*Although all house rules are important to us, the most important rule to us and the neighborhood is the noise levels. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Loud/amplified music is both not welcomed nor allowed before 8am or after 10pm. Maintaining great relationships with our neighbors is our top priority.

- "The property was in the basement which wasn't disclosed in the description. There was a family upstairs which we could hear due to lack of soundproofing. There were no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. If we needed to leave in an emergency, we wouldn't be able to access nor fit through the windows and the interior door to the house was locked. There was no way to control the temperature in the apartment. We couldn't get the tv to work and the owner never responded to my question asking for help. She did allow us to access the room before the check in time which was nice. She asked how the check in and the temperature were once we were there. I responded that it was cold, then sent an email about the tv. I never heard from her again."
