Built in 1893 as the Lewisville School House, now has been reformed into the Newhouse Family Inn. We have 2 bedrooms with a shared bath and 1 bedroom with a private bath. You will have full access to the common room, dinning area and kitchen. We are less than 60 miles away from Indianapolis and its many venues such as, Lucas oil stadium, Indianapolis motor speedway, and Bankers life fieldhouse. You'll sink right into our memory foam mattress and never want to leave, especially when you switch on the wall-mounted 43" 4K UHD Smart TV which is directly across from the bed. The ceiling fan and overhead light are remote-controlled, so you won't even have to leave the bed to turn out the lights for the evening. Come enjoy our cabin on 40 acres with above ground pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day (solar cover)! Cabin has a set of bunk beds and a full size bed also. Supplied cooking appliances include a gas grill, air fryer, and instant pot. Mini fridge/freezer in cabin. Running water from spicket. New outdoor shower!Outdoor port-a potty .Also has area for fire, wood available to purchase. No linens or trash bags provided and trash must be carried out. No pets! The seasonal hot tub is up by the barn!
