This spacious 3,200 square foot home features five acres of land, seven bedrooms, 3 full baths, 3 half baths, in ground saltwater swimming pool, a building with all wooden indoor gymnasium, and a wraparound deck. Located just outside of historic Fort Recovery, it is a perfect location for your next family reunion or friend get-away, bachelor/ bachelorette parties. Enjoy the pool and campfires in the summer and indoor gymnasium winter. Wonderful for large families and for kids!
The main floor features a large kitchen with solid surface countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is plenty of dining seating including breakfast nook, and a formal dining room. The living room features a large stone fireplace, perfect for relaxing after an enjoyable day. The main floor also includes a bedroom, half and full bathroom.
The second floor features a large master suite with a bathroom and a large jetted tub. The large third bedroom, also located on the second floor, has three queen beds that can sleep six. The spacious fourth bedroom, on the second floor, has a king bed, baby crib, a half bathroom, and washer and dryer.
The basement includes a large living area, a ping pong table, three more bedrooms, a full bathroom and another washer and dryer. The three basement bedrooms have a king, queen/full trundle, and a queen bed.
The walkout basement leads to the heated in-ground saltwater pool. (3 ft to 10 ft deep) Pool is open from early May until late September
Finally, full access to the detached building that includes a full size all wooden volleyball court, basketball hoops on each end. Easy to move net to enjoy some pickleball or dodgeball aw well. A loft overlooking the court with a wet bar, a lounge area, pool table and half bath. Some gym ball provided. Note: Your safety matters. An exterior camera is pointed at the driveway and the pool. The camera does not look at any interior spaces.

A very nice home in a quiet neighborhood on 1 acre in Ossian. Hot tub and grill available to guests weather permitting. Close to Fort Wayne, but a much calmer and more peaceful atmosphere. Our town has a nice Mexican restaurant, pizza place, organic food store, and a beautiful park with walking trails & a disc golf course. You would have a secured private bedroom and a nice bathroom. A 2nd living area with a couch, lazy boy, mini-fridge, and desk, is also included for your use as well as a sun room with another living area. Shared kitchen space, shared primary living room/TV area as well, and laundry access. I do operate a small business on the opposite side of the house during most week days, so keeping everything clean & organized is a must.
