Your vacation home is nestled in a beautiful hardwood forest providing a front row seat to God's amazing creation. A beautiful Lindal Cedar Home with Australian Cypress floors and an open concept floor plan. The walk to the dock is fairly level, and there you will find 110 feet of waterfront on a beautiful deep water cove that is located across the lake from the State Park. Your vacation home is located on the public side of Lake Anna, giving you access to marinas, and several restaurants located on the water. Swimming in this lake is comfortable all summer long. Our dock has room for your boat.

Our home sleeps 6 people designed especially for families. We rent to people 25 or older. The 2 upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom and the other bathroom is located downstairs. We have a large 50 inch Smart TV in the Great Room, and we have provided a canoe and 7 kayaks for your enjoyment. We have also provided a gas grill for those of you who enjoy grilling. There is also a fire pit.

You'll be just a few minutes from a Food Lion Grocery store, a Chinese Restaurant, Subway and Big Cheese Pizza! You'll find more restaurants and shopping and wineries nearby, with some right on the water. Kings Dominion is only an hour away. Boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming and more right off your dock! Shopping, movies, bowling, antiquing and more are available in nearby Culpepper, Charlottesville or Fredericksburg, all within a 45 minute drive.

Vista Place offers a serene cove setting on the main lake, providing the perfect mix of peaceful swimming and beautiful lake activity views. The private side of Lake Anna is quieter, with no public marinas—fuel must be brought in portable containers.

You’ll also find local hiking, wineries, and golf nearby (ask about access to the private Cutalong Golf Club).

The Neighborhood
The community is one of the best communities on the lake. You have a community swimming pool, tennis courts and playset. Please be respectful of common areas. You will enjoy access to all including the boat launch. Enjoy walking and hiking on open traffic-free roads. No Fireworks are allowed.

Getting Around
Located five minutes from a grocery store (via car). Car is a must. Many local places to visit.

7. Lake beach towels: While you'll find bath towels at the house for your use, you'll need to bring along your own towels for the lake, beach.
8. Life jackets - to ensure that you have proper fitting life jackets we recommend you bring your own for safety. We do have life jackets in the boathouse for convenience but can not guarantee that they will be in proper working order and/or not lost from previous guests. You are responsible for the safety of your party.

Master suite with Private bathroom. This is not an entire house this a master suite and all share kitchen on main level and two rooms and both have your own bathroom. There is an entrance on the main level and the lower level private beach and two story dock. Kitchen is on the main level overlooking the lake as well as dining room. Living room and entertainment room on the main level. Large deck with seating over looking the lake and a fire pit above the lake. Great area on the lake and only one neighbor and a wonderful lake front property. The kitchen has two refrigerators and freezers and one with ice maker. Gas stove, toaster, keurig, regular coffee maker, all cooking utnesils, gas grill on deck, blender, mixer, microwave and toaster. The washer ad dryer are on the main level. Off season we rent out by the room or by the level and both levels have there own entertainment room and both levels have a smart lock to enter the house. Fiber optic WiFi and TV stream. Plenty of parking. Three kayaks and a paddle board. Boat has life vests, rafts, noodles and full electric and tons of lounge chairs on the dock and beach. There is an entrance to park boat or ski trailers inside my fence line and have a boat tamp as well and dock has a rundown area and boat lift. You may use the main floor at all times the docks beach and decks. Lower level has separate entrance and entertainment room and only use the main level for cooking. They have the6 own patio and dining table on the lower level. We require on room rentals that you wash sheetsw and dry and put back and as well as all bathroom towels and mats and all dishes and trash is taken. This is so you don’t have to pay a cleaning fee and by level is 125.00. They do come and sanitize the comforters pillows and levels. We offer if you want the cleaners to come and do all it’s $125.00 and would need to advise when you book you would rather pay the fee.i allow a 11:30 checkout instead of 10AM.

Waterfront house and we rent by the room or by the level only during off season and on the public side with a two story dock and large beach. This is a room rental and all guests share kitchen. Only two rooms on the main level and lower level uses kitchen as well. Both levels have their own entrance. Each room has a door key on a hook to lock your door if you would like. On the main level you have use of the dining area, fully equipped kitchen, entertainment area, large deck and gazebo overlooking the lake. Kitchen has two large refrigerators with freezers and an ice maker and small beverage refrigerator.All baking ware needed and every utensil, gas stove, toaster, mixer, blender, microwave, pantry area, Weber grill on deck.Hot and cold water dispenser. Plenty of parking. Three kayaks and one paddle board and boat house has full electric and life vests, raft, surf board, noddles. Tons of lounge chairs on dock and beach. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil waterfront queen bedroom and the full bathroom is across the hall and is on the main level. Kitchen is fully equipped and two full size refrigerators with freezer and ice maker and small beverage refrigerator with plenty of parking. Large pantry and a shelf for each room.

On the main level you have use of the dining area, fully equipped kitchen, entertainment area, large deck and gazebo overlooking the lake.


All guests on room rentals are required to wash linens and towels and bath mats and put all away and make sure clean as when you arrived. I only do this for room rentals. The cleaner will go by and sanitize comforter and check after rental. However I require this do to cleaning fees are 175.00 per level high season and to keep costs down.
Low season are 125.00 per level.

Make sure all trash is dropped off at the site an dyou juts oukl in and out and is on 522 on the right hand side before 208 and all dishes put away and all lights turned off.

There is a code on both levels at the lake and this room uses the main level entrance and has a smart code. There is also a room key inside the door on a hook if you want to lock your door when leaving

You can do the required cleaning or opt to have the cleaners come and is a $100.00 fee to do the room wash towels and linens and make the bed and clean the bathroom or can opt for the one listed to keep cost down.

Renee's Retreat is a custom built cozy log cabin located on 3 quiet wooded acres at the back of a cul-de-sac in a gated community on the public side of Lake Anna! There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, huge great room and a game room in the basement. You have access to the beach area with boat access at the common area! Bring your fishing gear and water toys and enjoy all that the lake has to offer. The golf cart is available to be rented on a daily rate upon request!

When arriving to the cabin there is a 7 minute dirt and gravel road which can be a bit tough for lower cars to get through certain areas. We recommend driving a 4x4 or all wheel drive as when it rains the road can get muddy.
