You are within one mile of restaurants and grocery stores on the north side of town. A great neighborhood to walk and ride a bike along the river just down the hill from Woodside. I have reconstructed the kitchen for a chef to have fun with their cooking and wine storage. I hope you will enjoy my home as much as I have for the last twenty years.

You have ample parking! Private parking for 2 cars in the back off of the alley, or you can park off the street in front of the house. Enter through the front or back door, both equipped with a keypad and a unique to your stay pin code. Go inside where you'll find all the amenities you'll need during your stay. The home features a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom, 2 twin XL beds (5 inches longer than standard twin) in the loft upstairs and a queen size pull out sofa in the living room, ensuring the cottage can sleep 6 with ease. Roku TV with Youtube TV cable subscription and 100 mbps wifi are provided. Gas fireplace is fully operational with a beautiful flame for those chilly evenings!

Keypad access to both the front and back door with a unique code per stay. Guests will have full and private access to the entire house and yard.

The Carriage House is surrounded by Salamonie State Property & borders the Salamonie Reservoir! The Carriage House shares approx five (5) acres with our residence. This space has loads of "rustic charm" however, the modern amenities will keep you comfortable! Whether you're horseback riding, fishing, boating, hiking, biking on the Wabash County Trail, seeing a show at the Honeywell Center, visiting Historic Downtown Wabash or just to get away, the Carriage House is awaiting your arrival!

The Carriage House is located on the second floor of our converted barn. There is a staircase to get into the Carriage House as well as an additional staircase to access the bedrooms, see photo's. Our barn is home to horses, a mischievous cat named Tiger and the occasional pigeon's that come to visit. Your space however, is just for you! The Carriage House is equipped with WIFI so bring your own devices to access. The spare bedroom has a TV with a DIRECTV receiver. We have a large gravel driveway that provides plenty of parking during your stay.

We also have horse boarding available if your riding the trails (we do not provide horses) contact us for specific details.
