yard area (away from the porch) to protect the home when it is not rented.

Lastly! We do have hypo allergenic bedding available. Please let us know when booking if you’d like us to swap out the down comforter.

- "We really enjoyed our stay at this log cabin. It was immaculate, secluded on a private gated road back into the trees and very peaceful" - "Cabin itself is very nice, upscale. The bed was pretty firm, but comfortable. It is only a couple minute drive into Cle Elum should you need anything, and I'd say less than 10 minutes to Roslyn. I actually didn't leave the property as much as I thought I would, however, because there's plenty of space to hike around and relax on the nice secluded acreage. It hit the 90's a couple times, which isn't fun without AC, but the fans move air enough in the cabin to make it bearable. It was windy and dry, so we didn't use the wood burning pit, but the gas pit started right up (watch for wasps, you're in the mountains)."

Outdoor seating is also available at the vacation home.
